He actually chatted with us for some time and gave us good advice. He said he would get back to us with a quote for fumigation within the next two days. We did not hear back from him. My husband called him and left a message but we still did not hear anything. No call, text, email, nothing. He completely ghosted us and we never heard from him again. Where do even I begin? Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Chad. He felt like a family friend that I've known for years. He was respectful, honest, and a hard working man of integrity and paid great attention to detail. I first had Orkin come out, to assess our termite damage. I didn't learn any more from what he told me than before he came out. Orkin was so vague and of course wanted me to tent my house (the most expensive option), and was really pushy. Then, Chad came out, did his assessment, and took me to each damaged/infested area. He explained every little detail about what the issue was (whether it was old or new damage) and what he would need to do to fix it (all local treatment). After a few days, the damaged/infested wood was taken down, treated, and repaired. He didn't rush his work, which was appreciated. Every cut was perfect, and the placement was impeccable. This man knows what he is doing, and you can tell that he absolutely loves what he does.
