I contacted them on Monday, and they were able to come in today (Thursday morning), not only to evaluate and give me an estimate, but also were able to start working on my condo! I put in a job request for several vendors for pest control services. We initially went with the first vendor who responded to our query. However we felt they were a bit high on the estimate. We then reached out to Sherry at Racer Pest. Sherry was able to offer guidance on service pricing and even chemical questions. She arranged to have tech Rally come out the same day. Fantastic! Rally arrived during the promised window of time, was courteous & professional. I appreciate that Rally took time to thoroughly explain the process & what we needed to do as home owners to help accomplish success in eradicating our black widow problem. Rally went over the service contract & commitments/ pricing. (Which seemed reasonable and understandable). Rally was on site for a least an hour, or more to apply the chemicals, answered questions & examine the area. Afterwards he explained again what we needed to do to prepare for his next visit. I appreciated the great service, which was prompt & thorough. Time will tell how the spider population decreases. Normally don't mind a few spiders but after finding numerous widows we'd had enough. Racer pest to the rescue! I'll update if anything changes but so far we are happy to have the help. (Also we had used another company at a prior location and they were nowhere near as detailed or thorough as Racer Pest). Highly recommend for price & work ethic. We love Rally! His expertise and quality of service are outstanding. He quickly and correctly diagnosed a bat problem, which the other guy we got an estimate from incorrectly assumed was mice.
