We've been dealing with a rat/rats under our house for the past week. Shoofly was recommened to us by a close friend. We were told the service is excellent and the technicians are great. This is where it gets interesting. I called yesterday at 6:30pm to see if there was anyway we could have someone come out today since we were leaving for a week and were worried about gnawing damage. To my surprise, my late day call was answered by Tyler, the owner. He was super friendly and was able to get a tech out the next day! As promised, at about 12:15 L.U., the field tech, showed up. He was super friendly, answering all our questions then proceeded to spend more than 2.5 hours inspecting the perimeter of our house and drawing up a plan for repairs to make the house rat proof. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. We received his reasonable quote and walked through all the details on how the work would be done. Before L.U. left, he set 6 traps, two at each crawl space opening. I asked him the cost of his nearly 3 hours of time, and his response was No Charge! We will most definitely hire Shoofly to do the repair work and will likely engage them for bi-monthly maintenance service. If you are considering this company, I strongly recommend them. Helio was amazing! Not only did he educate me on treatments, but he also educated me about spiders and other creatures. This young man has decades of experience, and he is excellent. I handed him my credit card and said, ok, I don't want to see more spiders again. He handed me my card back. He told me how the spiders work and how the treatment works and takes time.
