They were very happy with their work and I thought it looked great. So when my driveway needed replacing in 2013, I called them first because I noticed how good the neighbors' pavers looked over time, and that the work had held up very well. Deivide quoted a fair price for the job and his crew completed the work on schedule. My wife and I were very happy with the results. In 2016 we dug out and renovated the basement of our house to create a guest unit. We needed to enlarge and completely replace the old concrete patio adjacent to it in our rear yard and build stairs from the patio down into the garden. We were going to use flagstone, however, all the quotes were very high so we decided to use Belgard patio pavers and called FPS again. The price was about a 1/3 of what we had been quoted for Flagstone. The entire job turned out beautifully and we have gotten many compliments since it has been installed. Deivide also stands by his work. Whenever there has been something that arose which needed correcting, he responded and took care of it. He is experienced, professional and easy to work with.

They only gave us a month to get it done, so I was honestly in a panic at the time. I called Mike Heavey and he came to take a look at the scope of work that same day which was a huge relief. I gave him the papers that the city gave to me and he took care of it from there. He filed all the necessary paperwork with the city and re-did the sidewalks for me in a timely manner. They are as smooth as ever. Also, I had mentioned to him that sometimes when it rains heavily, water can sneak into the back of our warehouse door due to the inconvenient slope of the pavement. It can be a nightmare to deal with. Without even mentioning it, he totally changed the slope at the back of the door to prevent any future water from getting in when the rain comes. Originally we weren't planning on doing cemented flagstone or a retaining wall, but after a site visit Henry suggested we make those changes and was able to work with our budget for this major upgrade. It was 100% the right decision especially for our kids to run around safely. He also made some great suggestions for design changes such as capping the concrete wall and installing lights. Bert did an amazing job earlier this year sealing all the cracks in our 50+ year old brick front…read moreporch. Before we worked with Bert, this was a huge issue every time it rained, as water would sleep through the cracks into the crawlspace below. Other contractors wanted us to redo the entire porch, but Bert suggested a more conservative option of redoing only the really bad areas and touching up the rest. He and his crew were super careful to make sure dust didn't get into the house, covering all the windows and porch with plastic before they got to work. Bert also fixed another part of our brick pathway that was sunk lower than the ground level and made it look good as new. During the last few rains, we haven't seen any water seeping below and the porch looks much better aesthetically as well. Bert was great to work with, highly recommend him and his company!!

It took awhile due to back ordering of the cap, plus had to wait out all the rain (which went on and on and ON), but he was very communicative giving updates via text periodically. He charged me less than what he estimated in the end due to the delays and also the actual job taking less time than expected, which was much appreciated. His two crew guys were very friendly as well, I was out gardening the day they installed and they even offered to help me shovel mulch (they could see I was struggling - LOL). It took about 1.5 months from initial consultation to project start, since Francisco was backlogged. But when the team arrived, it took only a week to get the job done.
