Adam, the personable and highly competent manager, and his team know EXACTLY what they are doing with Europen exotic cars, and they do it with knowledge and care. They always have work completed on time at the very least, but usually ahead of schedule. Adam takes you under your car when on the lift and goes over and shows you all suggested repairs on your vehicle and why the work needs to be done and then gives you the exact price of what it will cost you prior to their starting the job. Owning both my Mercedes and Jag has proven to me that in general the only competent mechanics in my New York State area are at the dealerships where you pay HORRIBLY exhorbitant prices as compared to EUROPEN CAR CARE. Smaller independent repair locations usually just make your problems worse due to their lack of equipment and knowledge. I have also found that EUROPEAN CAR CARE completes your service or repair in a friendlier more honest way than most dealership shops for substantially less cost. He said he could take a look at it in about five minutes. I appreciated this because time is money when I'm driving for Uber. Kirk solved the problem by getting some zip ties and securing the loose metal that was hanging from the bottom of my car. This took him about five minutes to complete, and he didn't even charge me.
