Owning both my Mercedes and Jag has proven to me that in general the only competent mechanics in my New York State area are at the dealerships where you pay HORRIBLY exhorbitant prices as compared to EUROPEN CAR CARE. Smaller independent repair locations usually just make your problems worse due to their lack of equipment and knowledge. I have also found that EUROPEAN CAR CARE completes your service or repair in a friendlier more honest way than most dealership shops for substantially less cost. The notes now say "customer states oil leaking and has rattle on engine light." There never even was an engine light on. Absolutely ridiculous. Sneaky. Will be filing complaints and possibly small claims court. What a waste of time and money. Now we still need to get the timing issues fixed. Also a 3k quote for that is insane.
