    I was in the market for a used Ford Ranger and reached out to Raceway Ford to schedule a test drive. I spoke with David, one of the salesmen, and he was excellent. He was very responsive and informative, answering all my questions about the truck. During my first visit, I took the Ranger for a test drive and found it to be well-maintained. David did a great job explaining everything about the vehicle. I returned for a second test drive with my wife so she could also see and experience the truck. We decided to move forward with the purchase and picked it up the next day. Everything was ready when we arrived. David was great to talk to and not just about the truck, but other topics as well. I did a full inspection of the vehicle, from the engine to underneath the frame, and everything checked out. While I know David is a salesman, he came across as genuine and relatable. Everyone I interacted with at Raceway Ford was helpful and courteous. If I'm ever in the market for another truck, Raceway Ford will be my first stop. I highly recommend them.

    My truck dealer Rick Auzenne was incredible to work with!!! He is willing to bend backwards for any customer, especially those in the military. Every rate, every number, every competitive offer I threw out, he was quick to work with me and convince his team to return with even BETTER offers.     gBroken Temp sensor wire

    A bit long but worth the read I went to start my 2016 Ford Edge and it would not start. After troubleshooting (I have rebuilt many cars, Trucks, and Harleys), I found a short in the wiring going to the Temp sensor for the coolant. Not something a gear head like me can replace because of the reprogramming needed. Towed it to Raceway Ford. Charged a $250 fee to troubleshoot. It used to be this would them be deducted from the cost of the repair if you did it with them. Not any longer. Not only that but they called later and wanted another $850 because the intake manifold had to be removed to inspect the temp sensor. After some back and forth it was reduced to $550, still way to high but I had no choice. Next day they called and told me the wire to the temp sensor had been chewed by some animal. They wanted $2,000 for the repair. I asked why it was so much and was told it requires 3 hours of repair. I also asked if that included the $550 for the "Inspection" and was told yes. I again had no choice so gave the go ahead. ONE hour later I got a call saying it was ready. Went to pick it up only to find the bill was $2600. He insisted that he told me $2600 on the phone. My Adult Daughter was in the car when I took the call and She assured me he said $2000. Again had to pay it. While this was going on I tried to register my truck for the year and could not because it had an emissions recall. It was just reprogramming so Raceway said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. When the Tech came out, and after 45 minutes he told me he could not get the computer to accept the Raceway License for the software needed from Ford. He had to go back and get it "figured out". 4 days later he returned and tried again. This time the scanner that interfaced with the car and computer did not work. Had to go back and change scanners. 5 days later he returned and was able to reprogram the truck. Problem solved right, not a chance. I still could not register the truck because Raceway had not entered the code that my truck produced when it was reprogramed. 2 days later the tech once again had to come out to get the code. It took 4 days after that before it showed up at the DMV. By then I had gone past the due date and they wanted to charge the late fee. After several emails and documentation, I was allowed to pay the regular fee. We have used Raceway exclusively for over 2 decades. Myself and my extended family have purchased 11 cars from them. The last one about a year and a half ago. This last week I had a Granddaughter turn "Sweet 16" and we gave her a car. It was a Mustang purchased from Ken Grody Ford. Great deal and amazing customer service. I hope the $2600 was worth the loss of a sale this last week and all the sales from here on. Not sure what happened there but post if you have had similar problems.

    Highly recommended by a friend, Bill Chamberlain. As we had just been just looking around. Contacted Erik Pryor and he set it up with Brandon (sales person). Arrived and was greeted by Brandon. We explained what we were looking at and what our plans were for what we were doing. He had 2 versions and he went and brought them to us. We went over both and decided to drive the white one. Did our drive and decided to purchase. Brandon gave us multiple ways to go. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured. After going over the options we agreed on the vehicle pricing and terms. We then sat down with the F&I person which also made us feel great. The whole experience of dealing with Brandon and fiance dept. went so we'll and smooth had made us happy with our decision to but at that moment instead of going elsewhere.     The first time I went to this location I had a much better experience than this. However, charging a patron for services you did not provide is very illegal and very sad. Word of advice for anyone getting service on your vehicle do small things like marking your tires with a marker or changing your filters with dirty filters to make sure they do their due diligence during their inspections. Went to this location for their works service package where they offer an oil change, filter check, tire rotation and balance, in addition to a battery check oil top off and other items. I was told on Saturdays they don't offer an appointment it is first come first serve. Which is different than every other for location I have been there. I showed up at 8:30 and I was there for almost 3 hours to get my car served. To wait that long you would think I would have got excellent service. They have a camera in the shop and I could watch them literally just sit with the hood open on the car and not see anyone actively looking at my vehicle. Mind you I mentioned to them I was going on a road trip so it was important my car was inspected. I knew everything was wrong when I went to check on my vehicle he was ready to charge me with no vehicle report in had. Every time you go to Ford, you get a vehicle report from who inspected you car. He did not have one first red flag. Second I ask hey any things to report on my vehicle. No nothing at all its in great condition. Second red flag. Last I ask for my inspection and he says they don't have one. He says he will email it to me. At this point including the fact that I was a able to watch the "service" they provided which was just an oil change and maybe a top off , I should have asked for a manager. Instead I spoke with him more to let him dig a bigger whole. And asked him more follow up questions based on my last check up. Needless to say I don't believe they did a tire change and I know for a fact they never looked at my filters or windshield wiper blades which I desperately needed. Word to the wise make sure you inspect your car and view it before you take it in so you have proof of missing service.

    Also, we arrived with our credit paperwork from Altura Bank, 4.99 interest rate ( our credit score is 875... only to be told they were quoted a higher rate-so, they chose BofA at the rate of 7.7%.... Hmmmm.. bait and switch... we gave them quite a chunk of change as a down payment. I then returned to my credit union "Altura" who confirmed , they definitely had lowered rates... Buyer beware... we are retired law enforcement and will post on our retirement social media account ref this incident as well... Also, another minus 10 stars for not monitoring social media and reaching out to us... DO BETTER RACEWAY FORD!!!!

So when my transmission issue came up it should have been covered but it was JUST out of warranty and no one would talk to me. They all said I was S.O.L. And I mean EVERYBODY!!!! With 1 exception, a service guy named Craig Davis listened and made sure I was taken care of and he communicated well with me and my brother. I want NOTHING to do with Chevy! Ever again!! But I would love for Craig to get a better job at another car dealer. He needs to abandon ship with Chevy and join a real company who helps their customers and not knowingly screw them over! Save yourself a lot of heartache and money and go somewhere else!!! Edit to respond to Tony: That is not the truth! They DID change out issues with the transmission prior to selling it to me at 5,000 miles. At 5k miles it shouldn't have transmission issues! Don't lie to make yourself look good. At 50k miles it shouldn't have transmission issues. Especially with how nice I drive and take care of my cars!

I specifically asked the salesperson through text messages if the warranty was through the dealership or a third-party company, and I was told in writing that it was through the dealership and "not to worry about it." Looking back now, that was completely deceptive and I would strongly advise anyone buying a car here to be very careful with what they sign and not rely on statements made during the sales process. The vehicle started having problems almost immediately after purchase and was repeatedly back at the dealership for repairs. What makes this even more frustrating is that these issues occurred within the initial 30 days after purchase, where the repairs should have been handled completely at no charge. Instead, they are using my third-party warranty and only covering the deductible. That honestly feels very deceptive to me because now my warranty is being used up for problems that started right after buying the car. I bought this vehicle because I needed something reliable for my family and within my budget. I work hard for my money like most people do, and I do not have unlimited disposable income like big dealerships and corporations. The vehicle has spent more time at the dealership than with me since purchasing it. To their credit, they did provide me with a courtesy vehicle, but I am limited on mileage, which defeats the purpose of even buying my own car in the first place. I bought a vehicle so I could drive freely without restrictions. The communication has also been terrible. Before the sale, they constantly contacted me and treated me very friendly just to make the sale. But once the problems started, it became extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. It should not take negative reviews just to receive updates or responses about a vehicle that I am paying for but barely able to drive. I am not writing this review because I am angry. I am writing this because I am disappointed. I genuinely tried being patient and understanding throughout this process, but honesty, communication, and accountability matter. I will be attaching screenshots and service records for transparency so people can make informed decisions before purchasing from this dealership. From the date of purchase on September 19, 2025, up until today, May 7, 2026, the vehicle is still being worked on.

It doesn't say how many it just says 36,000 miles or three years.. There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! They don't care only out to make money once they make the deal they don't care !!

That has to be the absolute fastest I've EVER gotten a car from any dealership ever! There were no hidden fees, no bs and no drama. Michael was nice, tried to make it quick and easy as possible. Raf was quicky and fun, got thru fiance with no trouble at all. After all that, the problem started. We noticed various stickers around the car that should have been removed thru detail, tells me that they did not spend as much time of the vehicle. We also noticed that there were white specks on the good, most likely from the delivery film for transport. They offered to detail again the next day. No big deal right? I bought the vehicle back the next day after nearly 2 hours of traffic, all just for them spend 1hr and a half to clean only the hood, even though I was promised verbally a total re-detail. Whatever, did not want to deal with it any longer, so I went home. The vehicle was parked in the garage for 2 days, tonight I opened the garage to get something, then I noticed that there were scratches on the Hood, in the area the white specks were. I only saw it because the light from the garage opener hit it just right. Really really frustrating.
