Empty charger port that they don't use to charge my car for two weeks of having it.
    Cameron B.

WARNING!!! ATTENTION!!! WARNING!!! ATTENTION!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! CAUTION!!! Do not buy a vehicle from this place. Save your money and yourself the headache. I promise you your experience will be one you regret. The service there is terrible. I had service done to my vehicle there and they literally tried to rip me off for a service that was free due to a recall. They tried to find a way to charge me $600. If I hadn't called the recall customer service line and asked them for help, they would've tried to keep my vehicle for a service I didn't cause. The tech named Chris was rude and made it seem like the money was coming directly out of his pocket. He wasn't helpful and made it seem like I just have to deal with whatever he did or I wouldn't get my car back. Corporate had to get involved and he gave them a hard time too. Telling me no manager was there and I wouldn't have to wait till over the weekend to speak with a manager after not giving the car for a full week. They held my car for 2 weeks for something that only takes a day to fix. Horrible communication and almost cost me my job. When I arrived to pick up my car it was dirty they didn't even have the courtesy to wash it and didn't even charge it up. The electric port/stall had no car parked in it. No one asked if I needed help or greeted me. I hadn't even introduce myself for them to know who I was to treat me the way they did. I was actually looking to purchase a new vehicle but I will drive somewhere else rather than give them my money. Absolutely ridiculous! I like ford but Raceway Ford needs to be put out of business karma will ruin this place. Trust me when I say you will regret buying here!

I was in the market for a used Ford Ranger and reached out to Raceway Ford to schedule a test drive. I spoke with David, one of the salesmen, and he was excellent. He was very responsive and informative, answering all my questions about the truck. During my first visit, I took the Ranger for a test drive and found it to be well-maintained. David did a great job explaining everything about the vehicle. I returned for a second test drive with my wife so she could also see and experience the truck. We decided to move forward with the purchase and picked it up the next day. Everything was ready when we arrived. David was great to talk to and not just about the truck, but other topics as well. I did a full inspection of the vehicle, from the engine to underneath the frame, and everything checked out. While I know David is a salesman, he came across as genuine and relatable. Everyone I interacted with at Raceway Ford was helpful and courteous. If I'm ever in the market for another truck, Raceway Ford will be my first stop. I highly recommend them.

My truck dealer Rick Auzenne was incredible to work with!!! He is willing to bend backwards for any customer, especially those in the military. Every rate, every number, every competitive offer I threw out, he was quick to work with me and convince his team to return with even BETTER offers. Communication was effortless, he is friendly, patient, and understanding. I have already recommended his services to a few friends, my transaction couldn't have gone smoother. Thank you, Rick!!!

    gBroken Temp sensor wire

A bit long but worth the read I went to start my 2016 Ford Edge and it would not start. After troubleshooting (I have rebuilt many cars, Trucks, and Harleys), I found a short in the wiring going to the Temp sensor for the coolant. Not something a gear head like me can replace because of the reprogramming needed. Towed it to Raceway Ford. Charged a $250 fee to troubleshoot. It used to be this would them be deducted from the cost of the repair if you did it with them. Not any longer. Not only that but they called later and wanted another $850 because the intake manifold had to be removed to inspect the temp sensor. After some back and forth it was reduced to $550, still way to high but I had no choice. Next day they called and told me the wire to the temp sensor had been chewed by some animal. They wanted $2,000 for the repair. I asked why it was so much and was told it requires 3 hours of repair. I also asked if that included the $550 for the "Inspection" and was told yes. I again had no choice so gave the go ahead. ONE hour later I got a call saying it was ready. Went to pick it up only to find the bill was $2600. He insisted that he told me $2600 on the phone. My Adult Daughter was in the car when I took the call and She assured me he said $2000. Again had to pay it. While this was going on I tried to register my truck for the year and could not because it had an emissions recall. It was just reprogramming so Raceway said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. When the Tech came out, and after 45 minutes he told me he could not get the computer to accept the Raceway License for the software needed from Ford. He had to go back and get it "figured out". 4 days later he returned and tried again. This time the scanner that interfaced with the car and computer did not work. Had to go back and change scanners. 5 days later he returned and was able to reprogram the truck. Problem solved right, not a chance. I still could not register the truck because Raceway had not entered the code that my truck produced when it was reprogramed. 2 days later the tech once again had to come out to get the code. It took 4 days after that before it showed up at the DMV. By then I had gone past the due date and they wanted to charge the late fee. After several emails and documentation, I was allowed to pay the regular fee. We have used Raceway exclusively for over 2 decades. Myself and my extended family have purchased 11 cars from them. The last one about a year and a half ago. This last week I had a Granddaughter turn "Sweet 16" and we gave her a car. It was a Mustang purchased from Ken Grody Ford. Great deal and amazing customer service. I hope the $2600 was worth the loss of a sale this last week and all the sales from here on. Not sure what happened there but post if you have had similar problems.

Dirty engine filter vs clean filter

The first time I went to this location I had a much better experience than this. However, charging a patron for services you did not provide is very illegal and very sad. Word of advice for anyone getting service on your vehicle do small things like marking your tires with a marker or changing your filters with dirty filters to make sure they do their due diligence during their inspections. Went to this location for their works service package where they offer an oil change, filter check, tire rotation and balance, in addition to a battery check oil top off and other items. I was told on Saturdays they don't offer an appointment it is first come first serve. Which is different than every other for location I have been there. I showed up at 8:30 and I was there for almost 3 hours to get my car served. To wait that long you would think I would have got excellent service. They have a camera in the shop and I could watch them literally just sit with the hood open on the car and not see anyone actively looking at my vehicle. Mind you I mentioned to them I was going on a road trip so it was important my car was inspected. I knew everything was wrong when I went to check on my vehicle he was ready to charge me with no vehicle report in had. Every time you go to Ford, you get a vehicle report from who inspected you car. He did not have one first red flag. Second I ask hey any things to report on my vehicle. No nothing at all its in great condition. Second red flag. Last I ask for my inspection and he says they don't have one. He says he will email it to me. At this point including the fact that I was a able to watch the "service" they provided which was just an oil change and maybe a top off , I should have asked for a manager. Instead I spoke with him more to let him dig a bigger whole. And asked him more follow up questions based on my last check up. Needless to say I don't believe they did a tire change and I know for a fact they never looked at my filters or windshield wiper blades which I desperately needed. Word to the wise make sure you inspect your car and view it before you take it in so you have proof of missing service.

Thank you David for making my purchase smooth and quick ! 10 out of 10 recommend dealership ! Ask for David !

Highly recommended by a friend, Bill Chamberlain. As we had just been just looking around. Contacted Erik Pryor and he set it up with Brandon (sales person). Arrived and was greeted by Brandon. We explained what we were looking at and what our plans were for what we were doing. He had 2 versions and he went and brought them to us. We went over both and decided to drive the white one. Did our drive and decided to purchase. Brandon gave us multiple ways to go. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured. After going over the options we agreed on the vehicle pricing and terms. We then sat down with the F&I person which also made us feel great. The whole experience of dealing with Brandon and fiance dept. went so we'll and smooth had made us happy with our decision to but at that moment instead of going elsewhere. We had been to a couple others but felt too much pressured. Thank you Raceway Ford for the experience of a smooth purchase. Dan and Leah Chasey

They told me that didn't happen However, my concern isn't only that GM denied goodwill assistance. My concern is that I had to bring my 2021 Silverado back to the dealership for the exact same transmission-related issue after the initial repair. That raises questions about whether the root cause was fully diagnosed and corrected the first time. The day I took it I had the print of the codes of what was wrong with the truck it match to the ones given to me at the dealership Since the problem happen again and I took with me the codes of the past and most recent ones after picking up the truck. I understand the dealership cannot control GM's goodwill decisions, but customers also expect repairs to resolve the problem. Having to return for the same issue is frustrating, especially considering the downtime and inconvenience. I hope the dealership and GM will continue working with customers experiencing repeat transmission concerns, particularly when similar issues have been reported on these vehicles. My goal in leaving my review was to share my experience honestly so others understand what I went through.

My 2024 Prologue is the first Honda I have owned and I have not been happy at all. Spreen Honda totally corrupted my opinion of dealerships and multiple issues with this vehicle has severely tarnished Honda's image. This vehicle, unbeknownst to me at the time, was really a GMC vehicle that Honda placed their name on. There are two open recalls on the truck. My vehicle has been in and out of the Spreen dealership more than 10 times in less than a year - axle clicking, front bumper coming off, display console blackouts, rear camera blackout, vehicle not updating, HondaLink app not connecting to the car, etc. Spreen service counselors are the worst liars ever. Service have told me that parts were not available for any of the recall and the issues with the axle could not be addressed until Honda authorized the replacement. Spreen needs to be investigated by the State of California!! After the poor service at Spreen multiple times, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Honda. Mr. Brady was my assigned service counselor. Mr. Brady assured me that my vehicle would get a thorough inspection and all issues found will be addressed. As it turned out my concerns of safety were confirmed when the technician discovered that BOTH axles (left & right) were bad, clicking when making turns at low speed, and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is NOT two years old yet and there warranty repairs needed...?!?!? Mr. Brady ordered the axle parts and had them installed under the warranty. He also got the display recall repaired. Mr. Brady kept in contact with me the entire day whenever my vehicle was left in his care. Again, Mr. Brady has saved the face of Honda. However, I certainly believe I got a LEMON from Spreen Honda. My experience with this dealership was extremely frustrating. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and despite being contacted after my initial review, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation. At one point, I was warned about potential "defamation" for sharing my experience. That response felt inappropriate and discouraging, especially when I was simply trying to communicate what happened from my perspective. I was also repeatedly contacted by a salesperson even after I made it clear I was not interested, which added to the negative experience. If you are shopping for a car, I strongly recommend taking your time, comparing offers, and considering financing through a credit union or outside lender so you have more control in the process. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we experienced a serious battery-related failure that left the vehicle in your service department for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same issue for a second time. The vehicle has once again required battery-related repairs and has now been out of service for more than two months. What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. We would appreciate a clear explanation of the ongoing problems with the vehicle, a definitive timeline for repair, and a meaningful resolution that reflects the seriousness of this situation. We chose Mercedes-Benz because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and we expect that reputation to be reflected in how this matter is handled. He jotted down all my concerns and made sure to explain every step of the process. He didn't have the "smarmy, condescending car salesman" attitude. Since this was my first service for the new RX hybrid, it was an easy process but they actually made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which is incredibly appreciated. Zeke also double-checked and explained the care/service package that I had purchased. He was always polite and patient with all my silly questions. It's only because of Zeke and Nick that I will continue to choose Riverside Lexus and tell all my family and friends to get their services done there. :) See you in a few months, Zeke!

I honestly don't even know where to begin other than saying: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP…read more I currently own five Lexus vehicles, all brand-new 2025 and 2026 models, so I am very familiar with Lexus vehicles, their maintenance, and what should and shouldn't be recommended during routine service. Today, my elderly mother took her 2026 Lexus TX with only 13,000 miles in for a very simple oil change. I scheduled the appointment for her because she is an elderly woman, and I wanted to make sure everything was taken care of properly. While she was at the dealership, my mother contacted me with the service advisor standing right next to her. She was told that she needed FOUR brand-new tires because her current tires were supposedly "dangerous" and "unsafe to drive." She was also told that her cabin air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. I immediately questioned this because I own two vehicles of the exact same year and model, and I have never been told anything remotely similar during my own service appointments. My mother also drives much less than I do and is an extremely cautious driver. After I spoke with the service advisor and made it very clear that I was familiar with the vehicle and knew exactly what I was talking about, we received a call about an hour later stating that the service advisor had provided information for the wrong vehicle. Let that sink in. My mother was quoted nearly $4,000 in repairs and replacements based on information that they later admitted belonged to another vehicle. Had my mother not contacted me, she could have potentially spent nearly $4,000 on unnecessary work. I want everyone to understand why I am so upset. This wasn't a minor misunderstanding. An elderly customer was presented with a major, expensive repair recommendation and told her vehicle was unsafe to drive--only to later be told that the information was given for the wrong vehicle. I cannot say what the intention was, but I personally find this extremely concerning, and I absolutely do not feel comfortable allowing this situation to go unanswered. I will be reporting this and requesting that the dealership investigate exactly what happened. Please be cautious, ask questions, and always verify major repair recommendations--especially when you are told your vehicle is "dangerous" or "unsafe" and are being asked to spend thousands of dollars.

Riverside Nissan - Loose bolt on the idler pulley. I would have tightened it myself but it would take a special wrench.

Let me start by telling you that this Nissan dealership in Riverside is the BEST one! I went to…read moreNissan El Monte (NOT recommended). I went to Nissan Alhambra (NOT recommended - negative business practice). Contacted Nissan Duarte (poor inventory - doesn't have the car I wanted). And finally, Nissan Gardena (NOT recommended - they don't listen). When I say NOT recommended, just take my word for it. I don't want to elaborate too much detail since this review is for Riverside Nissan. So, as you can see, I basically made my rounds all over town to find the best place to buy or lease my car. Riverside Nissan is completely different from others. First, the price they quoted online (using their website) with all the discounts is legit and they honored it. I'm super happy! But take note that my credit score is outstanding, above 800, so your credit score may be a factor on your actual quote. People with bad credit usually pay more because they have a higher risk profile or higher default rate. However, not sure if this dealership enforces this common business practice or not. Just be aware about it if your credit is poor or below average. The majority of my transactions were professionally handled by Lisbet. She needs to work a tiny (very tiny) bit more on her communication or follow-up, but overall, she was excellent, friendly, and fast. She pretty much took care of everything: delivering the car to my place, paperwork, deal making, and driving my trade-in back to Riverside. I currently reside in Monrovia, so the drive is a little substantial especially with traffic. She definitely went above and beyond, which I deeply appreciate. (Thanks so much, Lisbet!) And the best part, Riverside Nissan gave a fantastic deal (based on my request) for my trade-in vehicle compared to other dealers! I tell you, this is the ONLY dealership that values ACTION (and honor) instead of false promises (wasting your time). So, if you're thinking about trading in your car for a new one, this is the place to do it! I honestly recommend this place if this is something you're thinking about. Don't bother checking other dealerships - I did the work for you! Yes, thank me later. Lastly, and this goes back to the tiny communication glitch with Lisbet. When she took my car, she told me that she will text or call (within a week) to let me know when I will get my check for the trade-in. However, to my surprise, the payment was mailed earlier than expected. Unfortunately, because I wasn't notified as promised, I contacted the owner, Richard, via email for a "needless" follow-up. The owner responded by calling within 2 hours and that's when I learned that my check was already in the mail. Without a doubt, the owner truly cares for his business and reputation. 5 stars!! Based on my overall experience - and I'm super picky and critical - I would gladly recommend this place if you want or need a new Nissan! (As long as Richard is the owner!) The quoted online price was valid, salespeople were helpful, best offer for trade-in, and an owner who values his customers. Not sure about others, but for me, the "HONESTY is the BEST POLICY" was used. What else do you want? And, of course, LOVE my new car! Thank you very much, Riverside Nissan!

I went here about 4 years ago to fix a small issue. They did a full inspection which I didnt ask…read morefor but it was free. They gave me a bill for $10,000 on a 2012 nissan rogue that had 100k mileage on it. The bill was for repairs other than what i went for such leakage and stuff. They are seriously on some drugs here to do that with a straight face. Of course this has nothing to do with all of the staff members. I have never returned and will never return.
