Great Gin and Tonic and my friends enjoyed the beers on tap. I was super jealous that the bus seating was full but there's plenty of seating outside in the cart park and they were ok with taking the glassware out there. It was really busy but the person at the counter kept the line moving and it didn't take long at all!

This place is GREAT! We stopped in to check it out and had a wonderful conversation with the owner. He shared that the bar was meant to be an English pub homage to his grandmother's and shared the photos there of Rachel and Rose. After a Potter themed party, customers started bringing in items to add to the magic. How amazing! The bus borders food carts and you can take food in the bus bar. They have games to hang out and play.

This place was so fun! I believe they only sell beer and ciders . Come to find out of course it's Harry Potter themed bus! We sat upstairs and they have a handful of games to play while you sit and enjoy your beverages with music playing. The staff was very kind and there were cute little Harry Potter Bits and pieces worked into this double-decker bus! The only thing to be mindful of is the restroom is not on the bus but literally within a 30 second walk. We want to come back and enjoy the space more! So fun :-)

Such a cute concept and find in Portland! My friend and I were walking through the city when we discovered this double decker converted into a place to have a quick drink! I'm sure at night it looks magical with the hung up lights turned on. They had a variety of drinks to choose from. We tried the Lemonade Sour Beer. It wasn't quite what we were expecting, and was pretty thick for a sour beer. It tasted and had the consistency of a smoothie sour beer. I can't remember which brewery it was from! You walk inside, and at the front of the bus they have a photo op area, and in the middle once you enter is where you order. Then you can head upstairs to seat yourself :).

This was a cool find while walking around Portland. The bar tender here is great. Had some great conversation around adult beverages. The only I caution on this one is if it's hot this is a hard pass. When the weather is nice grab your drink and head for the top deck of the bus. You'll want to sit at the far end if you're looking for a breeze. This will definitely be on my lists of places to frequent when visiting Portland.

this bar felt like a little secret to discover ! the interior is decorated so well and cozy with harry potter references everywhere ! we got the butter beer which was not only delicious, but sparkly too ! they had a lovely sitting area on the second floor of the double decker with a bunch of board games. they even allow outside food, which we thought was pretty cool

Perhaps the most unique beer experience in Portland! And I've been all over the city to many a brewpub and microbreweries. This is so cool because it was a London double-decker tour bus. Actually shipped from London to the USA in St Johns. During the Covid Pandemic, the owner remodeled and transformed it into a nice little beer pub on wheels parked under the canopy of giant shady trees on Park Blocks North & Burnside food courts. Owner named the bus after his two grandmothers - Raven and Rose. How cool is that!!! Good rotating tap of cold brews. My wife and I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck, breeze whistling through the open and airy upper deck, tree branches shimmying - cheers! Unique! So much the convivial place to chill out and a good brew. Will be back. Oh, you can buy grub at the food trucks and bring it inside!

Super cute and unique bar inside of a double decker London bus. The bar is on the first floor and there's tables and seats on the top floor. The bar offered cocktails, beer, and wine at very reasonable prices. It was a fun and unique experience!

The inside of the bus is super cool, it's Harry Potter themed. In other words, " take it away, Ernie" and away he took it. Such a chill atmosphere. If I lived in Portland, I'd come here all the time to grab a drink and watch traffic go by. The selection of beer is great and very reasonably priced and who the heck wouldn't enjoy drinking on a double decker bus?? Also the owner is so nice and friendly, very approachable and easy to talk to. Love him, a chulada of a person The other guy who worked there was also hella chill. Great staff, great drinks, great place! A memorable spot to stop by when in Portland.

This was a cool place to check out while on a recent trip to Portland! It's great to sit with friends and enjoy a beer or just hang out by yourself. Definitely go upstairs. It's covered and has plenty of seating! The person who served my friends and I gave great suggestions of what was on tap and we were even allowed to bring food from the local food trucks that were in the area. Can't wait to take a trip back out there to go again.

Honestly, I don't visit Rachel & Rose enough. It's a great place to have a beer or coffee while enjoying the surrounding food carts delights. Sometimes we stop in to play cards or just enjoy the view from the second level of the double decker bus. The beer selection has several local options and types. We always have great service from the owner himself. See you soon Rachel & Rose!

Visiting Portland my friends were stoked to take me here. It's a double decker bar! Never seen one of these in person before. Bar tender was cool. It wasn't busy it was a Sunday noonish gloomy day. We had a cider drink which tasted amazing and got us buzz. People in there were friendly. I reccomend this cool little spot.

My boyfriend and I got some food from Kim Jong Grillin' and we're lucky enough to be able to eat it with a delicious beer from Rachel & Rose. I have lived in PDX for over 20 years and this was by far one of the most unique pubs I have ever been to. The ambience was top tier and the service from the owner made it that much more enjoyable. He was so sweet and I loved learning about where the name came from. If you are looking for a truly old school Portland experience, visit Rachel & Rose! The beer is *chefs kiss* and being able to dine/drink in a double decker bus with a view in the fall? AMAZING. 10/10 recommend.

The entire bar is right here!

Inside is dark and cozy, perfect for a rainy afternoon or evening. My only complaint is there is a lot of wood and all the hard surfaces don't reflect noise so it's sometimes challenging to hear. They have a wonderful assortment of wines and not all local. For me, that's a good thing. Yes I love a Willamette Valley Pinot or a Washington Cabernet, but I get a lot of those when I'm visiting these areas, which I do frequently. At Muse you can enjoy a red from France, Spain, Italy, as well as local. Lots of whites and some bubbles, too. You can do a tasting of three half glass pours of your choice, or order a glass. Some nights they have tastings that they have preselected. Last night, based on Alex's recommendation, after telling him my preferences, I had the 2021 Crozes-Hermitage from Paris. It was a bigger red, but so smooth. Next I went with the Rioja Gran Reserva which was more fruit forward. Another winner. Their cheese and jam plates are fabulous, the cheese especially delicious, and pair perfectly with the wines. Have a feeling I'll be back frequently to this charming neighborhood wine since my friend works out next door, so it's a perfect meeting spot.
