From the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted with friendliness and care. This was by far the best experience at a dentist's office I have ever had! We talked, laughed and laid out a dental plan for me. I've been to the office several times over the last few months getting several things repaired, both needed and proactive repairs. I love the fact they the staff looks forward before a problem occurs. Great chair side manner from both the hygienist and doctor. I plan on being here for at least 20 years also!

What a fabulous office, everyone was amazing! Jaci started it off by being so kind and helpful when I called- I knew then that we had found a wonderful place. Dr Molly was so kind and did a great job on my teeth. I don't remember the assistant's name but she was amazing. We both had our teeth cleaned the following week and was so pleased with our hygienist- again I can't remember her name but amazing. You will not be disappointed for getting care here.

There are very few dentists in our area who even recognize TMJ/TMD, much less know anything about how to treat it, and I'm relieved to have found Dr. Motlagh. She is very knowledgeable about and experienced in this subject matter, and she has pioneered a nonsurgical way to deal with the issue. Hurray! Though I am at the beginning of this journey, I feel strongly that I'm in capable hands and will ultimately find relief. I appreciate all the time she has taken to perform extensive tests and measurements, share the results so that I can get the full picture, and really explain to me what she's doing. Dr. Motlagh's care for her patients is evident. I have never been so excited to go to the dentist!

I finally got my crown replaced (at another dentist office) so I thought I would finally write about my experience, especially since my new dentist has made this such a pleasant experience. I was looking for a new dentist that took my insurance and came across this place. From my first visit to last visit every appt was unenjoyable. From the sketchy stairs, pee smelled elevator, office gossip, I do NOT recommend going here. Also the fact that they say they're a "Holistic" dentist but they're not. The receptionist started by giving me another patients info (total HIPAA violation). The dental assistant Mary was discussing workplace annoyances to me. My first appt was getting my temporary crown placed. While in the parking lot leaving, my temp crown fell out and was loose in my mouth. I was so shocked, not once was it mentioned that was a possibility, not to mention the possible choking hazard. I went back in to let them know and they treated it so nonchalant. I came back 2 weeks later to have my permanent crown seated. The crown was done so poorly. The shape should have 4 mounds, and was almost completely smooth. The height was also taller than my other teeth which messed up my bite. I mentioned that I didn't like the shape and it felt uncomfortable, so Dr Flath tried fixing the shape, which he then made worse, and shortened the side close to my gums. Then told me there was nothing he could do because the crown was too short now. I struggle going to the dentist so I found it hard to speak up and demand they replace the crown, especially because they kept dismissing me and saying "I had to deal with it". I went to my new dentist and they had said what an awful job was done. So I called Bravo Smile and told them I got a second opinion, that my dentist said the crown was cracking, causing inflammation, and had a void. Which shouldn't be happening in a year. Bravo Smile was not helpful in the slightest. I mostly spoke with Mary and she threatened me and hung up on me. So I was not able to get a refund and had to pay to get a new crown done in under 3 years. Anyway if you stayed to read my story, thank you, just wanted to give a warning of this place. Definitely do not recommend.

David Wiley is a caring, skillful and conscientious dentist who does not pressure his patients to get unnecessary work done. Recently I was at his office for a three hour complicated appointment and he actually called me the next day to see how I was doing. Not his dental assistant or front desk staff, but himself. That is a first for me in all of my dental experiences. I usually travel two hours to see him, but I wouldn't consider changing to anyone else. His entire staff is competent and pleasant. They all seem to have better communication skills than most people. Honestly, how many dental patients can say that they actually felt relaxed during their procedures?

On October 1st, 2025, Dr. Khaki at Division Street Dental replaced a filling in a tooth where an…read moreolder filling had fallen out. The tooth was not painful at that time but I wanted to address it before it became a bigger issue. After the procedure, the tooth became painful to chew on.  I chose this office because I believed a holistic and "conservative" approach would emphasize precision and preservation of tooth structure. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. What started as a small hole turned into a very large and deep filling that now covers a substantial portion of my tooth and is painful to chew on.  I waited about 10 months before writing this review because I wanted to give the tooth time to recover and during this time I sought second opinions from other dental professionals. An endodontist told me that a root canal is not currently necessary, but they advised being cautious with additional work, such as a crown, because further treatment could potentially "push the tooth over the edge." At this point, my tooth is still sensitive to chew on, and my understanding is that treatment options are limited, expensive and extensive.  I also found it concerning that immediately after the procedure with Dr. Khaki she told me I needed a "deep cleaning" because my gums were bleeding significantly. When I got home, I noticed a fairly large cut in my gums near the area where the work had been done. I did not get the deep cleaning done, instead I went to a different dental professional who told me my oral hygiene was very good and that I only needed a routine cleaning. I understand dental outcomes can vary, but based on my personal experience, I regret having this filling done at Division Street Dental.

I brought my 9 year old son in today for an urgent last minute appointment. A baby tooth that had…read morepreviously been drilled had its filling fall out, causing pain and risking infection. Dr Khaki refused to extract the tooth, repeatedly expressing fear and hesitation directly in front of my son. She told him it would be "too traumatic and scary" for him to have it done while awake and that she would not do it. She then made the decision for me that he would be put to sleep for the procedure. Something I am not comfortable doing for a simple baby tooth. This visibly terrified him. He left the office in tears and bawled in the car -- not from pain, but from the fear and uncertainty she created. He was already numb and ready to get it over with today. Apprehensive but ready. Instead, we were sent home without the promised referral being sent. I called just in time for them to close. It will likely be next week that I can get him in somewhere else. In addition, I overheard the receptionist say this was the third time today this had happened. If the goal was to be "gentle," speaking about trauma and fear in front of a scared child, and making major medical decisions without my input, was the opposite of helpful. It was unprofessional, lacked confidence, and unnecessarily escalated my son's anxiety. A calm, decisive approach would have allowed the simple extraction to be completed quickly and safely while he was numb. We will not be returning. Parents deserve a provider who can set confident, reassuring boundaries, especially in urgent situations with young children.
