I love my dentist and the office staff here. She's amazing and really caring. I came here after I had a chip tooth. She has to do a build up of a crown and I also had to get a partial crown. It helps that she's extremely patient because unfortunately, I have a very small mouth so for long procedures, I feel bad for the dentist. Not only, that her whole staff hygienist, assistant, etc are AMAZING. They listen to all of your concern and help each other out. I can't wait to go to my next dentist appointment! The only thing is that they are working on their access issues since it's monday - thursday, so for the working population with normal schedule, it's extremely hard to get in for an appointment at time. I'm from out of state and needed to find a dentist when I was experiencing very bad pain in my teeth. I searched on Yelp and called a few dentists to see who could get me in fast to fix my problem. I called Dr. Fine's office and was helped immediately -- they were able to get me in the very next day. Most importantly, Dr. Fine and her amazingly friendly staff changed the experience of going to the dentist for me. Growing up, I never wanted to go to the dentist. That will never be the case again! There is no better dentist then Dr. Fine... not only is she excellent at what she does, is super friendly, and has an office full of amazing people, but she's also extremely forward-thinking in the technology she has on-site. Here's just a highlight of some of the more advanced equipment I've seen vs. the last dentist I had: 1. CEREC Machine- Dr. Fine has a same-day delivery, full porcelain crown making machine right there in the office. That means there's no waiting for crowns to be made: everything is done immediately (dentists without this machine have to send out crown molds to have them made off-site, and this can take days/weeks. Meanwhile, your tooth is hurting with the wait!) Dr. Fine is specially trained (and trains others) to operate this machine, which not many offices have. 2. Cavitron: this is a brand-new tool used to clean teeth. It's like a water pick and scraper all in one. Makes the cleaning process so much more comfortable and thorough- the water cleans out all crevices in your mouth! 3. Digital x-rays and photos viewed on a 42" inch screen: gone are the days of film x-rays and photos (though not all dental offices have figured that out). Dr. Fine takes all her x-rays and photos digitally, which means they are available immediately (again, no waiting for film processing). The images show up on the TV screen in front of you so you can see exactly what is happening with your teeth while Dr. Fine explains: the screens magnify, identify, and educate patients when diagnosing what's going on. These are just a few of the advanced equipment/technology that Dr. Fine utilizes in her work. She keeps up with the latest technology and is constantly striving to improve procedures/tools if it means making the experience more comfortable for her patients. I cannot recommend Dr. Fine enough, especially for those who want dentists who operate with the latest technology. I also want to give a shout-out to all the dental hygienists in the office and to Maggie at the front desk. They always take such good care of me and I think of them as family! Found Dr. Fine on yelp and increased my dental coverage to see her the following month! From the second I made an appointment, A+ service and client experience training going on over there. Every person I encountered from the phone, to email follow up, to each person I met during my visit was WONDERFUL and treated me with superb service. I've never had such a pleasant experience at a dentist, nonetheless. I thought i wanted a space in my smile bonded and Dr. Fine immediately gave me her honest professional opinion, which cost her me doing it and her receiving money, but she truly thought referring me to her orthodontist was the best choice. Complete opposite of my last dentist who I left due to nickel and dime-ing me for years. Lastly, today I received a beautiful (great design btw) thank you card in the mail basically thanking me, offering her line if i had any questions, remembering i was just quitting smoking (adding she and Deanna--who cleaned my teeth and rocks--were rooting for me to quit) & a Starbucks gift card! All the reviews are 100% true...Dr. Fine is a true gem!! Day before Christmas Eve my front tooth chipped...I was visiting LA for the holidays and called my daughter's dentist (away) and just about all I could find on YELP with good reviews. All dentists seemed to be away until 1/6...but then Dr. Fine herself called me personally and offered to meet me at her office after their holiday luncheon that afternoon. She bonded my tooth and enabled me to have a lovely holiday and not look tragic, haha! I really REALLY liked her and have recommended her for my toddler granddaughter's dental care as well b/c she has both a gentle manner and top-notch skills (and is a mom of young children as well). I cannot recommend Dr. Fine and her office highly enough. Her front office staff made a great first impression by helping me be seen ASAP for an emergency appointment. Dr. Fine took a cautious approach to my issue and referred me to a specialist appropriately. When it finally came time for me to get a partial crown, Dr. Fine and assistant Laura made the process as comfortable as such a thing can be. Dr Fine has a warm and approachable personality, always spending as much time with me as needed and answering all of my questions without rushing me. I loved that she (and Laura) explained every step in the process, both before and during. I also appreciated that she checked in with me frequently while I was in the chair to make sure that I wasn't experiencing any pain. Procedure costs are communicated clearly upfront. All of the staff I've met are very friendly and seem to enjoy what they do. Having seen Dr. Fine a few times now, I am confident that she is a highly skilled doctor who truly cares about her patients' well being. I can't remember the last time a doctor personally called me following a procedure to check in and see how I was feeling! There is no question that Dr Rachel Fine is an exceptional dentist running an exceptional practice. I am thoroughly impressed by her skills, the technology she has on hand, and by the mixture of professionalism and sensitivity so apparent in her office. I think we all know when we have found a gem. Referred by my periodontist in Orange County, I at first resisted going too meet this Dr Fine. But swept up in her good cheer and obvious capabilities, it didn't take me long to be totally comfortable in her care and the care of the team who support her. My favorite recollection is of a two-hour appointment during which she removed an old crown, prepared my tooth for a new one, used her pen-like camera to take digital images that she later cut and pasted on a big screen before my eyes... ultimately sending shape figures to her office mill which made a new partial crown that fit perfectly! Her hygienists and staff are equally as warm and welcoming, and are very helpful with appointments and insurance questions. My baby girl, who just turned 6, had a molar come in a few days ago. She's had a lot of pain and swelling. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous and got her an appointment the same day. The building is under renovations and it looks great! The office as clean with amenities: mini bottles waters, pac man arcade table, and single cup coffee maker. I filled out the forms on a tablet, quick and easy. We were seen right away and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. Dr. Fine was sweet and great with my baby girl. She did not notice her cheek and neck were swollen and when I pointed that out, she acknowledged it immediately and prescribed an antibiotic for possible infection. I felt so comfortable I scheduled appointments for my husband and myself. Looks like we're in good hands! read more

On two separate occasions, my dentist, specializing in gums, told me I would need to get a couple of fillings redone. His office recommended Dr. Fine, who used to be an old floormate or buildingmate, one of the two. His office was very acquainted with the quality of her work and with her as a person. So on two separate occasions, I went to have the issue taken care of. First of all, Dr. Fine's office is super cool and unique across the board, as the waiting area is outfitted with a tabletop Ms. Pac-Man machine, which her patients generally tend to be very enthusiastic about. And her front desk, led by a lovely woman by Serene, couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Dr. Fine's approach to the work done on her patients is to use a flatscreen monitor to show them what's going on in the mouth and where the issue is, and to try to clearly elucidate how the work is going to be done. She's incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and I found myself very much at ease by her warm, soft-spoken demeanor. Getting my fillings redone wasn't an overly complex procedure, but she and her assisting technicians always made sure I was comfortable and kept any general anxiety at bay. My appointments went as smoothly as can be. I can't say enough good things about her or her staff, or the work itself. She's a real credit to dentistry. read more

Dr. DeLawter and his staff are amazing. They provide excellent customer service and quality dental care. The dental assistants are friendly and make you feel very comfortable. My three kids actually enjoy going to the dentist for their check ups and cleaning. I have had a lot of work done by Dr. DeLawter. He replaced several fillings and placed a crown on a tooth. This work can be costly but I just make payments after the work is done. Without this payment plan I would not be able to get the dental work completed. It is important to note that Dr. DeLawter does not pressure you to get unnecessary work done. For each check up he discusses the condition of your teeth and let's you know if any work is needed. He also tells you how soon the work should be done. Most importantly, I trust Dr. DeLawter. As a child I had horrible dentists that were unprofessional and, I suspect, conducted unnecessary procedures. These experiences continued into early adulthood and consisted of having to pay cash for my dental work. After all these experiences, I stopped going to the dentist for several years. It wasn't until my coworkers bragged about their experience with Dr. DeLawter that I decided to make an appointment. My family and I have been with Dr. DeLawter and his staff since 2004. read more

Dr. Fine and her staff are the best I have ever had and I have had a LOT! I have only been in for emergency treatments so far but my children have had an exam and they were as good as can be for any chilrens dentist appt. There is a Ms. Pacman in the waiting room which is a welcome distraction for my husband. I've been about six or so times so far and there has never been a wait longer than five minutes which is unheard of at any dentist office I have ever used. In Memphis I waited over four hours once! All the hygienists are wonderful, billing and scheduling are perfect as well. Dr Fine is super gentle with injections and explains everything in easy to understand language. They make the caps so perfect for all my root canals. They even do them in the office. It is a very easy process. I can't even tell which ones are fake and which aren't anymore. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Fine and the entire staff. If you are anxious about dentists she is very good at making you feel comfortable and that everything will be done as painlessly as possible. read more

This is my love letter to Dr. Fine and her fabulous dental hygienists and office staff. Dr. Fine is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. I am super anxious about going to the dentist because of so many bad experiences I've had. Dr. Fine and her staff have always been extremely kind, patient and professional, even letting me put in headphones during the procedures to help keep me calm. They've also always remembered me and what's been going on in my life, which I think is really cool. I've gotten the whole gamut of dental work done here - cavity fillings, cleanings, root canal, and whitening and every single experience has been fantastic. Dr. Fine does precision work, so much to the point where I can't even tell the difference between the teeth she's filled/the cap she made from the rest of my other teeth. The office is clean and neatly decorated with water, coffee and a cool little arcade game in the waiting room. All their equipment looks new and well kept as well as fancy and high tech compared to the equipment I've seen at other offices. There is plenty of free parking at the building and her office is conveniently located on the less busy end of Brand Blvd. The only thing that's kind of bad is how packed their schedule is all the time. It can be hard to get an appointment, especially if you work and only have certain times you can come like me. But that is understandable considering how fantastic she is and it is definitely worth the wait to come here. I would highly recommend Dr. Fine and her office to anyone looking for quality dentistry. read more

I can't even begin to describe how AMAZING this office is!! I found it through our new insurance plan at work. I walked in and instantly felt at home. I am from Chicago and have lived in NY and California. I have had my Chicago dentist since I was 21 and my NY dentist since I was 28 and they are my dentists EVERY time I go back. I can now say that if I ever move out of LA Dr. Fine will be my dentist EVERY time I come back! The most remarkable thing about her office is that EVERYONE is nice!!! You can tell that they love their jobs. This is important, especially in a place where people can be apprehensive about going. I had to get multiple cavities filled, a crown replaced and other work and she worked with my fears & time table!! I couldn't get over how sweet and efficient everyone is! I found Dr Fine here on yelp as I needed a dentist close to home in Glendale. I decided to see her based on great reviews here. Prior to the appointment they sent me everything to be filled out by email. I also got regular reminders via text which was great. Check in was very efficient and on time. Once I entered the office I was immediately taken in by the dental assistant who took x-rays. The office itself was very nice and clean. After x-rays, Dr Fine reviewed them and went through all my dental issues without any sugar coating. She was the nicest and sweetest lady. She then turned me over to the dental hygienist Tena who is just the gentlest which made my experience very comfortable. I have had several bad experience in the past due to my very sensitive gums but I could not complain about how considerate and great Tena was. Overall I am very happy to recommend this office as I have received excellent service and dental care. read more

My normal DDS was not opening for services and I was past due for my cleaning, on top of that I started having some tooth pain that was getting unbearable and wanted it checked out. My wife had been seeing Dr Fine already and she suggested going to her and switching. I am so happy I did. The entire staff and Dr Fine are amazing. They are going above and beyond in Covid times also to make you feel safe and taken care of. I was able to get an appointment pretty quick due to cancellation, which is great because I did need a root canal (my wife had one two weeks prior so yes the pandemic brought us the gift of his and hers root canals!) and also had a filling that had a cavity on it that needed a crown. All not the best news but between the best Endo referral for the root canal and coming back to take care of the cavity/crown at her office everything is back on track and feeling great and relieved I was able to take care of some healthcare in these times under amazing work and attention to being safe. read more
