The food is the best in the area and the girls are very friendly and attentive. The bar staff was also great, and they offer phenomenal bar specials. An amazing steak house inside of Orlando's premiere gentlemens club... A MUST SEE AND DO!!

I'll start by saying that I normally frequent Rachel's Orlando or Rachel's (South). I've always had a great meal and a great experience. Tonight, I was setting up for a dj gig that I have for tomorrow night north of Orlando, and wanted a steak before heading home as I was starving. I love Rachel's steaks, so I decided to drop in to this location. First off, I mention when I walked in that I was going to sit at the bar and have a steak. I still had to pay the $10 admission fee even though I was dining. That's waived at the other location (also should be mentioned that they are run completely separate). So, I pay it and head to the bar. Mind you, at this time, it's 8:58 pm, which comes into play later. I sit down and I ask for a menu and a non alcoholic beverage. I get the menu and it doesn't really have as many options for steak as the other location does, but I see they have my favourite cut which is a Rib-eye. I order it medium rare and I ask if they have steak fries to go with it. They don't. I ask for sauteed mushrooms, which they were out of before, but they checked and said they had them tonight. The wait begins. The steak comes with choice of salad and bread. I eat half the salad and 2 slices of the bread while waiting. I finish my drink and it gets promptly refilled. It's now about 9:30 when the bartender explains to me that they had a large group in earlier and they are getting caught up and it should be out shortly. Still waiting. I check the time and it's 9:41. I tell the server that I'm out in 5 minutes if it's not ready and she says they were working on it and someone will be out to talk to me. I'm like ok, whatever at this point. Almost 9:50 and I'm brought a steak. New York Strip and it's brought by the manager (no mushrooms). He apologizes for the wait and the confusion and explains they were all out of Rib-eyes but he brought me that because he didn't want me to go hungry. Mind you, he comped the meal. That was nice, but too little too late. I took maybe 3 bites as I was already over the whole ordeal and it wasn't really cooked well. My biggest problems are I was charged an admission fee to eat, waited almost an hour for food, and if you don't have what I ordered, why bring me something else instead of telling me sooner that you were out of it? I've never experienced anything like this at the other location....ever. I was even willing to pay for what I had eaten and had to drink as I just wanted to leave at this point. I can't even tell you what the girls were like, but they usually don't hold a candle to the ones at South. I was very disappointed here and should have just made the drive to begin with, but I ended up just going home and I'm still hungry. I doubt I'll be returning to this place, but thank you for trying to at least make amends. I'll never pay an entrance fee to have a meal ever again. read more

New ownership same unprofessional staff. For starters this used to be a hell of a club even for couples. If you just wanted to get drinks you could politely tell the girls/staff you were just there for that and not get harassed at the bar while tipping accordingly. My steak was overcooked and was like leather my wifes was supposed to be medium and still had ice in the middle which answers my question on if these were just in a freezer and not fresh. When we talked to the floor guy he was very standoffish and had a really s.... attitude towards the situation. He advised me that this is not a 5 star steak house. I could not believe that he was talking to my wife and I like this. I get that it's not a 5 star steak house but told sell me on "these are the best steaks in town" and then give me those steaks only to tell me that I should expect a lower quality of product. He didn't even offer to have someone remake them nor would I want him around my food after that exchange. Seems to be a very upset, not mentally stable individual. We didn't complete our meal, I paid and we departed. Ill never bring my staff in their for meetings or come there with my wife again while someone like that works there. A shame as it was nice to come there and deal with professionals that took pride in their club. Lastly, if you're drinking beer, don't go here. While offering 3rd rate service they are charging you Miami prices for beer. I would have to look at the receipt as it's been a bit but I believe it was 6.00/6.50 a beer? For what? Bud Light... What do you get for that price? A. When you go into what is supposed to be a nice place to eat you get some wanna be maître d with an attitude problem who has no service skills and shouldn't even be there as a barback more less dealing with the public. B. Low quality food. Since Chef Rick left the food quality has gone to the point of whatever the bottom grade Sysco has to offer from their frozen food section. On top of that, a chef that doesn't know how to cook the food correctly and again this "G" guy that refuses to offer service. C. Miami level prices for beer and drinks and 3rd rate service to go with it. D. Lack of varierty of girls. When you go to Rachels in Miami or even the one by the airport they still have women that look classy. Although they are entertainers you can tell they of a different caliber. And they are not all tattooed up with muffin tops and stretch marks. They just aren't held to the same standard as their other clubs. If you enjoy going to the hood, this is more that type of club. Maybe the owner will clean it up, maybe he/she doesn't care. From the looks of it, it's the latter. The usual g-string with pasties type of club. If you're going to order drinks at the bar, I would suggest just bringing cash. They have a PHOTOCOPY machine at the bar that they have to make a copy of your ID and credit card and they keep it for their records. When my colleague said there was a good place to go for a steak where the waitresses served you in their underwear I should have known better. I mean really, who goes to a strip club for the food? Anyway, we were there, we weren't leaving and we were having steak. The place was clean and well laid out. The staff was friendly and accommodating. While we started in the "dining room" - yeah, they actually had one, we quickly moved to the VIP section near the stage. I mean, why waste good talent. They set up us with small tables, one each, new table clothes, drinks... and brought our steak. All the while I'm thinking to myself, this is just wrong. Anyway, the steak was actually pretty good, but a ribeye should never be served in a pool of butter - aside from that, it was tasty. Expensive? You bet! The steak was $35 and included an "entertainment fee". The martinis were $15 each (!) So what! I had a great time smoking my cigar after dinner and was not harassed even once for a lap dance or anything of that sort.
