Uh no guy, if you would have seen it before checking it out you would have known it was already there. Anyways that dude just ruins the vibe of an otherwise epic shop with sick brands and totally cool staff. Hope he can get some adequate training so he doesn't ruin the reputation of the shop!

I guess the message is I should take the $2,500 elsewhere. The only reason they get two stars was everyone was wearing masks. The guys up front were friendly and easy to talk to. Seemed non judgemental. However, there's clearly no long term interest in me as a customer. I ended up going to Littleton to a mom and pop shop who was happy to help and take my money. I think I'll be their customer for life instead.

"Big ring" in bicycle terminology refers to the large chainring in front of the bike that is connected to the pedals, the big ring is what produces the fast speeds on flat ground as opposed to the small ring that is used for hill climbs. I had a great time and met alot of new friends and fellow cyclists. Great staff inside the store were friendly and helpful as well as generous and knowledgeable.

I have been looking for a bicycle for a while now; I've looked online, at used bikes, and visited…read morevarious stores but none ever seemed to jump out. I live just a few minutes from Derby and decided to stop in on a Saturday about an hour before closing time. The interior was much bigger than I expected, and the floor is packed with bikes, gear, clothing, and other types of equipment. I was greeted right when I walked in and explained that it's been a while since I've owned a bicycle, so there has been a lot of advancement that I've not really kept up on. I don't know much about the details of biking other than the basics, but Bill (at least that was the name on my receipt lol) was super nice and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. After a little back and forth, I ended up purchasing a Specialized bike in a really pretty sage green color. Bill explained the warranties, their commitment to servicing their bicycles, and even let me know that they're always happy to help or answer questions that come up after you begin getting more acquainted with the bike. While bicycles have become a lot more expensive since the last time I owned one, I'm very happy with my purchase! I took it out that evening and it was a ton of fun. The seat is a bit uncomfortable, as many probably are, but I'm so happy to finally have a good bike that fits me. Definitely appreciated the help and I would recommend this place to anyone that might be in the market for a new bike!
