Mark is honest, reliable, accommodating and dedicated! We brought our PC to him August 18th after we had been cheated by another IT company. We had been told (and charged $$) that we had downloaded a virus (no name or virus/malware list provided) that corrupted our hardware. Anyway wasn't true. Friday August 18th (at 5:00 pm) Mark spent 2 hours (with me) trying to figure out what the problem was: when you turned off the PC it wouldn't start up again. Would go to the Logo screen and basically stop. At first he thought it might be the driver, but after several times of turning it off and on it would do the same. He was able to determine it was the motherboard and said "leave it with me I want to try something if it works pay me if not no charge". He went so far as to show me exactly what he was going to do. He was honest and said the board isn't going to last but this might give you some time to figure out what to do when it goes. On Saturday (Aug. 19th) he called to say it worked and we could come pick up the PC. I said we couldn't that day and we were leaving Monday for holiday so maybe when we returned. He said we could come Sunday...yes Sunday! And spent another 2 hours this time me and my husband. I wanted Mark to show my husband what the other IT company actually didn't do. He is not computer savvy and he wanted to listen and learn from Mark. So Mark went step by step thru the PC app's system properties and history and proved that the other IT company did nothing. They had gone so far as to claim, in writing to have installed a virus protection but the app clearly proved it had been on our system at manufacturing! Mark then showed my husband exactly what he did: a reflow of the motherboard. And he didn't charge us!!! Yes...Free, Gratis, Gratuit, Frei!! (4 languages is all I know to say free in) Mark worked that week right thru to Sunday...that is dedication. Another positive is his great attitude and personality. He was kind and non judgmental and didn't say a bad thing about the IT company who scammed us. He also provided us with a full page detailed description of the problem and issues of the PC that we needed (again...free!). Oh, and we had forgotten something at his office and he dropped it off at our home Sunday night!! Thank you Mark for fixing our PC! I go to a Personal Development Workshop in Mesa called Compassion Inc. My laptop computer was broken and I noticed a computer repair business next door. I heard great things from the owner John, so I went and met with Mark at RAD computers. He took my daughter's computer in and had it for a short time, diagnosing the problem. When he took it apart he noticed that it had been dropped and the insides were broken into small pieces. Well, at least we figured out what my daughter or her friends had done to the computer, because the problem was obvious. Mark was Awesome! I had what I thought was a virus on my computer and brought it to Mark. He went of his way to get me in as soon as possible and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. He knew exactly what to look for based on the horrible description I gave him. It turned out it was a space issue and not a virus. He worked his magic and gave me some suggestions as to what to do in the future and it ran great. When I got home there was a screen that popped up when I turned it on that wasn't there before.I called Mark and within a matter of minutes, over the phone, walked me through with what to do and it has been working great ever since. My six year old computer (Win 7) was beginning to show signs of HD failure. I purchased a new computer (Win 10) and I sought out RAD Computers (based on all of their YELP 5 star reviews) to migrate / transfer the data from the old computer to the new one. Both computers were dropped off on a Monday afternoon. Before doing anything, they reviewed what was on my old computer and the specs of my new one. They suggested adding a SSD to the new computer to speed it up, (the old computer had a hybrid SSD/HD and the new one only a HD). After completing their evaluation, I was given an estimate for the cost of the transfer plus the new SSD which was very reasonable. The RAD personnel indicated the new computer would be ready in 24 hours. When I returned the next afternoon to collect my computer, I was asked to sit at a monitor to review and double check that everything I wanted was transferred to the new one. Absolutely everything was there as promised. As we talked, I expressed reservations about disposing of my old computer. RAD Computers offered to keep the old machine for parts, and give me the HD out of my old computer as a historical back up. That solved both of my concerns: properly disposing of the old computer and the assuring the safety of the data on the old computer. Its been a week since retrieving my new computer, and given the absolute ease of the entire process, I wholeheartedly recommend RAD Computers to anyone with any type of computer issue. They work on Windows and Apple computers and no doubt perform significantly more complex computer tasks well beyond the ones they assisted me with. read more

All in one day, my new computer, my old computer and my hard disk back-up died. This is a review long time coming - sorry guys! I chatted via Yelp, with Mark a couple of months ago - he was uber quick to respond to me. I have a Dell XPS 13 laptop where I needed a new wireless card (the original Broadcom one was garbage) installed and a new battery - which was starting to expand severely. He gave me some tips on what to buy and where. I bought the parts and took everything to them and 10 minutes later - OILA! Awesome guys - super friendly, smart and they get you in and out in no time. Mark is extremely helpful. When I first reached out to him, I thought that he might sell laptops. He doesn't, but he was more than happy to help me decide what would be best for me. Top notch! Mark replaced the fan, hard drive, and battery in my aging laptop (5 year old Toshiba Satellite). The fan no longer sounds like a dying jet trying to take off and my computer is faster than it was when I bought it! I would have spent easily 4 times more to buy a new laptop.
