The company came out several times to troubleshoot, charged me a service fee each time only to have the same problem or a new problem start again shortly after. After a couple years of calling the company I was told they couldn't do anything more, they were going out of business. Funny, their website says they have been in business since 1993. Run from this company, they are crooks through and through!!

After a couple of years, it just doesn't work AGAIN! I have looked at other reviews. This review reflects many others. Our start about three years ago was a little rough, but we got it figured out. I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support. I, too, wish I hadn't spent (wasted) my money with this inferior company and a poor product.

They didn't weed the flower beds so instead they sprayed them and killed all the flowers so then they were dirt all season long...with weeds that they didn't pull again. They recommend you get the year contract with a discount but then don't deliver on the contract and you're out the thousands of dollars with no recourse. I had to hire someone else to fertilize the lawn even though I paid for it as my service. I have since started weeding my own lawn and then will have to reseed it this fall because of all the dead spots.

My husband has consistently followed-up 3-4 times since they reached out in October so we could see when we'd be on the schedule. Today, I'm sure because of my husband's follow-up, we received an email saying they won't be able to install this year due to staffing issues. I understand staffing issues and they are Christmas lights- not the end of the world- I'm disappointed about the lack of communication and the fact they waited too long to tell us. I'm convinced they only told us because my husband kept reaching out. There is no way I can find someone now that it's the middle of November. I believe in excellent customer service and effective communication- this situation failed in both areas.
