They were rude, lazy and you had to go through a 30-minute conversation with someone before you can even schedule. Needless to say, we dumped them. Then I blew out my computer. I waited and waited to find someone to help me with my computer. I was so scared I was going to have to deal with another horrible experience. Lucky for me, Google brought Steve's company up and because he had such a good rating, I gave him a call. Steve thought the new motherboard would take a week to order/arrive but it was here in 4 days & he came over the day he got it and got my PC back up and running! His labor was $180 (2 hours/2 trips to my house) & the motherboard was $100. That was a small price to pay for him to be able to save all the work, photos, music, movies I had on my hard drive! I purchased these images off of etsy and informed the person of this and was told it was illegal for them to print any licensed image (theses where of spiderman characters). I then spoke with a client services representative and the main print center for Office Depot both of which told me that was incorrect and I should be able to call the store and resubmit my print order. when I called the store I spoke with the manager who told me "I don't know what their rules are but we don't print anything lisenced here" Very frustrating and terrible customer service
