Cute little cafe and can sit and watch airplanes in and out. No service. Order at counter. Food good. Friendly counter staff, clean

Well...I've tried twice to eat at this restaurant. First time was last night around 8 and second time was today around 5:30. They were closed both times. I like airport restaurants and hope I get to try this one...if they are ever open. Edit to add... received a message stating the hours have changed to Mon-Fri 8-3:30 or something. Guess my family won't be trying it since we work during the week.

Want to watch some airplanes fly by and possibly be adopted by your future grandpa? This is a great airport cafe. Plenty of parking, and a smile cafe menu. The chicken burger is fantastic! Fries are worth the calories. They accept credit cards. Friendly service too! If it's a cloudy day and people aren't flying, there are four TVs to keep your eyes busy. You are likely to meet a friendly pilot, and if you play your cards right you might get a tour or more knowledge than you ever wanted to know about general aviation. If you aren't headed to fly, they have bottled beer for sale. Also makes a good celebration beer after a nice landing.

Nice little spot for quick breakfast and cool scenery. Nice, clean and relaxing cafe with many windows for looking out at small planes. I'll have to try lunch out too.

Do not come here if you are already hungry. When we arrived the place was about half full. It took @10 minutes for us to be asked our drink orders. Then @10 more for the drinks to come and then @5 more for our order to be taken. It was over an hour when our food came out but the fries were cold so we sent them back. That took another 15 minutes. While we were waiting for our food, the waitress dropped a salad on a chair and the floor. She brought a replacement but left the dropped salad everywhere. The mom at the table eventually cleaned the chair and floor with paper towels the best she could. Side note: They are lucky the lady who works in the airport office wasn't here. She would freak out just because that a chair from the conference room was being used in the restaurant. She may have burst a vessel if she saw food dropped all over it. The food was actually pretty good so if I was only "thinking about" being hungry, had 90+ minutes to spare, and my family wanted to watch planes, we could go back.

Come for the good and the runwayside atmosphere. Basic $100 hamburger cafe menu. Fly in and order up. A very serviceable patty melt and decent onion rings. Drinks in go cups are very handy and are cockpit friendly.

Got the double and was pretty good.

Got great service from all three items. The drink was fruit punch but wasn't your normal fruit punch. I got the double and fries. My wife to be one day got the patty melt which she ate half of. Because she doesn't eat much in one sitting. We are already plan on coming back one day.

BBQ burger. Mmmm!

Good sandwich. Nice place. Reasonable prices. Burgers and sandwiches are a good value. Lunch time service is prompt. It a bit different format from the prior folks. Order at the counter. Easy to grab a quick lunch if you have a short lunch hour. Always something going on outside too!... 6/6/17. Update. Still great.

Decent food, friendly service and fun ambiance. Kids enjoyed their food too! Went close to close and had the place mostly to ourselves.

Great Club Sandwich

The whole meal from the cheeseburgers, wings, and club sandwich were good. The ordering was a little rough, but we got through it.

Nasty rice and beans. Chicken was fair at best. Avoid.

Definitely check in early and make a reservation because there's a line of people out the door. Good but I wouldn't have waited otherwise. Chilaquiles were why I was in the mood for and it seemed to be their specialty! I got them and the food was super delicious. It was good but I do think that for the portion should be bigger for the price. Filling but if I wasn't about to go on a hike I'd have liked more. But liked I said, quality was pretty good. On the inside, everything was neat and clean. Plenty of parking since it's in a shopping center. Definitely recommend. One of the best Mexican brunch spots in the DFW.

We were able to go to a coffee shop and relax and do our thing, and once we got to 23rd in line we decided to drive out to the restaurant. We got there right in time. We were in the parking lot when the text came in. We went in and our table was being set!!! I came for the brunch. My typical brunch is a pancake and potatoes, which I got one of each. Obviously they specialize in Mexican food, so my foods were simple and fine. Not the best in the world. My boyfriend did get a Mexican dish and said it was definitely worth coming here. I may be back because my boyfriend loved it. Mine was just ok.

Young, high-energy staff and everybody was friendly. I had an adorable little waitress who was possibly high as a kite. But flower high, not the bad stuff. Honestly, it worked in everybody's favor. She was upbeat, extremely polite, and got my order right. I'm happy. The menu is one of those long double-sided laminated things with probably 50+ breakfast choices. Everybody should be able to find something. Prices looked to range around $10-17 per entrée, and the portions were solid. They also had a bunch of turkey and chicken sausage options for non-pork eaters like myself. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns, scrambled cheese eggs with onions mixed into the eggs and hash browns, plus two pancakes. Around $15. Pardon the food pics. I forgot to take them until I had already loaded everything up with every sauce known to man: ketchup, hot sauce, gravy, syrup... probably a few others. I definitely recommend this place. A gem.

A little disappointed by the coffee menu. Don't expect Starbucks lol ! I had a latte that seems mostly made of milk. Not terrible but not the best. Nice and crispy in all the right places. Nothing to frown at especially for the price x

The restaurant is in an old, lovely Victorian house that includes a boutique hotel and spa. Small dining rooms and a large outdoor patio for dining. Salmon Benedict was two pieces of filet on oversized English muffin, well prepared with side of potatoes. Crabcake Benedict was served sans muffin. Same side of potatoes. The potatoes were typical breakfast potatoes but they were good. For my birthday they let me choose any dessert and the limoncello cake was absolutely perfect. Lemony and tart with creamy frosting, I would go back just for that!! I definitely recommend this place for brunch!
