We had a big issue with our Pool last summer, last year. It was green! It was learned that another Vendor had unplugged their equipment. We were not sure if this was also tampering as this Pool area had been vandalized several times over the years. There was only one key to the Pool Pump Room and the previous board member had given it to me. The technician made it over that day and handled it immediately. We appreciated the super fast response as this was indeed an emergency. It was back to normal within 24-36 hours. I think that we had to allow half a day for all of the levels to be normal again. We also made a sign, "Do Not Unplug" this Cord, with an arrow pointing for reference, for the Pool Pump Room, and placed it inside. It was taped in the needed area. I don't understand the bad reviews, as I have always had a positive experience with this company. I appreciate all the communication. I appreciate all of their knowledge. Rob Fazio is a liar and endangers the health of entire communities. Rob claimed it was because he saw three dogs and a baby in the pool and would not pay any fines. That is a flat out lie about the dogs and baby. There was no chlorine because the pumps had stopped and Rob did nothing about it until I reported it to management and was handled...but too late. Now out of bitterness they have stopped cleaning our pool even though still under contract. Here is how our pool looks now with them "cleaning it." They are under contract to come out three times a week and for 3 months have been showing up twice and sometimes once a week and not even cleaning.

Over the year he cared for it, the pool stayed clear and he came out to scrub the pool once a week, but I never once saw him test our water levels (We have cameras all around our home). A few months ago, he mentioned that someone would come out to clean our filters. Nobody showed. We assumed he forgot or that it would eventually get taken care of, but 3-4 months passed and still nothing. As winter came around, we started using our hot tub again and noticed it took forever to heat, the jets were pushing out cloudy/foamy water, and the pump wasn't running with steady pressure. My husband opened the filter compartment and found the filters filthy beyond saving. We ended up spending over $400 to replace them, which could have been avoided if the filter cleaning had actually been done. We ended service with Dave and took a water sample to Leslie's. The test showed high levels of TDS, CyA, alkalinity, calcium hardness, FAC, and phosphates--things that can promote algae growth, reduce chlorine effectiveness, clog filters, affect heaters, and cause skin irritation. Their recommendation was to drain the pool and start over. All of this could have been prevented with proper and consistent care.

For the past year and a half, he has taken care of the pool and kept it in working order despite the difficulties the tenants left the pool condition in on a weekly basis. He is knowledgeable on the difficult water conditions that are present in the Las Vegas area and uses that knowledge. And experience in maintaining the pool. Speaking with him following the tenant departure, he expressed the challenges he faced in removing rocks from the pool and the vacuum, clothing items left in the pool on top of the normal dirt that the Las Vegas winds were putting in the pool. Bo made recommendations on items in need of replacement or additional servicing, such as the pool filter cleaning or the skimmer basket needing replacement. Given the condition the house was left in following their departure, I can only imagine the work he put in to keep the pool functioning and in good working order. I only personally have dealt with Bo on a few occasions to provide service while the house was vacant but in speaking with him and learning who he is as a person and business provider, I highly recommend him as his knowledge and work ethic are invaluable.
