I have been here twice. Staff are all very friendly and take the time for you for each appointment. Never feel like they are rushing like some places. I find they are a bit expensive since most places I go to are usually 15-18 for eyebrows and this place is over $20 for brow wax. They run a promo for first time clients pay for your brows and get your next visit free. So that's nice. read more

**Edit- I was recently contacted by the owner and was incredibly satisfied with her level of customer service. This is a beautiful facility with friendly staff. I will be returning in hopes that a new waxologist will be a better fit for me. I decided to come to LunchboxWax since my long time wax girl moved out of state. My first visit was okay. I noticed that I had some patches of hair remaining but I let it go as I assumed that the girl was new to waxing based off of how she was acting and speaking to me. I went back yesterday for my second appointment and I could not be more disappointed. I waited for 25 minutes in the lobby after my appointment time. I didn't think anything of it as I have worked in a similar type of job. Although, once I got in the room everything was EXTREMELY rushed. Today, I am left with many patches of hair on my legs and knees. She was in such a hurry to make her next appointment, there was wax everywhere. It was on the bottom of my feet, stuck all over my legs and on my shoes that were not even near the table. There were a bunch of areas on my thighs that were not even touched.. and I am highly unsatisfied. I have been getting waxed for years and this was by FAR my worst experience. As a guy I was nervous about my first waxing experience but I was greeted with kindness and was made to feel extra comfortable. The place among walking in does cater to women but men can also get waxed here. I absolutely love this place. I will go here every time I ever need anything waxed. Everyone is so nice and accommodating especially Mason who I've gone back to a few times now, and I will continue to go back to her (she is the best). I also absolutely L O V E their products. My wife set up an appointment for an eyebrow wax a week in advance. The day before the appointment they called and asked if she would like to move her appointment up because some spots opened up. My wife explained she couldn't because of work and they said it was fine and left the appointment. Two hours before her appointment they text her and said we don't know how you got scheduled at 5, they are closing at 3 and sometimes the scheduling software is glitchy. So ... what was the point of the call the day before? If they were going to be closed why didn't they just say that when they called? read more

The best waxing experience ever! This was my first time coming to Lunchbox Wax and I highly reccomend their services. This is the first time that I have never experienced a lot of pain during a Brazilian wax. During my experience today, there was little to no pain. Lindsey was my waxologist and she was very friendly and helpful.
