Falafel Fattoush Grain Bowl and rad harvest bowl
    Lena M.

This was such a yummy and nutritious lunch bowl! I was in Nashville for a huge work event and we needed some fuel before a bunch of manual labor. I got the Rad Harvest Bowl which has grilled Springer Farms chicken thighs, roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted sweet potatoes, house made hummus, goat cheese, walnuts, and house made balsamic vinaigrette on top. I put it on a bed of kale and it was beyond tasty. Someone in our group picked it up for takeout, but it seems like they go to this place a fair amount and like it a lot. They have a variety of healthy and wholesome options. I highly recommend getting food from here.

I've been wanting to try Radish for awhile and finally got the chance to give it a try for dinner. I'd been eating rather unhealthy, so I wanted to get back on track with healthy food. Everyone I came in contact with from the moment I entered the door were genuinely kind and welcoming. When I got to the counter, it became clear this type of customer service is the standard. The woman at the cashier was excited this was my first visit, and she patiently described the menu and helped me make my choice. The space was clean and bright offering a good amount of seating options. There's plenty of parking in the large lot for the Sylvan Park restaurants, and I believe you get at least an hour free. There's also street parking. I'll definitely be back! Love: service (above & beyond); Mexican street corn caesar (fresh ingredients, chicken thighs)

Nutritious and delicious ... what could be better?! I've had my eye on this women-owned eatery for a while, and when a business partner suggested picking this up for lunch, I was all in! I had this notion that Radish would be similar to Chopt and Cava, and it is ... but with a fun local twist. You can opt to build your own bowl, but I chose to stick to their classics for my first visit, and ordered the Mexican Street Corn Caesar. For $15, this bowl is packed full of greens, grains, toppings, and chicken. Every bite was fresh and flavorful, and their creamy house made Caesar dressing really brought everything together. The scoop of guacamole (which is not extra!) may have been my favorite topping. This was plenty of food for lunch, and I even had some left over for later. I would order this again in a heartbeat, but I also want to work my way through their other offerings!

Radish proves that healthy can be delicious. I was craving a good salad so I stopped by Radish to get one. I had a hard time deciding but the employee was amazing and helped me decide. I got the Greek salad but subbed the olives for crispy chickpeas and the tomatoes for pickled onions. I love how you can customize everything and make it exactly like you want. The courtyard was super cute and relaxing and is perfect once the sun sets. There is ample parking and 2 hours are free so you don't have to pay. I highly recommend Radish if you're in the mood for an amazing salad or grain bowl.

Radish Kitchen was a great find! Visiting Nashville and loved that there was a place for healthy eating! We visited on 6/14/25 around 12:30 pm. Excellent spot for vegans and health conscious eaters. They are very very generous with their bowls and I would have given them 5 stars but I think the protein (chicken) was on the smaller portion size. We ordered two bowls and ended paying extra for protein to have a better portion. Everything was fresh, service and staff were super nice and helpful as we ordered. The place is super cute but I think they need to have some tending the dinning area a little more vigilant as there were too many tables that needed cleaning. That is something I always look at and think they need to do a better job at this. My order was - Chicken Mamacita, Grilled chicken, corn & black bean salsa, tomatoes, toasted pumpkin seeds, tortilla strips, cojita ( I don't eat cheese so I substituted this with cucumber), & a tomatillo lime dressing (don't do dressing either so I skipped this) served on a salad, grain bowl. - Build My Own Grain Bowl, with kayle, rice, fresh Parmesan, bacon, steak and chicken. It was delicious and when visiting Nashville in the near future I am happy to stop by again!

It is a $16 salad but a really good portion so I felt it was justified. The steak could've been seasoned maybe a little bit more but really fresh ingredients and flavors overall. They had like 6 dressing options so something for everybody. You order and the counter and pick a seat anywhere so it's pretty casual. Also the employees were very sweet and helpful, ready to answer any questions. Greenery Co has always been my go-to but I will definitely add this onto the salad roster :)

We love Radish! The food here is such a great option for a filling yet refreshing meal. The Mexican street corn Caesar is my go to (pro tip, sub the crispy baked chicken). I love the multiple options they have to be able to customize your bowl to get exactly what you want. This location also gave us free froyo one time! Will definitely be returning to this trendy hot spot.

Excellent area to stop and enjoy a healthy meal. The service was quick since it is a fast casual and it has a nice seating area outside.

I finally got to try Radish while visiting Nashville for work! I've been wanting to come since its 2020 inception as I've followed the owner Amanda on Instagram since 2018. The Chicken Mamacita salad was great! It was extremely satisfying and filling. It was a bit salty due to the cheese, but no complaints otherwise. The frozen yogurt was a tasty treat. You need to get it with the chocolate magic shell. I also got the chocolate chip cookie because Amanda always talks about them on her IG story. It was one of the best cookies I have had!! I deducted a star because the restaurant was a bit dirty. There was food on the floor underneath tables even though it was not busy. Additionally, the restroom did not have any paper towels. If it was rush hour, I'd get it. But I was the only one there at one point and there were several employees available to tend to one of those tasks. Nevertheless, I will be coming back during my next visit to Nashville AND recommending to my friends/family!!!

Radish Kitchen is a great way to get a colorful, healthy meal in. I build my own bowl and it is always super packed. The goat cheese is great and the chicken thigh is moist and flavorful. I also love their sweet potatoes and Brussels. I would highly recommend just getting lots of fresh ingredients and enjoying a really wholesome meal. It's on the more expensive side, but the ingredients are so fresh it makes sense. This is the chipotle of salads!

She even went out of her way to get me a drink that had fallen off the menu a few weeks prior, a delightful cucumber spritz. The ambiance is awesome. As others have said, music isn't too loud, just pleasant in the background, so it would be ideal for having a conversation. The space is open, bright, light-filled, and stylish. Parking is in a private lot behind the restaurant and they validate parking for up to two and a half hours. I wish I could rave the same way about the food. While the cocktails were refreshing and they had a cocktail for every palate, my steak and eggs was bland. It came out a little closer to rare than medium, but I can live with that. But I am not sure I detected a speck of salt or pepper. The steak was at least tender and the sunny side up eggs were cooked appropriately. The potatoes were dry. And I did have the wagyu meatball appetizer. It's a large portion, so easily shared amongst two or three people. Cheesy and saucy with a little spice. The focaccia could've been toasted a little more. I considered the short rib hash, but my server told me it could be salty and hit or miss (I appreciate her honesty and she 100 percent should be praised for it). I came during brunch (even on a weekday). They also serve French toast, desserts, oysters, burrata, potstickers and tuna tartare, salads, burgers and other sandwiches. If you come for lunch or dinner, you can also get grilled salmon, blackened redfish, shrimp and grits, pastas (cajun chicken, pappardelle bolognese, tortellini) as well as various cuts of steak. It's conveniently located right across from the Frist Museum and is part of the Union Station Hotel. I would try this place again for dinner, but would skip the brunch. And again, Savanna was top tier! She deserves all the flowers!

We started with the fried pickles and they were some of the best I've had. The dipping sauce wasn't your typical ranch (I forgot to ask what it was), but whatever magic they put in it worked it was absolutely delicious. Then we moved on to the burgers. We tried the Juicy Burger and it truly lives up to the name. Every single bite was worth it. I personally had the Jalapeño Burger and let me tell you... get ready for some heat. If you're not used to spicy food, this one might test your limits. But the flavor was incredible. You could really taste that the burger was grilled, and it gave it that perfect smoky, savory flavor that makes a great burger stand out. The drinks were also fantastic. They have a huge selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. I had one of their mezcal cocktails and it was bartender's kiss. I also tried a couple of their spirits and everything was on point. Another thing I really appreciated was the noise level. There's music playing, but it's not overwhelming, you can still actually have a conversation without yelling across the table. That's always a win. They also have a nice outdoor patio if you want to sit outside. We went during the week, so it was lively but comfortable. I can only imagine this place really gets going on the weekends.
