Great value! Good location, clean, quiet and with all the taxes $109 in a convenient downtown location. Hallways were bright and clean. With price as the backdrop it was a very good pick and a nice stay. Internet was free and adequate, no P/W needed. Free coffee setup in the lobby mornings is awesome! I would definitely consider coming back here next time!

I'll start with the partial positives -- the day time staff were very pleasant, the night time staff could use some work. The hallways were fairly quiet, and noise didn't seem to travel, which was a plus. Now, on to the real reason for my review -- this property was dirty, stinky, and overall unpleasant. My bed comforter was stained, the top sheet was stained. The fitted sheet was stained. I informed the front desk and he proceeds to hand me the sheets, as if I'm not the one paying him for a comfortable stay in a clean hotel room. He says that due to covid restrictions none of his employees could come rectify the situation, however none of the employees were wearing masks. I call bull crap. Room had not been properly cleaned, we found loose change from the previous occupants, as well as trash under the chair. The carpets appeared to not have been vacuumed in years, and the room had a lingering smell to it. The shower curtain was stained and the white had turned yellow from use on the bottom. The grout of the shower floor was filthy. Also, you have to pay $25/night for parking in a filthy, partially flooding and very unsecured underground parking garage. The stairways were disgusting. They definitely need to either renovate and hire a new cleaning staff, or update their pictures and lower their prices.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere for a better experience. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. In fact, they need to burn it down to the ground and start from scratch. I stayed here two nights and it was a MISERABLE experience. Of course their air conditioning system went out (this isn't the first time this has occurred at this location) and it was during a 90+ degree humid weekend. What annoys me is instead of them getting to the root of the problem they keep slapping a "Band-Aid" on it (i.e bringing a repairman in to access/fix the problem and that's a waste of time because the hotel's interior and rooms are still warm and uncomfortable). Their ventilation system is poor as well. I can't believe they have their staff working in these conditions, which could partly be the reason why many of them appear to be disgruntled and lack customer service. They don't even create small talk with their customers during the check-in process (i.e How are you doing today? Are you in town for anything special? I see you're a returning customer. Welcome back.). The hotel is also quite dated. Dreary rugs throughout the hotel and the room curtains were dull. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a plus. The rooms remind you of rooms in a hospital. The thermostats are clearly broken, as witnessed in my room and in my best friend's room. As soon as you try to lower the temperature down to the 60s it literally jumps back up to the 80s. Management here is severely lacking and the owner(s) of this Radisson location clearly aren't making the necessary investments, which is evident throughout the hotel. I booked through a third party (Priceline) and I had to call them to complain, which I almost NEVER do. I couldn't let this terrible experience fall through the cracks. It was super smooth process with Priceline although the hotel was only willing to refund me for one of the two nights. As disastrous as this hotel is they should've given me a full refund. I settled for half my money back but I guarantee you I will never ever stay at this raggedy place again. As a world traveler for almost 20 years, this hotel is in my top 3 of worst accommodations. This place needs to be cited and shut down ASAP! UGH!

    Clean room. Nice bed.

Well, I won't go so far as to give it two stars but I'll be a bit generous and give three. This is not my first time at this hotel but it was called something else several years ago. I believe it was the Baltimore Inner Harbor or something like that. Honestly, I wasn't pleased then and I'm not pleased now. My displeasure is very specific and I'll get into that in a minute. The hotel looks like it has undergone a renovation since my last visit. It's much brighter and the rooms reflect a positive change as well. My room was not spacious but it was reasonably clean except for the dust bunnies in the corners and the left over hotel issued lotion left behind by either the previous guest or housekeeping. On the bright side, I will say that my bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, during this stay, there was a false alarm fire in the hotel and you can just imagine how annoying that would be at six AM. So specifically I would encourage the staff up front at the desk to be a bit more professional and take pride in what their doing. Not once did I hear anything like "welcome to ... " Or "did you enjoy you stay ...." Another specific issue I had was the temp of my room. During my three day stay, my room was either cold or hot. I tried to regulate the temp using the thermostat to no avail. Also, the shower barely got hot and that was a major disappointment as well. Sadly, I knew things were getting off to an ify start when I was told the phone in my room couldn't dial directly to the front desk and I would have use the number provided to get assistance. I hope the hotel can fix some of these issue both great and small because in doing so, the customer will and should have a better experience. Sadly I did not.

I got this hotel at random through a deal on Priceline. Price was reasonable. Hotel needs a little work though but it did the job. I had some minor complaints. I wasn't notified beforehand about the $50 a day incidental charge to your card. It does get refunded but I would have liked a warning. Another thing was my bed. Half of it was soaking. Idk what it was but it was wet. The heater also needs updating. Kind of old and made weird sounds. Other than those things it was manageable. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job. Not too sure I'd stay again though. I feel like there are other hotels with more to offer for the price

The Radisson Hotel-Baltimore is only minutes away from the Inner Harbor & the "Charm'tastic Mile"

Stayed over-night at the Radisson Hotel Inner Harbor. The room was very clean and roomy. I had a meeting in the morning and had breakfast at the restaurant on property. The omelet and sausages were cooked perfect as well as the breakfast potatoes. The view from the restaurant shows that the city needs to do some work on the abandon buildings within sight. The staff was courteous and friendly. The hotel is only minutes away from the Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Oriole Park and the Charm'tastic Mile.

I was here for a conference and must say that the hotel was very kind and accommodating to our organization. The facilities were good which included several rooms for workshops, a public restroom that actually offers plenty of toilets, and on the far side of the building, a lounge seating (and closed bar) area with lots of natural light (windows) which is good for networking and social events. I was happy with my room. WiFi works well. There is gym that offers upper and lower body machines as well as free weights. As opposed to hotels that offer two treadmills only and claim it's a fitness center. Of course the outdoor pool was closed. Maybe opens only during the summer? There is a bar near the lobby that serves food; my colleague said the food was good. There are other restaurants within blocks of the hotel as is a Walgreens and post office. The Harbor tourist area is about six blocks away and it offers plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirty and I mean nasty! Not valet parking, it's self parking in a $30 / night dark, scary, wet cave. Nasty carpet in lobby. Blood found on pillow , I wouldn't have found it if I didn't take the pillow case off durning my pre unpack inspection, dirty towels, open shampoo. Manager gave another room. That room had a musty smell, dirty fridge, broken bathroom light. I honestly do not understand how they are still open. From this experience I would never stay at a radisson hotel chain. The only reason I stayed was because all of the hotels were booked for the holiday weekend. The health department needs to do an inspection seriously.

What they offer: dirt filled filters, pool half way filled up
    A J.

Whoa. These photos are self explanatory. I have to think that in the early years the hotel really looked as advertised. It has certainly not been up-kept. Would absolutely not return. So cringe worthy. The lobby bathrooms didn't have soap. They said the couldn't refill because they were understaffed for holiday. Ummm gross, it's a pandemic ‍

    Dying mouse greeting party.
    Mike T.

It's always extra special to be greeted to a nonfunctioning air conditioning and a duet of dying mice on a mouse trap. I understand things are difficult, but wow, this is the sketchiest cajon hotel I've ever stayed.

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Maybe someone flushed on the other room but I got temporary burn right in the face so be careful. The ash bar was the only food spot inside the hotel. Dinner was alright but I'd pass on breakfast here. Overall, it is a decent hotel in a bad neighborhood. I wouldn't come back mainly because of the neighborhood. Baltimore is just overall in rough shape.

My room overlooked buildings/alley etc. Wasn't a pleasant view Kitchenette suite, has everything you would need Free breakfast that was good The elevator stopped working one morning, and I had to walk down floors and floors. The hotel didn't send notice that it was down. My room was cleaned twice in that 5 day window which was just enough. The common areas were clean. The breakfast offered was good. I stuck to the oatmeal, bagel and coffee. I did have a meal from the bar/hotel restaurant and it was very very good! My room was clean and spacious! I had the issue with the toilet but then also the refrigerator had an ice machine that kept making ice nonstop and made noise on and off throughout the day. My room Was on the 12th floor but the noise outside from the passing traffic and loiters across the street woke me up and kept me up 3 out of those 5 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was good. The hotel was nice but it's just the noise outside that was the biggest issue.
