I don't want to go here just for 1 season, I want to go here for Four Seasons! My friend got me a gift card to the Four Seasons for my birthday to use for the amenities- spa, pool, etc. Instead of just using a day pass, I decided to optimize the gift card and do a solo staycation for an early birthday present to myself! I decided to go the weekend right before the pool closed. Yes I procrastinated a lot since I went in September, but luckily the weather was beyond beautiful! It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold! Because of this they extended the pool for one more week, but I'm glad I got to go when I did! I got into Baltimore a little earlier than check-in (2pm) and was hoping for early check-in. While my original room was ready, I had asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate me to a room with a balcony completely complimentary! I wish I remembered the concierges' name who helped me, but he was such a kind, sweet man! Honestly all the staff was so sweet, kind and hospitable! Since I got a room upgrade, I had to wait until 4pm. And what other way to wait besides sitting by the pool! They let me keep my luggage by the front desk until my room was ready. So I changed really quickly and made my way to the pool. I was able to get a chair right in front of the pool to be able to soak in the sun. I ordered the - Fed hill fling - 5/5 this cocktail was so yummy! I could just down it, but I decided not to drink too much before my massage! The cocktail names are so cute especially since I lived in Baltimore as well! I had a massage scheduled at 5:30pm and the only downside was that they didn't inform me that was room was ready. I had to check in around 4pm with the hostess at the pool. Luckily I was able to quickly go upstairs, change, and head my way back down to the spa to be able to enjoy the spa for a bit before my massage! My masseuse was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything! She respected what I wanted to get massaged and what I opted out for. The experience was truly relaxing and I was so bummed I didn't have a lot of time to experience the spa. But I wasn't too worried since the spa is open year round, unlike the pool. I made my way back to the pool for the perfect golden hour sunset! This time I was by the hot tub and I seriously did not want to get out! I ordered 2 of the same drinks- The blossom spritz 4/5- I'm coming to realize I'm not really a spritz girl, but it was seriously the perfect night cap. I headed back to my room and decided to order room service instead of heading downstairs to Maximon. I got- Caesar salad 5/5 - this was probably the best dish I ordered Fries 4/5 - your typical fries Mac n cheese 2/5 - I ordered from the kids' menu because I have a small appetite, but I'm not sure if this was Mac n cheese or just buttered noodles. There was no cheese! I also ordered room service for breakfast- Just egg scramble 3/5 - it was okay.. I suggested to add cheese, but I guess they forgot. And I'm not sure why she added a grilled tomato, but it was actually good! Iced coffee 5/5 - okay yeah this coffee hit the spot after the amount of cocktails I had and I definitely needed a jolt so I could survive the day! I really liked that they had all the amenities you need at the pool- cucumber water, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc. Although the sunscreen did leave a white cast on my skin. Overall my experience at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable that I'm already thinking about visiting again! If it wasn't for my gift card, I probably wouldn't have gone, but I'm so happy I did! Not to mention, Adam Sandler was also staying there and I was able to get a glimpse of him when he walked by the pool!

This review is specifically for their Winter Village dining experience--which was FANTASTIC! Some of the best cooking we've experienced in Baltimore, and their ability to host a large group was great. The privacy of the cabins was perfect for a special occasion of celebrating Christmas with a group of 8 adults and two babies. From the fondue to the 4 course menu, our group was greatly impressed and loved every bite. The only downside was that they were out of the cheapest bottle of red wine and there were pretty significant upcharges to get a different bottle. But if you're looking for a special occasion experience sparing no expense, this is absolutely a must-do for Christmas time.

Amazing experience at the Four Seasons! I took my wife to the Winter Village Dining experience as an early Christmas gift. The hotel was beautifully appointed in holiday decorations. We were quicky shown the way to the Winter Village and immediately greeted with warmth and escorted to our personal cabin. The cabin was clean and decorated nicely. Christmas is the season and the theme of a winter village was done well. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and although the menu was prix fix the had suggestions on the offerings. We had a slight hiccup after we were seated as the wait staff didn't immediately come to our table and we had to alert the hostess that we hadn't yet received any service. Once that was cleared up I thought things ran pretty smoothly. Our food was excellent! We both had squash soup as our first course, scallops as our second, steak, potatoes and brussel sprouts as our third and a panna cotta as dessert. The brussel sprouts were the best I've ever had, but I won't likey try the panna cotta again. I had the winter rose mocktail and my wife mid-winter mule cocktail. We enjoyed both. Our waitress was able to respond quickly to any requests that we had. They provide a small speaker to link to your phone for dinner music, which is a nice touch! All in all we enjoyed ourselves. I'd try it again.

My husband and I spent a lovely night here for the recent Stevie Nick's show this past weekend. The hotel is lovely, easy to find, and has self-parking for $25 daily which is nice bc valet is usually SO much more expensive and not worth it if you don't plan to in-and-out a few times which we did not. I booked with my travel agent's preferred partner program so was upgraded upon check-in, our room was ready around noon, and it was a gorgeous corner suite with wall-ceiling windows. We loved it. It was quiet and a warm and inviting haven with beautiful views in each room. Additionally, we had a breakfast and resort credit (with tons of restrictions which I've never seen and couldn't be used at the restaurants.... weird). We did not get to try Bygone bc we were so short on time - but the rooftop bar is certainly very popular but we did have breakfast at Maximon before departure and the avocado toast and yogurt parfait were delicious! It's in a great location right on the water - with waterfront views - a gorgeous expansive pool overlooking the water from the 4th floor, a lovely spa, and easy parking, as mentioned. Easily walkable to tons of shopping, dining, and things to do. Staff were wonderful, as always, and we enjoyed a relaxing stay on this property and I ticked another FS off my bucket list! 21 down ----

Amazing stay. Me and my boyfriend stayed this past weekend and everything was amazing and CLEAN. The rooms and the spas were all pristine. We did not try the restaurant in the hotel, however , I have tried it at another hotel, and the food and vibe was amazing. The views are also 10/10. We will surely go again.

I've stayed at a fair share of Four Seasons, and rarely does this brand disappoint. Customer service is superior, the rooms are clean, beds are comfy. This Four Seasons boasts two trendy restaurants with great food: Maximon and the Bygone. Visit Maximon if you're looking for upscale Latin dishes with live music. The Bygone is more so a steakhouse with fresh seafood options; a lounge-y/social scene is on the other side of the restaurant with great views of the inner harbor. No complaints here.

The Four Seasons brand has stood the test of time for good reason: superb customer service. The first time I came to the spa within the Four Seasons Baltimore was about three or four years ago and I've made a point to return almost every year since. Why do I keep coming back? The staff here is incredible. From the valet, to the doorman, to the receptionist, to the pool staff. Everyone is kind and accommodating. No ask is too big for them. During my last visit to the spa, I was given a complimentary 3 hour pool pass (something they were doing for select spa treatments since their indoor jacuzzi is being renovated). The pool was a great temperature, the view was gorgeous despite it being a cloudy day, and the food was great too! The staff will walk you to your pool chair of choice and set it up for you with a few towels and enough side tables so your purse isn't sitting on the ground - nice touch :) I got a turkey wrap that was surprisingly good. It had some kind of sundried tomato jam spread on it that was delicious. It was just what I needed before I headed into my treatment. The prices are steep but it's the Four Seasons, what do you expect? I could've laid there all day just taking it all in. I think I might always be a fan of the Four Seasons!

Always great experience with Four Seasons, no complain at all. Great location with many restaurants nearby. We brought our little Yorkie with us and had a really nice & relaxing 4 days getaway. Lounging by the pool with awesome harbor view during last week's heat wave!

A bit pricey but nothing comes close to the quality service and views for a hotel in the Baltimore area. If you're going to make the visit - do it right and stay here. We even would stay here as residents when we lived here for a weekend getaway. The meeting and banquet facilities are top notch as well.

Ask the Community - Four Seasons Hotel

    Is the hotel pet friendly?

I am not sure but my guess would be that it isn't. This is a higher end 5 star hotel. I can't imagine they'd take the risk of having pets there. I'm a dog owner and I wouldn't want pets there if I were staying there!

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. They have a Grab & Go stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, some ice cream, and useful things.

We booked a reservation for 4 nights and chose to pay the premium price for this hotel due to the beautiful restaurant onsite and the location. We were excited for our stay. When we arrived we learned they were under construction. There was no food onsite for the duration of our stay - which was 1) not communicated ahead of the stay and 2) very inconvenient for my husband who was working all day from the hotel and would have preferred to take short lunch breaks at the onsite restaurant. This was half the reason for us booking. If that was the extent of it, I would've chalked it up as just bad communication and taken the loss. However, When we arrived they were actively painting the ceiling by the elevators and in order to reach our room, we had to step on the drop cloth covered in paint and navigate past the men on ladders. I got paint on my shoes and paint dripped on my arm on the way to elevator. We stayed on floor 10 and the entire floor had been recently painted and the walls were lined with plastic. I'm pregnant and the paint fumes were overwhelming and gave me a headache to the point where I ended up staying with a friend locally while my husband stayed at our hotel. The banging went on night and day and it made his working experience very tough as well. This absolutely should have been communicated as this environment was dangerous for a pregnant woman and just very uncomfortable for folks in general. I'm really disappointed in Hilton and I would never recommend this hotel to a friend due to the high price and terrible communication and unwillingness to shut down for renovations and instead inconvenience your guests.

It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.
