This is not a Queen size bed. Miss advertising at best.

We had an extremely disappointing experience at the Homewood Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor on June 2, 2025. Despite having made a reservation months in advance for a 3-night stay in a 2-Queen Bed Suite with kitchen, our room was given away. Apparently our room was given to a potentially a higher-paying guest. Check-in took an outrageous three hours, and we were ultimately left without the accommodations we had reserved months in advance. We specifically reserved a 2-Queen Suite because we had three guests and needed three separate beds (including the sofa bed), as well as access to a kitchen. When we arrived, the front desk attendant told us to wait a moment, then disappeared for 15 minutes. Upon her return, she informed us that our reserved suite was given to another guest. The only option, she said, was a room next door at the Hilton Garden Inn with two queen beds (not a Suite, no sofa bed, and no kitchen). That is not what we had revered and it did not meet our needs. She then told us she would contact other nearby hotels and that if a comparable Suite room was found, Hilton would cover the cost. We waited in the lobby for over an hour, with no resolution. Eventually, I took matters into my own hands. As a senior citizen, I walked from hotel to hotel around the Inner Harbor between 9:00 and 10:30 p.m., trying to find a room. That's not something any guest, especially a senior, should ever be forced to do. I did manage to find an available room at another hotel, but when I returned and informed the front desk, they backtracked on their promise to cover the cost. Throughout the night, we asked several times to speak with a manager and were told they were unavailable, even though the front desk staff claimed to be "checking with the manager" repeatedly. Apparently, the customer satisfaction guarantee sign in the lobby is as meaningless as room reservations at Hilton. See the sign photo. By 11:00 p.m., after three hours of waiting and fruitless searching, we were left with no choice but to accept a small room at the Hilton Garden Inn. Unfortunately, the beds were clearly not queens. They were just slightly over four feet wide, nowhere near queen-size. See the attached photos. As a result, one of us had to sleep on the floor. This experience left us feeling deeply frustrated, disrespected, and unsupported. We chose Hilton for its reputation and reliability, but in this case, the brand fell far short of even basic expectations. A reservation should mean something. Guests deserve better.

Checked in to the hotel after needing to get out if the car to find out where self parking was. The valet person pointed to an address on the valet stand but it was covered by a car. Self parking was easy and convenient once you gave the address. 650 S Exeter St The garage is attached to the hotel and easy to get to the lobby from the elevator. The person at the check in was difficult to understand and sift spoken. The manager was energetic and asking those waiting in line how they were doing / great- but not next to a soft spoken person trying to check in guests. The hotel is connected to Hilton Garden Inn. Homewood side was very worn. The room itself for a few nights was fine. Clean. (Except for a stain on the couch. Eewwww). Probably cola or something, but some shout or stain remover please. We just got extra towels and laid those on the couch before sitting on it. Refrigerator was clean and helpful ti put our water in. The breakfast was good - fresh bananas, apples and oranges. The team was friendly :-)

Come on now! You guys are literally right next door to the Four seasons in a BEAUTIFUL round about yet your rooms are dirty, outdated and complete with an old musty smell! Wow! The biggest disappointment ever. Lobby was pretty, parking was around the corner yet had direct access to the hotel from the garage via a elevator that took you straight back to the hotel. Only good part. The room! Yikes! Dirty carpets, dirty walls, unclean, unkept, funky smell and overall gross! We ran out of there in the morning NEVER to return again. Please remodel! Or at least, during Covid give your guests the nicer rooms!

This was the second time I stayed here at this hotel. The front desk and housekeeping were all great. I met a wonderful woman who worked the breafast buffet side, which is not free it's $16 dollars all you can eat. But she was so welcoming came around asking if you need anything, just great vustp.er service. I tell you, I loved seeing the young, well-mannered valet men who help you unload your belongings into the hotel. The room had a great view of President Street. The room was comfy and cozy as well. They have a parking garage for self parking it is $25 dollars overnight regardless of what time you get there, so be mindful of leaving out. Nice place overall.

Centrally located, spacious with dedicated staff. Great room for working and lounging. Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites are connected (but separate). For space, centrality, choices and comfort I like this place.

He was engaging, charismatic, and clearly knew the property and its history inside and out. That kind of welcome makes a difference. We were in Suite 18, which sits in a separate tower connected to the spa. The room itself was well appointed. You can tell nothing in there was inexpensive, and everything was fresh and well maintained, no wear, no chipped paint, nothing neglected. If I'm being honest, some of styling is starting to feel a touch dated in places, but that's a matter of taste more than quality. One note, and to be totally fair it was an unbelievably hot day: when we returned from dinner the room was in the mid to high 70s, and it took about an hour and a half to cool down. The staff explained we needed to lower the thermostat in 2-degree increments rather than setting it straight to our target, and they were right, it worked. Still, that's a bit of a workaround at this price point. A lovely property with genuinely gracious service. We'd stay again.

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.

A dull menu is a disappointment, but an undercooked entree is a safety hazard. During our visit, a…read morebasic chicken dish arrived at our table visually underdone and noticeably pink near the bone--a fundamental kitchen error that instantly shatters any illusion of five-star luxury. It is one thing for a luxury menu to be safe and uninspired; it is another entirely when the kitchen completely fails to execute the basics. From uneven cooking temperatures to a general lack of seasoning discipline, the line feels entirely unmonitored. At a property of this tier, diners expect precision. Instead, the plates suggest a kitchen completely on autopilot, mailing in basic preparations that would be unacceptable at a standard neighborhood pub, let alone a five-star harbor terrace. The glaring gap here isn't just the lack of a 'wow' factor--it's the absence of foundational execution. When a premium-priced kitchen stumbles on simple techniques, the luxury facade completely crumbles. For a high-tier property like the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, missing the mark on foundational kitchen skills is the ultimate sin. The marketing promises an ultra-luxury experience--such as Chef Mackenson Horebe's Summer Cookout Dinner Series--but if basic line-cook items are being botched, the kitchen is simply coasting on the hotel's five-star reputation. While a boring menu is disappointing, an unsafe plate is unacceptable. It proves that the kitchen lacks basic supervision or expediting discipline. A chef actively managing their kitchen does not let raw poultry pass the pass. At these steep price points, you are paying for absolute culinary precision. Instead, the kitchen line seem to be operating with zero oversight. Sending out undercooked poultry isn't just a sign of a kitchen mailing it in; it's a failure of basic execution that should never occur in a premium establishment, let alone a global luxury brand. The glaring gap between the property's glamorous marketing and its actual execution became painfully obvious when a companion's chicken dish arrived dangerously undercooked. It turns out the menu isn't just 'vanilla'--the kitchen staff can't even be bothered to execute the absolute basics of safe temperature control. A luxury dining room should never operate on autopilot. From the uninspired flavor profiles to catastrophic technical errors like undercooked chicken, the hotel's culinary team is coasting entirely on the brand's name. Save your money and explore Baltimore's actual, vibrant food scene elsewhere--this one is a passive, corporate disappointment.

Its a long infinity pool that overlooked the harbour. They have a bar/poolside restaurant and semi private cabanas. We also ordered lobster rolls which were THE BEST ive ever had also. The pool staff was so kind and attentive as well. This hotel is literally perfect, especially for a staycation. The only things I did not like were the robes come in one size and run small. Also, I dont feel the cabana's are properly priced. I paid almost $500 and it wasn't really luxurious.
