The evening we went in for my son to buy a new truck, they were awesome. Ryan was the best and worked with us through multiple iterations of how and what we wanted to finance. he was patient and he and the finance folks stayed late to help us. Top Notch customer service. HOWEVER..........in the past 2 weeks I have left FOUR FREAKING MESAAGES for the finance department to return a call because we were refinancing bc we found a lower rate. Crickets. I am so beyond annoyed with the blatant disregard for what we need AFTER THE FACT OF THE SALE that I will not refer anyone to this dealership. THIS.IS.RIDICULOUS! 6/20/24 update. After Ryan found out the issue I was having, he stepped up and took care of all of my questions. Buyer beware. Dishonest business practices in place. Radley Cadillac in Fredericksburg, VA sold me a car that had twice been in an accident, which they did not disclose to me at the time of sale. I called them to let them know that and the manager Mr. Michael Jordan told me that Carfax is online so it is available for me to look at. Which is true. My impression is when I bought the Cadillac CT6 "certified pre-owned", that Cadillac wouldn't certify a pre-owned vehicle that sustained damage. This car was in two accidents, one minor rear end, and second was "moderate" damage and vehicle was not drivable. In fact when I first started driving the car it made a clicking noise, and I brought it back into the shop, which they were able to fix. Then I noticed the alignment was off. I planned to bring it back in for that but then I decided to get rid of it. While at the Toyota dealership they informed me that the car was in accidents, and that they weren't minor so it would affect the trade in value quite a bit. I should have done my due diligence and looked up the carfax. However I was misled by the Cadillac "certified pre owned" sticker and thought a luxury car dealer like Cadillac wouldn't have such poor businesses practices. I don't know if this is standard practice for Cadillac - or if this is just a Radley thing? I got rid of the car today and paid 10,000 dollars to break even on it after owning it for 8 months. I'm putting it in the past, but I definitely don't feel like I was treated right by this dealership. Reading other reviews it sounds like things aren't all bad, and the manager called me back promptly and was very nice. But nice doesn't equal integrity. read more

BEWARE of the dishonest practices at this dealership. I recently bought a used vehicle here at Radley Cadillac, upon purchase I noticed a slight pull on steering wheel and a weird vibration at high speeds. I initially thought it was all in my head because I was told by Thomas, my sales rep, the vehicle had gone through thorough inspection and maintenance including an alignment. So I then decided to get a second look at it by a family friend, he too noticed the steering wheel pulled to the right slightly. I didn't think it was a big deal and knew a trusted dealership like Cadillac would take care of my concerns. I called the next day and spoke to my sales rep Thomas and told him about the concerns I had, he told me to bring the car on by and they would take care of it. I let him know I would not be able to stop by that day because of the 60 mile drive from where I live at and that I would come early next week because of my busy schedule. When I finally brought the car in to be inspected they told me they would not be able to preform a proper alignment because of the lack of special equipment needed for that specific vehicle. I was also advised that the chamber was off and that I would have to go to a Mercedes Dealership to have it properly done. I was confused and disappointed because of the hour plus trip I had to drive to then be told that. I was then questioning the alignment I was told was completed on the vehicle before purchasing it. How were they able to get an alignment done then but now we're not able to complete one. I finally got around to taking the vehicle to Mercedes. When they inspected it I was shocked with the news of them telling me they were not able to complete an alignment either because of damage to the rear axle which would cost upwards of $8 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix. I immediately called Radley Cadillac and was ignored of my concerns for days. I decided to email senior management Jonathan Pittman so that someone could possibly help me. He did not contact me but instead Colin Radley did. I explained to him the prior damage to the vehicle that was not disclosed to me upon purchase. I felt scammed and very disappointed with the practices at this dealership. He told me he would call me back with further information. When he finally called me back he told me that he could not do anything about it and that I in fact was the one that caused that damage to the vehicle. He said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle upon purchase and that I should have inspected it and noticed any damage to the vehicle before purchasing it. He also said that I was shown a clean CARFAX and that meant the car didn't have any prior damages. I then also asked him how were they able to complete an alignment before I purchased the vehicle and how come they didn't notice any damage to the axle when I brought it back in to have it realigned but instead was told to go to Mercedes. He was very vague and pretty much told me good look. Ultimately I was stuck with the bill and called a liar by Colin Radley. They pretty much accused me of trying to scam them on paying my repair bills but when in fact I was scammed by them for failing to disclose any prior damages to the vehicle. The vehicle was not properly inspected because they do not have the proper tools at this dealership but tell you they have preformed a thorough inspection of the vehicles they sell. PLEASE stay away from Radley dealerships. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I felt I had to share my admiration for Radley Caddilac. I've been going there for several years and bought a used car there last summer. . The staff is warm and welcoming. Eric one of the service team leaders has gone above and beyond helping me with my cars and especially my 2005 Escalade that has 311k miles. Eric has always been understanding and respectful knowing my love for this old beauty . I used to think going to the dealership for services costs more? That's not true. In fact with my experience at Radley Cadillac it's been the opposite. From regular maintenance to unexpected replacements, the prices have always been more than fair. I would recommend Radley Cadillac to anyone who is either buying a car, used or new Or if they need maintenance or a repair on an existing car or truck. Hands down!!! read more

There are two pieces to my experience at Radley so far: the purchase of my car and then its service afterward. When buying my car, first and most importantly to me, it was a great deal on a Kia hybrid. Penny Lloyd was helpful and extremely accessible. Also, they drove the car DOWN to Richmond from Fredericksburg for the test drive! I mean, how can you beat that?? So that part was more 4-5 stars for me. To this point, the service afterward is more like two stars. I spoke with Ryan Embrey about a week before the appointment I scheduled for a Saturday. He sent me a confirmation email with the Saturday appointment listed. I called that day to inform them I was running about 15 minutes behind. The gentleman with whom I spoke on the phone assured me that they had never scheduled appointments on Saturday. When I read the confirmation email to him, he interrupted me repeatedly, telling me that the email was an automated email sent out after the scheduling call (shifting responsibility for this error to the automated system - never mind the phone call with Mr. Embrey, who confirmed the Saturday appointment). Instead of calling attention to this gentleman's sense for customer service, I figured I'd just leave a review here. read more

I recently purchased a used truck from Radley Cadillac due to the fact that I thought they were a reputable company who sold quality new and used vehicles. I had been in the market for a used truck to take care of my household needs. I saw a very nice and clean Dodge Dakota at Radley. I went and inquired about the truck. I was told that they usually don't sell vehicles as old as this 2004 Dodge Dakota however, it was clean and pass their multi point inspection. I test drove the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. Less than a month later the transmission went out. I hadn't even put 500 miles on the truck let alone taken it on the highway. I advised Radley and was told to bring the truck in so that they could check it out and to see what could be done. After a week I was called and told that third gear in the transmission was gone. I was given the option of replacing the transmission for $2800 or $4000, I paid $6000 for the truck. This is completely unprofessional and I can't believe that a company such as this would accept the fact that they have sold something that only ran for less than a month with less than 500 miles driven. This is embarrassing to the Radley name. Mr. Pittman at your request I called and left you a message with my name and phone number so that you could hear more about my issue. It has been almost a week and I have not heard from you. If you really in fact want to hear from me please give me a call, if not that is fine too but please don't publicly speak out as if you care and in fact you don't. This place is the worse, they charged me almost double what Lindsay of Alexandria would have, and neither the quality of their work nor the professionalism of the service member is on par with Lindsay. I had a service member actually laugh at what was a valid concern of mine, I personally believe if I was a man that would have never happened. Because Lindsay is so far away and I need my car repaired immediately I am forced to use this car dealership, but I do so with extreme hesitation. In addition I took my car to this dealership a few years ago for a tune up that cost upwards of 1000 dollars only to have my car not start when the payment was made and the key given to me. Bought a used Cadillac here. Process was fast, accurate, and painless. A very clean vehicle inside and out. I am keeping an eye on their inventory for another good deal like this one. Week later a turn signal light burned out. Took it in to get the lamp changed. (If you've ever tried to change a lamp in a 2005 STS you know why I took it in.) Despite being very busy the service department got the car in fast and got the bulb changed. (To change the bulb, they put the car on a lift, took off the front passenger side tire, and removed the fender wheel well guard.) When they were finished the gave the car a quick hand washing. Professional, fast, and courteous service. I had reservations about having a car serviced at a dealership, but I will definitely be back for regular service here at Radley. read more

First, we appreciated how fast and efficient the dealership was as we had a small baby and a toddler at home waiting for us. However, with that efficiency came some glaring deficiencies. We were not told until after the sale was completely finalized and we were about to drive off that the van only came with 1 key. As a two driver household in which we would often be switching cars to keep our kiddos in the van we need two keys. We were told by the salesman "you can get a key fob off amazon for cheap." We went by our local Chrysler dealership to find out if that was true and due to the need for it be programmed to our vehicle it would cost us 300+ dollars. After a huge car purchase that was pretty frustrating. Transparency is so important in the car buying experience and sadly this was not the case. Additionally, our car did not come with a manual. We were able to find one online but as most people we like to keep a manual in the car. I called twice and left message requesting it be mailed, sent a review via their survey and sent a specific follow up email. Additionally, I included the concern regarding the key and asked that they compensate us the cost of a new key. This was 2+months ago and we have not received a manual or any communication regarding our concerns. I waited until after the holiday attempting to give the dealership the benefit of the doubt that are very busy but no communication at all is extremely unprofessional. We won't be using Radley for any further car buying needs. read more

Treated well both times we've brought a car there or had them serviced. All personnel have been extremely courteous and helpful. Cars have been returned cleaned and never had to bring it back for uncompleted work or the same issue. While not having the bells and whistles atmosphere of some of the larger luxury car dealer facilities in Northern VA, the efforts by the personnel are among the best in the business.
