For $10 CASH only, i got the top level with multiple wax and Rainx rinses, wheel treatment and more. The circular brushes appeared to be brand new, and they did pretty good job of getting the car washed without scratches. The only thing they didn't remove were the bug splats and road tar. But I have never had any automated wash remove that stuff. Only bug remover and elbow grease can get that stuff off. My only real disappointment was that the dryer/blower cycle was too short and the power of the blowers was the lowest I have ever experienced. I ended up having to dry the car myself. Finally, the place was clean and well maintained. This is my go to place in Globe.

Then he pointed to the camera and said this is all being recorded so they can see and hear me. I said good, a$$hole, let them listen to you, and drive off. I get to the wash and he's now crying to his boss and his boss says he's going to ban me from the car wash. I repeated again to him, that I was sick, and I was not going to argue with him too. He kept egging me on, and absolutely I used some very colorful language. I'll never go back to this place or ANY SUPERSTAR CAR WASH. They are more persistent than the extended car warranty people. As usual, we were in and out within 1.5 hours. Above and beyond service as I suspect they were able to fix my driver-side window that was causing me issues over the past six months. We typically use synthetic for this vehicle. Earlier in the year we were able to do an oil change with Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Baseline near the 202 Extension (new location). We were charged synthetic prices but our oil change sensor had us at 10% within three months with limited mileage - more or less, we weren't given synthetic, but charged as if we were. This has never been the case with the shop at Super Star who we've been using for at least 5 years.

He said that needs a full detail. Something that two attendants confirmed were included in the service they just sold me a day prior actually needs a full detail... amazing. I tipped the attendants but I regret it. Anyway, they are a complete scam. They also won't give you the online price so beware of that when shopping around. The prices are actually $15 a month more than advertised. Also, if you're the customer service team and you're reading this. Please don't comment to email in. I had some cosmetic damage to my car from a…read moreleaky pipe in the parking garage where I work, and I went to Scott to see if a detailing would take care of it or if the panel needed to be completely repainted. He took out his power washer and buffer on the spot and got almost all of it off right then and there in about 5 minutes, then explained what it would take to really get the rest of the staining off, with a decent quote to do the whole car. I had the property manager of my work building call him to pay for the service, then Scott got me scheduled on a weekend, picked up my car first thing in the morning, drove it to his shop for the job, and drove it back when he was done. He was very communicative and honest, quick to respond to my texts, and knows his stuff. When he brought my car back looking almost brand new, I fell in love with her all over again. Scott walked me through everything he did, recommended how to keep it looking nice, also pointed out how the paint on the hood is beginning to suffer some micro cracks from this awful heat and what to do about it. He also noted an oily residue on the engine that he couldn't completely get rid of and advised I might want to ask a mechanic about it just in case. Scott does good work, he's easy to talk to, punctual, and knows what he's doing. For the work he did and in this kind of heat, I'd say it would be worth every penny even if I'd been spending it myself. I'm going to want to have this done again next year, I know that for sure.
