The relaxation room is one of the best parts plus the cozy robes they give you before a service!! The massages and facials are so relaxing and they give you hot booties!! The pedicure tubs stay hot so you aren't sitting in cold water and the manicure are always on point. I would never get waxed anywhere else. It is ALWAYS clean and professional. This place is the closest thing to heaven. I had a fabulous massage from Kelly who leaves you feeling amazing. Then I followed it up with a Fire & Ice facial by X she made my skin glow and it looked and felt so clean and tight. I spent the better part of half a day there and it was worth every penny. The spa salad topped off the experience. I would highly recommend this SPA I have tried spas all over the state and they just dont compare. Take a day and treat yourself. The service was horrible. I was rushed. They didn't even allow me to fill out a medical history form even after I asked, they said don't worry about it. How safe is that? I was told to undress in the room my massage was in and then after my massage told to go into the relaxation room with my street clothes??? All other spas you are allowed to get into a robe and slippers in a different room and then go to the relaxation room afterwards with your robe...that's relaxing... AND they charged me 20 dollars more than the other spas just up the street...my massage wasn't even the full 90 minutes I paid for...save your money this place is ghetto... read more

If i could give one star, I would. I don't regularly attend spas, but I'm pretty sure they aren't supposed to stress you out and cause you to cry. I really wanted to enjoy this appointment and have been looking forward to it since I booked it. Because I was going to a spa I didn't feel the need to wear nice clothes. (Yoga pants, a crappy t-shirt and no makeup). I felt as though I was being judged and that was solidified once my technician asked me if I came to their business just because I had a gift card. I'm not sure how I was supposed to interpret that but I'm not an idiot. It was very rude. From that moment on I was disgusted and just wanted to leave. To top it all off another client which had been complaining the entire time of her appointment felt the need to share with all of us ( in a rather small room) that she had vomited the night before and felt ill. Really comforting to know I'm at a wellness spa seated feet away from someone who's been vomiting. Not saying that's the spas fault, but definitely added to the experience an element of discomfort. Then I was completely embarrassed when I explained I did not bring sandals as it is raining and cold outside and nowhere have I ever gone to get my nails done did they not have a nail dryer or sandals. Finally once a pair of sandals were found..(they literally used a pair of tongs to grab an old pair from under the pedicure station.), I was left to sit there until I finally asked if I could please leave. My technician never even came back to check on me. Very comforting. All in all I am very disappointed with the entire experience. Once I went to check out the woman at the counter was very understanding and kind. I was upset and explained to her I was insulted and she offered me a whopping discount of about $7.00 off. Which wasn't a problem because I was willing to pay the full amount. It's just strange to me that a business that's whole gimmick is wellness would require someone to pay after they are crying and shaking from the experience they've had. I'm sure whomever reads this will justify the entire complaint by stating that I didn't want to pay for the service. Which is fine if it makes you feel better, but I'm going to let everyone know how awful this entire experience was. I really wanted to enjoy this spa as it is right down the street from where I live and I was very excited about the services offered. I'm genuinely afraid to come back, especially because I complained about the service. I am a licensed cosmetologist and not once have I ever made someone cry or feel that they don't belong. It's shameful and really puts a sour taste on spas in general for me as this was my first time attending one. Thank you for the $38.00 anxiety attack. Had a facial with Gretchen who was very lovely. Overall the place has a very relaxed vibe. The only reason for the four stars is because, as they were busy, I was in a room right by the nail area and people were talking. I have to say though, even with the talking, which was pretty loud, I was still left feeling very relaxed. Gretchen did an amazing job! If you go, just ask to be in a room in the back. My husband got a massage that he loved and he was in a room in the back area and couldn't hear a thing. Plus, the "relaxation area" is really nice and relaxing. As an added plus, I think they give you a glass of wine with some services and the receptionist was very sweet and accommodating. Will definitely return here! read more

I've gone to several spas for massages. I luckily found this one about 8 years ago and I probably won't ever go to a different place. I've been treated by almost everyone there! Everyone is honestly awesome, although I do not recommend (Gabe) I think that was his name. I had him once and he talked the whole time, it was very annoying to me. I want to lay there in silence and relax. That was also the first time I did a Deep Tissue and I was NOT impressed with him. My go to girl is Helen, hands down is the best!!! She's super sweet and is just a great person!! I have a lot of medical conditions and she always remembers where we left off so she can give me the best massage ever! She always impresses me! The relaxation room is very cool to have so that if I want to hang out for an extra few minutes after before I get back to the real world I can. The girls at the front desk are always very friendly and nice. Like I said, I probably won't be going anywhere else. The prices are right and if you want to you can purchase series. I recommend the series of 4 Swedish. It's like paying for 3 up front and getting one free instead of paying seperate. read more

This is hands down my favorite spa. I have been going now for about 2 years, and I couldn't love them more. My first visit ever was a spa party for myself and 7 girlfriends for my birthday 2 years ago. I looked in the area for a place to host us, and the people at Rain could not have been nicer over email when I arranged the party. They closed down the spa on a Saturday afternoon and we had the run of the place. It was fantastic and I've been hooked ever since. I love their pedicures (the standard Rain pedicure is a luxurious hour! Heavenly) and I'm pretty much addicted to their Shellac manicures. I've gotten facials, massages and even their airbrush tan and every single experience has been amazing. I've gotten to know the staff and they make every appointment an absolute pleasure and something I really look forward to. The spa itself is a beautiful, relaxing space.
