Best bagels we've had. Kiddo tried the strawberry cheese bagel, chocolate croissant and loved it. The sunrise bagel with pesto cream cheese and tomatoes, as well as the brahvacado had us fulfilled. And we finished everything off with a latte (awesome coffee). The service is first class. Despite the rush, and being short staffed the owner kept his cool, engaged his guests and all was well! He makes conversations with anyone and is so easy-going to talk to! Full of character and so much laughs in such a short period of time. Drinks: 10/10 Got Berry nice smoothie, it was refreshing, all the ingredients seem to be sweetened by its own fruit rather than processing it with extra sugar. It was perfect. Macadamia Nut Latte with oatmilk my mom mom stated she really loved it! And said it was one of the best lattes she's had in the Island. I got what the owner recommended at the time which (I forgot the name of it) was a cold brew with condensed milk kinda similar to Vietnamese coffee. Also really good and woke me up! 9/10 Ambiance: Hard to miss place since it's the only brightly colored pink building in the area. Very cute space! With a waiting area/ quick sitting area on the left and those who are looking to study/ read on the right side with ample outside seatings in front of the store with umbrella on each table for shade. Place is bright and vibrant with plants for decoration. Stickers and other merchandise in the front of the cashier. They have a neon sign that says coffee x3 which is the perfect photo-op for your drinks. The bathroom was clean and matched the same vibe as the cafe. All in all would highly recommend this place! Just be wary of the limited time that is opens from 8-12 pm when I was vacationing in 8/2023. So make sure you book your time to go here. Decided to try this place out while waiting for my sis to pau work. It was easy to find (bright pink umbrellas), corner of Rice St and Umi St before Kiibo. Street parking or you can find parking in the back along Umi St and Ewalu St. As you walk in happy unicorn vibes as the owner greets everyone that comes in. While in line look at the menu and enjoy the positivity. I decided to go for cold brew and a plain bagel (which they make in house) with the BrahVacado. The cold brew was bitter yet smooth, the kick of caffeine was definitely there. I liked the bagel, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Avocado, tomato, and sprouts were fresh and the hit of the garlic butter were tasty bites. I got there maybe about 830ish, Sunday morning and there was a rush of both local and tourists. I'm skeptical when I see so many five star reviews, but this place deserves all of them. The owners of this establishment are crazy friendly. I can't stress this enough. They make the visit feel like an event in itself. Drinks are also fantastic. It's nearly impossible to drink a Frappuccino or some similar drink from a conglomerate coffee shop after having one of the coffee or smoothie drinks at Rainbeau Jo's. I placed my order through Yelp and the order was made quickly by the time I arrived. The smoothie was so good (green one) and their iced latte was smooth and hit my caffeine need. Their croissant with avocado, tomato, and sprouts was really delicious. They even gave us their recs for local beaches and hiking trails that were kid-friendly. This locally owned & operated Beta-cafe is a little hidden gem, a must STOP!! Look for the pink umbrella tables outside. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with friendly staff, if you are in a bad mood when you get there you won't be when you leave. You will feel as if you are with long time friends. Went here multiple times over the course of our 1 week stay, even though we were all the way up in Princeville. Beau, the owner, was there every time. I am so glad we did!!! Although the line was long it was worth it. They were very sweet and kept the customers informed on how they are working hard and thanking us for being patient.
