Perfect. Shiloh is home with us again. RBOTx even gave us a second smaller box so my grandson could keep something to remind him of his best friend. Shiloh was 1 month older than him and he considered her his girl. The boxes are beautifully done and the paw print is something I will always keep along with my other dogs. Shiloh is greatly missed still by Dawsyn, Kelly Ravyn and I. But I believe we will see our loved ones again one day in Heaven and that includes our pets. Ask yourself, "What kind of place would Heaven be without our loved pets?" I know Heaven is the greatest place we could find ourselves in. For me that is surround by my family and dogs. It's taken me awhile to write this review, but I cannot say enough about the care and compassion Rainbow Bridge of Texas showed our family during our time of loss. Last January, we arrived home to find our home on fire. Our wonderful pets, Buster, Bella and Little Bit, were inside the home and perished from the smoke inside. My daughter and I were devastated. Our pets are family and losing them like this broke our hearts. I reached out to our veterinarian's office about cremation services and they referred me to Rainbow Bridge. That said, I filled out their online form and they replied immediately saying they would call with an ETA. Unfortunately, we lost communication with them for a bit but before long, they said they were 20 minutes away and acted swiftly. I feel compelled to leave a review for Rainbow Bridge of Texas. We lost our cat, Tygr about a week ago and knew we wanted to cremate her. I found them online and reached out by an online form. Even though it was an early morning on a Sunday, Amanda reached out over text the same day to offer her condolences and explain the service options. She was incredibly compassionate and sensitive. Omrion (I think that is his name) was also incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. He picked up Tygr's body from us and returned her ashes in less than a week. If you are in the unfortunate situation like we were, I really couldn't recommend Rainbow more. We paid a flat fee of $250 for the service, which included pickup and drop off and a beautiful urn. read more

I have to share what an amazing experience we have had with Rainbow Bridge Of Texas. We were in search of a place to take my daughter's guinea pig for cremation since our vet was closed on a weekend. I found them on a quick google search and called. Received an immediate call back and spoke to the kindest woman. I was floored with how much care and compassion we received from this company. Not only did they drive to your door and pick up, (and spoke to my extremely upset daughter with so much care and gentleness) but also delivered back the remains in about a week. The remains were in a beautiful carved box with his name engraved on the side, along with the most precious Christmas ornament of his paw prints and name. We didn't expect that and was quite touched by the kindness. We were also pleasantly surprised by the cost which was not very much more than what it would've costed at our vet, without the personal pick up and delivery AND they cremate your pet by itself, not with a bunch of other pets all together, so you are getting just your pet's remains (not a scoop of a mixture of several pets-which is not always understood when you agree to this at your local vet office. Neither I or my vet had no idea what was going on with my dogs body for over 5 weeks. I called and left messages with rainbow bridge multiple times with no call back. I do not know how they have any business when they do not answer or return phone calls. My vet tried as well with no response. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau because this is unacceptable. Out of nowhere my vet calls me after 5 weeks to tell me my dogs ashes were finally returned, but who knows if they are even my dogs ashes. I do not trust this company. I still have not received any explanation on why I never got a phone call back or why it took over 5 weeks when it was suppose to take 1-3 weeks. read more

I can't begin to say how grateful I am for this place, they really took a lot of the stress out of a difficult situation. Our family dog of 10 years passed away at home, 140 pound Pyrenees Lab mix. The company came and picked him up on a stretcher and delivered his ashes a few days later. They were up front with their affordable prices, compassionate and dignified. My geriatric cat died at home after a few long days of dying. She died peacefully early in the morning after 16 years of love, devotion and companionship- she was a part of my family. I made arrangements for her to be picked up by Rainbow Bridge that morning so that she could be cremated and return to my home. They told me I could not bring her there and she would have to be picked up for 100$, which they did on a Sunday, and mostly came on time. Several weeks later and no contact from them, yesterday I decided to call to see where my cat was and if I can come pick her up. A half hour later, I received a text from them that they were ready to deliver her to my home and what time am I going to be there. I work all day and sometimes all night too, and I told them I would be home after 6 pm- I then received a text telling me they would deliver her on Monday....I let them know I work Mondays too and I will want to come get her and bring her home so I can spend the weekend with her. No response. I finally asked them to deliver her to my front door. They sent me a picture of her 'bag'- in front of my garage for anyone to take! I let them know I will be extremely upset if anyone takes her before I get home. They did go back and move her to my front door, where she was when I got home. Before she left this house ( after 16 years of being inside!) I washed her and wrapped her gently in a little kitty blanket in love, sorrow and respect. I placed her in a box and waited for the Rainbow Bridge man to come and receive her- he came, took her.....then I waited, and waited, and waited...several weeks went by...the only communication I had with them was an emailed receipt the day after she died. One would think if I loved and cared for her that much for 16 years, I would not have wanted her remains left outside a door, period- this was the only way I was going to get her back. Yesterday. In a bag outside my door. For folks in the pet crematory business, you certainly lack a LOT of dignity, respect and compassion. I would not choose this company again, but will find one where I can bring her and pick her up myself. The End. Literally. read more

Ronnie and Amber were amazing. I had to put a horse down on Christmas Eve. They called me back within 30 minutes of me leaving a message and were able to come by within an hour. They were so kind and sweet and never made me feel bad for asking them to come on a holiday. When they returned her ashes, Amber was so kind and loving when she brought them by the house.
