I wish it were different. I started my day at 5:30 a.m. A few minutes later, I spied a giant creature in the highest ceiling corner over the bedroom door. I was horrified. It was paralyzing. After considering burning down my house or moving, I called Simply Green, and once again, they saved my bacon. Less than an hour later, their technician arrived and removed the poor creature. They have managed our pest control for the last five or six years, and it's been a wonderful experience. This is the second time in that timeframe that they have come out to help me - unscheduled. Of course, these things only happen when my husband is out of town. Their responsiveness and customer service is unmatched. They took my irrational fear seriously and improved my day and my week. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so incredibly grateful.

I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. First trainer resulted in a free roaches. And after 5 weeks They gave me all clear despite flaking on their last appt. I moved in an Airbnb guest -- they reported seeing dozen of cockroaches. And fled. These folks came back out. And we now have hundreds in the traps. I thought after 10 weeks we were headed in right direction. My Airbnb is still closed. Today they flaked in their appt. I went to condo. Dozens of live roaches. And at least 50+ in traps. I called them to question the missed appt. Angela told me today that they were done. Their contract guarantees removal and so do Angela text. She recommended I litigate to resolve. I called another company. Will post their reports later. Along with the weekly updates from green homes. Going from a few to 100 weeks later hundreds. Everytime noting in their report the cleanliness of my condo. Careful. If you're not there. Door lock data shows they stay 6-9 minutes.

Most recently, we had a swarm of bees move into our attic through a gap in the corner of our house. I text Jeremy on Sunday, and he had Hunter out here Monday. We have two small kids and some bees got into the house. They took care of the swarm to keep us safe, and we didn't have to wait days or weeks. We also have Sonoran come out to do perimeter sprays to keep crickets, roaches, whatever else, out of our houses and their solution is very effective, and lasts. They are very affordable and well priced. We had a termite issue and they referred us to another company who did great work. Every pest issues we've had, Sonoran has taken care of very quickly and is always available when we need them!

UPDATE: After I called today (10/30) and left a voicemail saying that their customer service is horrible and that I wouldn't be doing business with them-- I get a text from the Owner, John, feeding me yet ANOTHER EXCUSE as to why he was so unresponsive. Unbelievable. Thing is, about a year ago, I called this same company and I had scheduled an appointment with John to spray my house. On the day of my appointment, John texts me that his truck is broken down and he can't make the appointment. OhhhhhKay. WAIT!! There's more!! Several days went by....a week went by and ZERO COMMUNICATION from this company. IMO, looks like this business really doesn't care to get new customers OR make money. Very shady.

All I got was a string of excuses ... my truck broke, I have to get tested for Covid, someone else more important took precedence (the poor schoolchildren). This went on for 5 weeks - full disclosure, I also had to reschedule once due to emergency/unexpected eye surgery. Still not sure why he would drag things out like this with a constant string of excuses and rescheduling, I have to say it has been a very frustrating experience, and a big time waster! But I should have known, from my earlier experiences! Giving this 1 star only one - although he is a nice guy, and does a good job (if he ever does show up) he is completely unreliable!
