The rugs were cleaned I was told but after taking a closer look I found the same original lint still on them. They too had a citrus smell but looked dirty still. When asked about it Rick told me ths t I just needed yo run a vacuum over them. Now I ask you this, "How can a rug be cleaned if the original dirt snd lint is still on there. Price was the only thing good about the deal. I guess it's true what they say, "You pay for ehat you get!" If you pay s cheap price then I guess you get a crappie job. I feel ripped off right now.

The BEST on so many levels!…read more We just (and finally) had new carpet installed upstairs and someone (yes, it was me) tracked grease in from the garage all of the carpet. The carpet is wool and a lighter color; I thought we'd have to replace it all. Joe Higens was referred to us by Superior Floor and Cabinet Designs where we purchased our carpet. I called Joe first thing Monday morning and he came out the same day! He worked me into his schedule due to the type of stain and not wanting it to sit in the carpet any longer. Joe gave me an estimate which was very reasonable prior to coming out. Upon arrival, Joe surveyed the grease stains and clearly explained the process he would implement. Joe let me know that the type of stain coupled with the type of carpet I have might require an additional or two returns to ensure it is fully removed as he cannot be too aggressive with wool carpet otherwise it could ruin the wool. The carpet looked AMAZING when he was finished! He called the next morning to follow up and ensure all spots were removed. There were two small spot still remaining (almost impossible to see) and Joe came out that Friday to treat those spots. Today our carpet looks like new; only my family know that I broke the rules and wore my shoes upstairs and tracked grease all over the carpet. Initially we started with this being a basic install, but we changed the scope towards getting 3 way shutoff system, but as soon I discussed with him he immediately designed and worked on it. This is a disappointing review to write considering I had used Michael two other times…read more My boss wanted to get the carpets cleaned in the office so I referred PQ Carpet to my office manager. She spoke to Michael and booked the appointment. He pulled a no show. This was upsetting considering we had got our staff to clear the floor and prepare for the weekend along with keeping a staff member on late Friday to wait for him. Additionally, we had an important company coming in to videotape the office, so, my boss had to step in, look for a new carpet guy and get them in on the fly spending more money for the last minute appointment. I did see his reviews in the past year have not been stellar like they used to be, but, thought maybe it was a fluke. Michael, I think it may be time to retire. He was able to identify the problems with my refrigerator and fix them immediately. I'm very happy with the quality of work and would recommend them. However, I do have one point of critique. I have two indoor cats. The serviceman wanted to dump some of the ice out on my back patio. Although I agreed that he could do that, I told him about my cats, and asked him to be careful not to let my cats out or leave the doors open. I even closed the doors myself at one point when I saw he was leaving them wide open while he worked with his back to them. However the serviceman must of opened them up again and left them wide open when he left. Unfortunately I didn't notice this right away. I discovered it a couple hours after he was gone. One of my cats got out and didn't immediately come back when I called! It took me awhile but Thankfully I was able find her and get her back inside before any coyotes got her. The coyotes in my area are very prevalent so this is a serious concern. Overall I would recommend them. I would have given 5 stars had he not left my back patio doors wide open allowing my cat to get out. If you don't have pets this might not be a factor. However if you do have pets I would like to say be aware that you may need to watch out for doors being left open.
