The person that cleans my moms apartment is named Francisco. He is always extremely thorough with the service as well as the explanation post service. We've had lots of dogs of varying ages - and over 15 years, the expensive beige carpet in our condo turned mostly black. We had used a local carpet cleaning company for years and their steam cleaning methods failed to remove the stains. The owner of our old carpet company told us that the "stains are permanent and impossible to get out." When we put our condo on the market, our realtor told us if we couldn't get the stains out and repair a ripped spot in the carpet we would have to replace it prior to listing. He recommended Francisco, who promptly came out to give us a free estimate. I asked Francisco for a quote to replace the carpet and with admirable honesty, he told me that our carpet was superior in quality than any basic carpet he would replace it with for marketing purposes and that he could get the stains out and patch the ripped spot (for far less than our previous steam carpet guys charged). To our amazement - Francisco was true to his word and the carpet came out looking brand new! His patch of the ripped spot was undetectable, despite the raised geometric patterns in our carpet. He also moved our fridge to clean the tile underneath, something our previous carpet guys would not do, despite charging far more for tile cleaning. There was just one stain (of hundreds) that didn't come out so we called Francisco back and he promptly returned again to cut out and patch the last stubborn stain. So I was pleasantly surprised at the affordability) Our carpets were very dirty (years and two little kids) and Francisco took the time to clean them well. He was such a hard worker! 5 starz. Had a pretty serious spillage that needed immediate cleaning. Francisco got me scheduled in next day and Chris came out ready to get the job done. It wasn't a typical clean. We had the carpet pulled up, removed the pad and had baking soda soaking up the oil. Chris got it all cleaned up as best the situation would allow. Multiple passes and deodorizer etc. Over and under the carpet. Very pleased with them and their great service. I've had this company come out to clean my carpets several times over the last couple years and they always do an amazing job. I have 4 small children so our carpets get dingy pretty quickly but they always look brand new once these guys are finished. Francisco and his Son are an AWESOME team. I called him yesterday and they came out to clean our carpets the next day! Not only are they quick to respond, their service is second to none. We've had our carpets cleaned no less than 10 times since we bought the house and I always feel like I'm being overcharged. There always seems to be some hocus pocus up-sell and even when they do a good job, I never seem to get a good vibe. Francisco is totally different. He's very reasonable and goes the extra mile to make sure the job gets done right! We have an obnoxious frayed corner on the stairs where the previous owners cat clawed the carpet and he offered to fix it for $25. That dang spot has been driving me nuts for years and he's the first person to even offer to fix it. Now it looks like it wasn't even there. To top it off, he even re-stretched out downstairs carpet. I used this company again today. I paid a fair price for a great service. I had to leave before Fransisco was done, so I showed him how to lock up and left him to work alone. When I came home a few hours later, my carpets were much cleaner than I expected them to be (they are 13 years old and were disgustingly dirty). As a bonus, my kitchen floor had been cleaned too! Fransico and his helper were great! My carpet looks wonderful, my tile floor looks as good as the day it was installed! They worked steadily and were very considerate about protecting corners with plastic barriers, haven't seen that before! Very professional, took his time to walk the house with me, settled on the cost, then when I saw how great the tile in the kitchen looked I asked him to do the family room too. No problem! Francisco was super helpful on the shower floor in the master bath too. He could have charged me (but generously didn't), I was not looking forward to scrubbing the shower floor because I knew it was going to be tough. Called NCCC at the last minute before we moved in and they made a nice evening call out - MUCH appreciated! Francisco came by himself, which surprised me, but he did a great job all alone. He gave me a great estimate on everything and even moved the washer and dryer out of the way to clean the grout in the laundry room. We didn't have sealing done because we were low on time (moving in the next day!). Later, when we moved our washer and dryer in, there was still dirt back there though. I appreciated his efforts though. I didn't have any deep or spot cleaning done since we are planning on ripping the old carpet out anyway, but wanted a quick clean before we had to live on it for a month. Spots that were already there did come back and even felt dry and hard like they were recently put there, but again, didn't have any spot cleaning done. I still expected them not to feel like that, but maybe that is normal. They gave us a great price for 4 rooms of carpet and 2 rooms with tile. I would try them again, but definitely get the deep clean and spot treatment to see how good they really are. I would give three stars on the overall cleaning just because the old spots did come back dry and hard, but that may have been because I literally just asked for a basic cleaning, so not necessarily their fault. We also really appreciated that the brother came out the next day to give us an estimate on the tile cleaning in the bathroom. He was very honest, helpful, and hard workers. This company has restored my trust in carpet cleaners!!!We needed our carpets cleaned...been putting it off till my two year old grandson spilled blueberry yogurt in the middle of the front room carpet. I cleaned it up pretty well but said lets call someone to freshen things up. I had a coupon from another company that said $99.00 for the whole house. I figured it would be a little more for some high traffic spots. Their final estimate was $327.00 plus a $7.00 fuel charge. I told them to hit the road. When I called North County Carpets they told me it would be about $180.00 total. They came out...and their final estimate was $175.00. They were nice and did a fantastic job!!
