I really had to make lots of calls over several moths to get this system installed, this company was really easy and very professional to deal with. Initially we started with this being a basic install, but we changed the scope towards getting 3 way shutoff system, but as soon I discussed with him he immediately designed and worked on it. The work looks very neat and very easily maintainable and serviceable. I had him do some additional work done to bundle more things amazingly wonderful work from him. This is a review of two individuals that are working on the plumbing in our office building. They were taking power from the men's bathroom to work on the women's bathroom. The power cord was stretched across two feet of walkway and started about 18" high and down to the floor. When I approached the individuals I let them know that the electrical cord was a tripping hazard. They looked at me and waved me off. I asked them if they were going to fix the hazard and they smiled and laughed. I let them know if they were not going to eliminate the hazard, I would take care of it. One guy followed me and made sure the cord was laying flat on the floor. He then said "What is your problem do you have a bad marriage". I then asked him for a business card. The other guy asked if they should we tape down the cord? They looked at each other and decided to NOT tape the cord to better eliminate the tripping hazard. He then asked "are you going to come back to check if we taped down the cord?" I left, then went back. They didn't tape down the cord. If these guys go to your office building to work on your plumbing, they won't care if they create a hazardous situation for your employees. Get someone else that will take 5 minutes to take care of you and your employees. read more

This company is phenomenal. We have have used Numerous carpet cleaners over the years and this company and the two workers who performed my service were the absolute best. We have a very light off white burber carpet which has been installed for over 10 years. Needless to say it really needed a cleaning including a major coffee spill covering an area 3x3 and after they were done, the carpet looks brand new. They were also reasonably priced, knowledgable, prompt, courteous and careful. We also asked them to clean an old off white sofa and it also came out amazing. Highly recommend. We had a slow leak in a water pipe in the wall, so it wasn't noticed until the wall started "bubbling." I called Accutek and they sent a repairman immediately. He made the repair, took care of the mold that had accumulated, then cut out the wall and carpet that were affected. The crew set up the dehumidifier and air and returned to check on the progress over the weekend. Jose did a FANTASTIC job of repairing the texturized wall and painting and it looks like new. Wouldn't you know we had ANOTHER leak the following week in a different area - and again had great service. When all was finished, they provided superior carpet cleaning; the gentleman took his time and did STAIRS, too! I do not recommend Accutek and here is why. I was looking for someone to clean the carpet in our rental condo in Scripps Ranch. Our dog had an accident and all the other companies that I'd prefer were booked. Accutek was not and even tho they estimated more than the other companies, I had no choice but get someone fast. The guy showed up on time and because we had small 1 car garage, I offered to move my car out. He said no need so I figured he will get his equipment through the front door because it was nearly impossible to squeeze next to my car and walk through the garage. Well. He managed to squeeze and he also managed to scratch my car with his belt as he was trying to get through. The pet stain did not come off and on top off everything, when he was done, he dragged his hose down the stairs that didn't need cleaning and as it was dripping dirty water, he actually stained our steps. After that I called the company about my scratched car, it took forever to have them call back and figure out solution. After days and days of bugging them, they sent an owner or supervisor who looked at the scratched car and dirty steps. He did tell me to take the car to a friend of his so I had to drive 40 mins and wait 2 hours to get it done. No one really cared enough to apologize or to offer clean the steps that they dirtied up or give back some refund or something! Not a way to do business in my book. All I wanted was a clean carpet in 1 room. That didn't happen. Plus our stairs got dirty and my car got scratched. I would not have these people clean anything again. read more

I chose this company for a flood based on reviews here, which said they are professional. That could save me lots of trouble. But finally I figured out you had to be professional yourself, and told them exactly what to do. Or you have to get another contractor to redo it in the future. For example, they used brown caulk for fill the gap between my white tile floor and the white baseboard moulding. It took them only ten minutes to do the caulk work, but took me half a day to remove their brown caulk with a knife and re-caulked it white. You better confirm with them everything they will do, for example, one of the decoration pads in my cabinets has to be replaced, and the one they used looks pretty different from the rest of the cabinet. Also, you better check with them everything they have done. Recently during remodel, I found they did not even fill some of the holes they cut previously, which is really not professional. read more

Horrid! I had them remove and install a tile floor, carpet and base boards in my house. They laid out the tiles so they were not parallel with the wood floor....so that the tiles would need to be cut an inch larger at one end of the floor than the opposite end. I pointed this out before they were all installed but I couldn't beleive they would be so sloppy. When they installed the transition (T-molding) between the tile & wood floors, the center-ridge of transition was too large and they were too lazy to cut it so it stood off the floor 3/8 of an inch. It was like having a speed-bump in the middle of my floor. When I asked them to redo it, they told me that they didn't want to cut the transition down because it "was too dangerous a cut and they might get injured"... the transition is just a standard wood T-molding!!!! I ended up redoing it myself. The base-boards were a mess too, they looked like a child had painted them. At the end of the job, I told them that I thought they had done a poor job and the owner got really verbally abusive to me. These guys are a train-wreck. read more
