The burgers are like what McDonalds USED to be in the 60's-70's, their tacos are like Taco Bell's in the same time period. You don't go away hungry and you get get great value. BT's is one of my favorite spots in Visalia. I moved to the Bay Area 19 years ago, but whenever I'm home visiting family this place is a must. I grew up eating BT's like once a week. When my mom was a kid, the same place was in Riverside and called Noggles, so she grew up on it too! Same menu and same owner and everything! If you need a quick, drive-thru bite but you're not feeling the usual fast food options, dip in to some BT's. My go-to is the meat, bean and cheese burrito with xtra cheese, a side of fries and a Wild Cherry Pepsi. Pro tip, ask for the ice in the back. For some reason they have crushed ice for drive-thru but cubes in the dining room. Damn man, talking about it now makes me want to swing by for lunch today. I'mma do it, you should too! read more

A Visalia favorite: this drive thru is the only one on Mooney Blvd that serves crushed ice. AND they've got Pepsi & Wild Cherry Pepsi! Ugh, I hate going places & only seeing Coke products. Bleh!! At times the drive through line can be long, all the way out to the Blvd. But their line always moves pretty fast. And I will certainly wait 15 minutes on their Taco Wednesdays! I highly suggest for the carb conscious foodie, try the Mexican Cup; it's all the yummy goodness of the inside of a taco in a styrofoam cup!! Eat good & drive!! Or if you like a taco salad; their salad is served in a flour tortilla conch, boxes in a pink pastry box. Like a pink donut box. That's how big the salad is. Their quesadillas are heavy. Not a tiny folded tortilla. It's like a big, flattened burrito. The juicy burgers come with chopped onions, shredded iceberg lettuce. The fries are shoestring and addicting. AND no ketchup packets, but ketchup in mini dipping cups. And when you order a Mexican menu item it will come with a side of their taco sauce in a dipping cup. Hands down the worst customer service across the board. Talk about rude, discourteous, upset, and unprofessional. All we did was drive up to order and right away, guy on the intercom is rude and disrespectful. No reason at all. Couldn't understand the order and when corrected, he was once more disrespectful. This was 5 pm on 5/31/2024. Then, get to the window and the girl is obviously annoyed. When asked if BT's has ranch, her response was, "Huh?" Asked again and the response was, "We don't carry it man." Rude tone of voice, just not expected when it was not warranted. Someone needs to correct the staff. I get it if the customer is being rude or disrespectful, but not when your customers are coming to the business to provide you business. Not cool. read more

Workers- service is absolutely the worst. ordered a Mexican salad cup with the mayo dressing on the side. it was keyed in as " no mayo dressing" we ask for it at the window, to which they stated they were charging .75 for the plastic cup to put it in. same plastic cup they use t for the red sauce they give away!?!!? $6 for a s smalll cup (8-10oz of mostly lettuce) and you can't give the dressing on the side. they laughed at us and refused to give the dressing without paying the .75 cent charge. $40 of food later and they want to charge for the dressing that came on the item ordered. they lost a 3-4 time a week customer over .75 cents and crappy rude young workers! good job! never Returning and I hope the hard times and crappy service catch up to you.
