In each case, the interaction at the store has been easy and friendly, and the problems resolved swiftly. I was frustrated at one point, but it turned out to be my own fault: Rather than calling or dropping by the store, I was sending emails and getting no replies. I later found out that the emails were going to employees that were no longer there. The staff is friendly, and if you drop by the store, the owner will personally greet you and make sure you are happy.

Andres listened patiently to my concerns and then asked what type of refrigerator I was looking for. I told him I wanted something similar to the Thermador but with much greater longevity. He recommended Sub-Zero, explaining that while it cost a little more than Thermador, Sub-Zero refrigerators have a long-standing reputation for lasting over 20 years. I mentioned that I had read all Sub-Zero 48" models are 84" high, which is 1/2" taller than my existing Thermador, and I was concerned they would not fit in my cabinet space. Andres confidently told me they would fit, but to make absolutely certain, he offered to send Pacific Sales' certified Sub-Zero installers to my home to take measurements free of charge and with no obligation to purchase. The installers arrived the very next day, took measurements, and confirmed that all the Sub-Zero 48" models would fit perfectly. I then met Andres at the store, where he showed me the different 48" Sub-Zero models and honestly explained the pros and cons of each style based on customer feedback. I ultimately decided on the Classic French Door model. Since I had already been without a refrigerator for weeks, I told Andres I wanted it as soon as possible. He assured me it would not be a problem, and amazingly, he arranged delivery and installation just three days later. Our project was upgrading the cantilever balconies on 4 townhouses. We interviewed 4 different…read morecontractors and landed with Gilbert Rocha Construction. Let me add that we previously had the other 3 balconies done in 2022. These other 3 we took the lead on organizing the different contractors for the different work (i.e., demo, structure, electrical, plumbing, railings, flooring, stucco etc). The goal this time was not to be involved and have Rocha take point. Initially, it felt like we had made a good choice, but then we had a pause in having work done. Upon checking in we learned Gilbert was in the hospital. His wife Marie assisted with getting work moving forward. Gilbert was not seen for about 6 weeks. And during this time we had many days when no work was done. Once Gilbert was back he was not the same. We had to spend many hours tracking work and what needed to be done to keep the project moving, along with the bookkeeping, when he asked for a large amount over what was owed. The project took longer than initially projected, which we were ok with to get a good end product. Once the balconies were finished, final payment made, we asked for warranty information, Gilbert Rocha said he would forward. Warranty information was never received after multiple emails requesting. Not even 6 months later our railings are rusting at the welding joints. Gilbert Rocha's emails bounce back and the numbers are not in service. He may be out of business, but we still deserve to have a warranty to have the safety of railings corrected.

Once they have your money, don't expect them to stand behind the product. Their customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. You'll get plenty of apologies, but that's where it ends. You may even hear from the owner with an apology, but nothing ever actually gets resolved. It's all talk and zero follow-through. At that point, it just feels like they're trying to quiet complaints rather than fix anything. There's a reason this place has so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I would never buy another product from WDC again. No price is worth the stress and frustration of dealing with a company that won't stand behind what they sell.
