Shortly after placing the order, I found out someone had already ordered two dozen bundtinis for the same event. I immediately called the store and asked if I could change the pickup date instead of getting a refund, since I would be ordering more for another event next month anyway. At first, the employee I spoke with was kind and allowed the date change. Unfortunately, I then received a call back saying the manager had decided it was "too late" because the bundtinis had already been prepped, even though my order had only been placed a short time earlier. I made it clear that I was not asking for my money back -- just to move the order to a later date. These were standard flavors that could easily be sold the next day, yet I was essentially told "too bad." The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with a paying customer. They would rather throw product away than show even minimal flexibility. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst customer service I've had in town. I will not be returning.

I then tried the raspberry sorbet, which was pre-scooped into a cup and considerably less melted. The toppings include candies, cookies, syrups, and whipped cream. The inside of the bus has a small ice cream parlor but the layout does not allow much room for seating, so you're supposed to take your ice cream and eat it outside. The ladies behind the counter are super friendly and will answer any questions you have about the menu. I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors on my next visit.
