Jungle steak and shrimp was amazing gave the shrimp to my friend since the shrimp is not my thing, however the the sauce that they used for the shrimp was delish it was like sweet and spicy kind of sauce. But the steak, medium rare, perfectly seasoned and those mashed potatoes were to die for. The juices mixing together? Unreal. Great service, and the ambiance is so fun all the animal decor and the live fish tank are super cool.

It is what it is, a crazy expensive tourist based restaurant with animatronics entertainment every 10 minutes (?). The staff can be very friendly or exhausted and irritated-its the luck of the draw, but over $120 for 2 people (no alcohol) having a basic theme park fare of burgers and a pud is silly Disney money. You can go to, say, Culvers for 1/4 the price and be more than satisfied. The animatronics show is cute, but hardly worth the price.

Stopped by Disney Spring during my Orlando trip and stopped by rainforest cafe for dinner. By the time I got there around 5pm and there was already a 30 min wait. The restaurant was very busy inside and it was definitely family friendly. I've never been to a rainforest cafe and it was a unique experience where there were fish tanks everywhere and great theming. The server we had was great and he was attentive. I ended up ordering a spring roll like app and a salad. The app was pretty good and flavorful. The salad I got was also okay - the chicken was a little dry though. At the end, this turned out to be one of the most expensive meals I had despite not ordering three items and two of them were salads.

Stopped here while we were walking around and honestly... kinda mixed feelings on this one. The jungle vibe is still pretty cool and the kids around us were loving all the animatronics, rain and thunder stuff, but man this place really feels outdated now. Like they havent really put much money back into remodeling it in forever. Some parts looked tired af honestly. Service tho was actually solid. Our waiter was super chill, checked on us a bunch without being annoying, and the food came out way faster than we expected on Thursday night. Food itself was okayyy but the prices are wild for what you get. I got the Jamaican Pepper Steak for $31.99 and it was crazy over seasoned and salty to the point I was chugging my beer every 2 mins. Speaking of beer, a 16oz draft was $9.25 which is kinda insane but I guess thats Disney prices doing Disney things. One thing thats actually worth knowing some local tour places give coupons for a free appetizer or even a kids meal. Definatley grab one if you can because it helps alot with the bill. Overall not terrible at all, just feels more like youre paying for the nostalgia and atmosphere than the actual food these days.

Let's face it you do not go to the Rainforest Café for the quality of the food. You go for the experience inside the restaurant. It was hot, crowded, and the food was just OK. But the feeling of sitting inside the rainforest and the animated animals is unmatched. The volcano that was full of pyrotechnic displays outside was super fun. And there are excellent souvenirs. The Rainforest Café is an experience! It is worth having! Especially for kids!

We came here for the kids. The atmosphere is really cool, but the sound is extremely loud, for a baby is a horrible experience, for a toddler is nice, so make your choice. Staff were very friendly. Food was a little bit high, but you are in Disney springs, so that's the price, it worth? No. Food is greasy, at least the appetizer. We also ordered meat and shrimp, they were ok.

We made a last minute decision to stop at Disney Springs on our way back home - quick weekend getaway! We were going to the Polite Pig- line was way too long. So, as you can see no certain plans! We had about a 25 minute wait and it was a great chance to walk through the cute gift shop. Food was excellent and our waitress was wonderful. If you've never been this is experience dining- the restaurant becomes a rainforest with animal sounds and storms (you don't get wet). Fun drinks and souvenir cups for many of them. We don't come every trip to Disney, but once every other year or so. Didn't get 5 stars because once we were called forward for seating they had us stand off to the side for an additional 5 minutes????

    Salman C.

When we arrived we were told the wait would be 35 minutes. As wait times are standard in Disney Springs we accepted and headed towards the gift shop. I kid you not, three minutes later they told us the table was ready. Confused but glad for this serendipitous situation. Our server was amazing and very attentive. She provided recommendations and after ordering (I got the lava nachos) we discovered the portions were ginormous. My nachos could have easily fed 4 people. My wife's tacos were huge and the sides could have easily been a meal. We ended up taking tons of leftovers home and spent a little over $100 to feed 4 adults,

This is a hard one - because I love the concept of Rainforest Cafe and always have a nostalgic tie to it, but the most recent visit just didn't hit my expectations. Over half of the animatronics in our area were broken or covered. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and this is one of his favorite places, so that really sucked that we couldn't be a part of the "storm" whenever it came through. Our server was really sweet, so kudos to her for making sure he got his birthday treat/desert. Besides all that, the entrees/food is usually overpriced in comparison to their actual value here. It's always fresh and hot, but when you take in consideration that the price includes your experience, it just wasn't worth it this time around.

I hadn't been inside a Rainforest Cafe for over 25 years, so we wanted to go just for the nostalgia. Wait to get a table was incredibly long, we waited over an hour. Our waitress Karla was average. She was attentive at first, and then slowly forgot about us. The food was spectacular, nothing spectacular. I don't think you come here for great food, you come for the ambience.

I had the best experience at the rainforest cafe April 18th. I hadn't gone to a rainforest cafe since I was a child and I got a reservation while I was on vacation and I'm so glad that I did . It's such a Magical nostalgic place, it brought me right back to when I was a kid . The service is so fantastic our waitress went above and beyond . I have a lot of severe food allergies (fish &shellfish). The chef came out to specially take my order to ensure that my food was made separate . The food was fantastic !! I'm a vegetarian and they had a good list of meat free meals . I got anaconda pasta and it was packed with flavor it was a 10/10. My partner got a Bimini Chicken Sandwich and said it was fantastic . When I'm in Florida I will definitely be coming back !!!

I haven't been to a Rainforest Cafe in years since they closed the one in my area, so visiting Florida and seeing one near my hotel was a treat! As everything else with the Disney brand, it was easy to make a reservation on the Disney app. for my large family. The visual of the restaurant and the rainforest sounds made the whole experience eating interesting. The kids loved it. The food was so good! The jerk chicken had the right amount of spice. The coconut shrimp was overly powered with coconut and the dipping sauce was just yummy! The smoothies were refreshing too especially with the Florida heat. If you are in the area, definitely try them out!

As a concept, Rainforest Cafe is fun and inviting with a funky menu and eclectic interior. From animatronics to fake rainstorms while you dine, this is one meal you definitely won't forget. We arrived early to put our name down on the waitlist. If there's one thing we can say it's to put your name down far in advance as this place gets packed. After about 35 minutes of waiting we were called back and seated pretty quickly. Once seated we were introduced to Kathleen, our amazing waitress for the meal. She was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very personable, a definite bright spot in our experience dining there. We ordered some drinks to begin, the Swimming Hole and a watermelon drink that they had just released as a special. Both were very, very sweet. Almost too sweet. If your kids order this you may want to prep for the next few hours of an energy burst. Beyond that we ordered a cheese quesadilla and the fish and chips. The cheese quesadilla unfortunately came with chicken and the dish itself tasted a bit off. It tasted a little sour as if the cheese was old. We couldn't put our finger on it but it was a big miss. The fish and chips were likewise just okay. The breading on the fish was very soggy and fell apart at the slightest touch. The fries were at least good but the meal just missed across the board. Ultimately nobody really comes here for the food, they come for the atmosphere, and this place really does have an atmosphere. Between the vibe and Kathleen alone this ended up being a decent experience even with the food not being what we had hoped for and expected (especially at the price point). Coming here is really all about the journey, not the food, and that's our lesson for the day.

We were staying at a Holiday Inn near Disney Springs so we decided to come here for a late dinner. One of the best decisions made here. We did a late night walk through the shopping center and landed here around 9:50 pm. It was pretty late and we worried there would be no seats but we were seated promptly. The establishment was very ambient, cozy, and well furnished. I liked the warm, glowing atmosphere of the restaurant. The server was extremely polite and took our order quite soon. We were starving after a long day but the food came out in around 20ish minutes which wasn't too bad. The serving sizes were quite huge. We didn't expect this much food for two portions. For $34 per plate, the dishes were large and came with a large helping of sides. The fried chicken was extremely crispy and juicy. They originally wanted to serve the food quickly/more fresh so they served a chicken thigh to me after on a second plate. They also forgot my substitution of Mac n cheese for mash potatoes so I got a free helping of mash which was sweet. The pickled cucumber was light and fresh which tasted great with the heavier chicken. The potatoes were a little heavy and I wish came with gravy, but still delicious. I really loved the Mac n cheese and finished that up. The chicken steak was also delicious with the grits but a little too salty. Wish they added the grits to the side for me to dip as it became a little too much at times. It was better to eat it with a side of potatoes to balance the flavor. The broccolini was sautéed perfectly and delicious, could eat a whole plate of those alone. The biscuits weren't bad but tasted better eaten with the potatoes. The food was a little heavy but so so good. We had to take half of the food to our hotel and ate it the next day for dinner as it was way too much food for one meal. Even after microwaving it, the food was just as delicious and flavorful. We spent about $80 but had so much food leftover. An expensive dinner, but everything tasted amazing. Would definitely come back if I had the chance.

I thought the meat could have used a little more seasoning, but they have a self-serve BBQ sauce station with different sauces, so we tried a few of those and they definitely helped add some extra flavor. The ordering process is simple, you place your order with the cashier at the front. During the dinner rush, expect a long line, but it moves at a steady pace. If you visit during off peak hours, ordering is much quicker. After placing your order, you find a table, and a server brings your food directly to you. For our meal, we ordered: Ribs - They had a rich smoky flavor with a perfectly seasoned dry rub, and the barbecue sauce added just the right amount of sweetness and tang. Brisket - The brisket was cooked perfectly with a flavorful bark on the outside and a moist, tender center. Every bite was packed with smoky goodness and melted in your mouth. Sliced Turkey - The sliced turkey was surprisingly moist and full of flavor. It had a light smoky taste and was anything but dry, making it an excellent choice alongside the other meats. What impressed me most was how quickly our food arrived, even with the restaurant being busy. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly, the dining area was clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.
