    Caniac Combo
    Claribel V.

This was my first time visiting this Raising Cane's location, and we went through the drive-thru on a Wednesday evening when it wasn't busy at all. I ordered a Caniac Combo to share with my boyfriend, along with an extra side of bread. The food arrived piping hot, the portions were generous, and it was plenty to make us full. I appreciated that all the chicken tenders were a good size--some other locations I've been to have smaller pieces. The food was tasty, though the tenders were slightly oily. Customer service was friendly, and the order came out quickly. Overall, a solid experience with hot, flavorful chicken and ample portions.

I hate to say this but...how the mighty have fallen. As I once was a major canes advocator, I fear my days have come to an end. Having not had canes for a while I decided to indulge at bit. However 13$ for three measly, oily, barely breaded (check the photo) , salty, stringy, and dry chicken + salty lifeless fries is not for me :( The butter on both sides bread has stayed the same but now every store carries this kind of bread. It's such a shame but my canes days are over. It's simply not worth the price for the quality of food (if you can call it that now). With a heavy heart, final verdict: gross. Service is quick as always though :)

coming to this place since it opened Never had a problem at Caines This review is About my previous visit and tonight's visit previously they currently were overwhelmed and got hit pretty hard. With customers I was asked to go to the side. Management apologize for the long delay and then assembled food in the backseat. Someone had messed up inside regarding the orders. Once situated, I headed home I had a good conversation with management. He felt so bad . Once home we noticed the first meal was shorted. Chicken I called immediately manager was super nice. Check the other mills same thing same number chicken in each one but not what we paid for. It was definitely under. He was so kind enough to replace those by next time took my name and phone number but apologize and wanted to make this right because we were long-term customers., Kudos for his professionalism and To make things right spending $88 We had ordered extras. I don't know what happened inside, The Canes for this to happen so I just let him know everything was smooth Fast-forward to tonight called ahead of time I kinda got a little bit of a runaround. Once I arrived. I made my order and let them know when I got to the window for my name and phone number to take care of this. They looked at me like I had done something wrong. I figured once they found the No, they didn't want to make good. They wanted to rearrange what he wrote and then they offered me something lower. I was insulted they had already got my money previous $88and I had to wait so long. The first time now was made to wait Again and now again as I had to debate what to do, I asked them to please get the mgr that arranged this, I was told he Wasn't working. Tonight They weren't gonna call him on his day off. I agreed But it was so embarrassing and insulting for a long-term customer that had been To their establishment since their first day and continue to support them by spending my money there, Not only were they weren't gonna cover any of the order . They would cover one meal and then came back to me Again at the window, changing what they just said, and telling me they would just put a few pieces of chicken in a box with fries and I should be happy with that. I thought $88. Is that what it got me? That's a scam because of this past manager's kindness I don't wanna really put down this place because my family enjoys it, but I've never felt so taken advantage of. I'm hoping corporate sees this and makes us right with this family. We're only trying to Use the accommodation that was offered to us the promised arrangement But management Tonight didn't honor it as And also to be looked at as if we did something wrong, What I see wrong herewas taking a customers money, not giving them the right order keeping us waiting 20 minutes prior, then offering us something to make up for what you know The establishment made in a mistake we didn't And when they offer was made We didn't demand it. We didn't have an attitude. It was sweetly offered. And when we came back, we were unable to use offer and mgmt tonight offered something lower So we took the offer for the one Meal And I I paid for the other two I said I would give the manager a call back Who set up the offer?and we'll get this straightened out I work very hard for my money. I can' afford to eat here no problem, but I'm not in the habit of giving away my money. This isn't charity. I made it a point to drive to their establishment and keep a long-term relationship. Bringing income to their facility, Why would I be on that list? If something hadn't happened something hadn't failed and I wasn't so desperate that I immediately went back in the next night.and this definitely should be embarrassing to them. You shouldn't put out anything you can't cover. Don't make promises to customers. You Can't keep when you still take their money for something promise to be taken care of and you didn't produce what you advertised Customer got shorted So I only see this it's a scam. I'm so sorry to say that Maybe they're broke I don't know

Big back moment with a semi late night drive through. We the "the box" combo 4 chicken tenders, fries, toast and cole slaw. I literally calculated the best bang for my buck while the staff was waiting for my order. Thank you for patience. The box was by far best value but when I opened it up the tenders are noticeable smaller from my last visit. Honestly just slightly bigger then chicken nuggets.

Never been to a Raising Cane's, but it seemed like a chicken fingers night so I decided to check it out. Lots of parking in this large outdoor shopping area in Monrovia. Most people take the drive through, but there's plenty of space to eat inside and outside (they even have an outdoor patio). Very clean inside, and staff is friendly and attentive. This is a good place to bring your family. Menu is all chicken fingers and fries and a chicken sandwich. That's pretty much it. Ordered their 3 finger special, which comes with fries and Texas toast. The verdict? I'd say it's not bad at all. The fingers are moist and the breading is flavorful, but it comes apart a little too easy. The dipping sauce isn't bad. I think it's like a Sriracha aioli, although it wasn't spicy at all. The toast is thick and nicely buttered. All this and a refillable drink came out to around $13. This is not a bad price point for what you're getting.

Gross found a hair in my and it's not my because I have brown hair and it's black or blond.

I really enjoyed this raising Cane's because the line is never long. The service is always friendly and the food is always good.

On a Sunday afternoon in early June, my sister and I wanted a snack. Inside, it was crowded of people eating here. Luckily I founded a table to sit. Next, we ordered fruit punch soda and shared a 3 pieces tenders plate. The tenders tastes good. The tables continue to be filled with people.

This location is in a plaza with enough parking, although sometimes it can be chaotic. This Cane's so far has the most seating with the largest outdoor section. In the inside is expected of Cane's. It has fun decor and disco balls. The drive through have mist spraying. The staff are nice and good. The food arrives quick per usual. So far Raising Cane's has been consistent across each location. The lemonade cost a bit extra but I've been too tempted each time. It nice and refreshing while not being too overly sweet compared to other fast food franchises.

We've now tried Raising Cane's twice and none of us get it at all. The chicken IS moist and the flavorless crust is CRISPY but that's not saving it. We'll take Popeyes for take out/chain fried chicken over this any day. It's not bad but it's also just not great either. "Mid Chicken"

I was on my way to pick up my eldest daughter from college. I happen to be on Huntington Drive to avoid the 210 Freeway traffic. I saw Raising Cane's and said let's get some chicken fingers. I turned right into the parking lot, got in one of the drive-thru lanes, and luckily there weren't alot of cars waiting in line which is a surprise at a Raising Cane's. The exterior looks nice especially with the hanging lights... kind of romantic if you ask me. Anyway, the nice young gentleman took my order... 3 Box Combos with extra crispy fries... two without drinks and one with lemonade no ice. I got my order fairly quickly which I am grateful. Thank you! I usually eat in my car while I'm driving. I know it's not the best habit, but when I need to get someplace in a jiffy, I don't have time to stop and chow. Please know I was careful LOL. The chicken fingers were very hot so I had to use a fork. I didn't count the chicken fingers in all 3 boxes at the time, but one of the boxes was missing one chicken finger... I felt bummed about it because I paid for 4 chicken fingers per box and now I'm missing one. I gave my 4th chicken finger to my youngest daughter so she would have 4 total. Chicken fingers were very hot and tasty. Some of them were very big in size. The fries did not taste like they were double fried. When I looked at the receipt, it indicates extra crispy chicken which was fine, too, but it would have been nice if the fries had the extra fry. Cole slaw looked wetter than usual. I don't like my cole slaw swimming LOL. I always enjoy the bread toast... it was so yummy! Nevertheless, I'll still come back here should I be in the Monrovia area.

I'd never been before, but I'd been wanting to try it for a long time. As soon as I walked in, I noticed two ordering kiosks with people waiting in line. Before I could even figure out what to do, a young lady with the biggest smile greeted me and asked if she could help. Her name was Patty. I told her it was my first visit, and she patiently explained the menu, especially the different spice levels. Since I enjoy spicy food, I confidently ordered the Hot level. Looking back... I may have been a little overconfident! When my food was ready, Patty brought it to my table with the same genuine smile she greeted me with. The food looked incredible, and the chicken was juicy and delicious--but after a few bites, I realized the Hot level was hotter than I had imagined. I laughed to myself and thought, "Next time, I'm definitely ordering one level lower." A few minutes later, Patty came back to check on me because it was my first visit. I told her the food was great, but I'd overestimated my spice tolerance. Without hesitation she said, "I'll change it for you." I immediately told her, "No, it's okay. I don't want you to waste food." She smiled and replied, "I want you to enjoy it." That simple statement really impressed me. In today's world, you don't hear that very often. It reminded me of something I had just read about Dave's Hot Chicken--"Keep us honest." Patty truly lived that philosophy. She wasn't just serving food; she genuinely wanted my first experience to be a great one. The food was excellent, but Patty's kindness and customer service made the experience memorable. The Snow Cheese also didn't resemble cheese in taste or texture; it was an odd wet sauce with no real flavor. The only flavor we enjoyed was the Korean Fire, which was a simple sweet‑and‑spicy sauce. The chicken itself was decent, but the sauces really took away from the overall experience. The ambience was minimal. The restaurant was empty except for me and my fiancé, the walls were plain white with a single chicken‑themed light, and ordering was done through a screen. Soonheene actually started in Seoul's famous Gwangjang Market where they were known for their pancakes, so I was excited to check it out. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Esther (the owner) and her daughter. They both went out of their way to explain the menu and answer all my questions with genuine smiles. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a meal. We ordered the Pork Mungbean Pancake, Rose Tteokbokki (creamy rice cakes with fish cake and sausage), Bibim-Naengmyeon (spicy cold buckwheat noodles), and a whole fried chicken split into two flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious and tasty. For half the chicken, I went with the original but added green onion and their special oriental sauce drizzle. The other half was spicy soy garlic. I'll admit, I liked the original better. I second-guessed myself when the owner's daughter mentioned soy garlic was their number one most popular flavor followed by honey butter, but I thought I would be different and try the spicy version. The spice kind of drowned out that garlicky soy flavor, so lesson learned. Next time I am going straight for the soy garlic and honey butter combo. For drinks, we tried the Korean coffee and cold yuzu drink, both refreshing and a nice complement to the food. By the end of the meal, everything was so good that I even found myself asking about catering their chicken for future events. The vibe inside is really comfortable with soft K-pop playing in the background. It is just enough for atmosphere but not too loud, so you can talk easily. The only tricky part is parking since it is in a busy plaza with a lot of other restaurants, but at least it is free. Overall, this was one of the most unique dining experiences we have had recently, made extra special by Esther and her daughter's hospitality. I love supporting family-owned spots like this, and I will definitely be back to try that famous soy garlic and honey butter chicken next time.
