Proof I of what I ordered and that I did have the items in my order but I didn't receive them.

I am disappointed right now. I have a 15 minute window to pick up my order and I've been going here at least once a week or two. First off, you need to replace the C02 so the drinks stay carbonated and not flat. The past 2 months the sodas have been flat. Secondly, I don't leave reviews often but you guys who worked tonight who are supposed to be a team which is why I say you guys, forgot a fork (whatever cool I have ones at work, but also the creamy salsa, pepitas & tortillas chips. I can't drive back because my break is over and now I'm at work writing this review. I wish I had those things that I ordered ahead of time. Next time, I need to check the bag. Don't get offended if I do. But you should also double check the bag as a server. You guys usually get it right. Idk what happened this time. *sigh*

Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich & Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries

I been to many other locations of Chick fil A but this specific location is one of the best. Very spacious compared all the other locations I've been to. The drive through is spacious as well with double ordering lanes. Parking is plentiful because of how spacious it is. Getting in and out of the lot is easy as well. Menu is always solid, but my wife and I; favorites are the waffle fries and the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. The waffle fries are always crispy and fresh whenever I order them. They're just super addicting and salted perfectly. Portions are pretty big as well considering the fries are "big" As for the Deluxe chicken sandwich, it's perfect. Chicken is well made and each bite is full of flavor and crisp. Underrated but it's always well presented. The bun itself is pretty nice and standard size for a chicken sandwich. My wife recommended me this spot instead of the other locations because of how spacious spot is and I'm impressed with this location as staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick despite always being super busy. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Highly recommended to use their mobile app to gain points for your purchases and gain rewards.

Chick-fil-A in El Monte might be the easiest fast food stop I've ever made in my life. It literally sits right between the off ramp and on ramp for the 10 freeway, which feels almost too convenient, and somehow still manages to have the biggest parking lot I've ever seen for a fast food spot. I expected the dining room to be massive because of that, but even with more modest seating there was still plenty of room to eat comfortably. As expected, the food was consistently delicious and tasted exactly like Chick-fil-A should. The service lived up to the reputation too, fast, friendly, and genuinely pleasant. It's one of those locations that feels engineered for efficiency, and honestly it works.

Probably the first time I got crispy chicken from chickfila. Maybe I just haven't been going to the right place! Very happy with this new el monte chickfila. Great addition to the neighborhood. Love waffle fries, although not always the crispiest, but it's the inner child in me! Love that the menu is always solid. AND I could order plain chicken nugs for my dog.

Love Chick-fil-A and this location. Had to run a couple errands in the specific area and enjoyed breakfast here. As always, the staff is welcoming and professional. So happy the iced coffee cups are now a bigger size, I need my caffeine!

I love chick fil a but man they have to do better with their portions of fries. I always order up to a large when getting a combo because I'm used to them not filling it up. But yesterday was the worse it's ever been. I got home to enjoy my food and was visibly shocked to see my fries. It was as if I ordered a small and for the up charge for a large I think it's just ridiculous. Do better chick fil a. I took pictures before I took a single fry and it's just horribly sad can't believe they do this!!

The outside parking and drive thru.

Don't understand the low score here. Most Foch negative reviews are from the first months of this location opening. So I think maybe they have worked out their kinks. The food is the same as other locations which is pretty good , great customer service and the place is clean with plenty of parking. This location has a good number of tables outside as well if you want to dine outside.

This is not 3 pieces of bacon. Managers arguing that it was. This is 1 and a 1/3 maybe. Half slices of bacon is not a full slice of bacon. This location needs improving.

Although her province is not as famous for spicy food as Sichuan, it is still a place where people truly love heat. She was the one who taught me how to use chili properly and how to cook in a Sichuan-style spicy way. But even she could not handle one bite of the Reaper flavor at Dave's Hot Chicken. She called it "chemical spicy", not the joyful, flavorful kind of spicy you get from serious Sichuan food. This was my first time visiting Dave's Hot Chicken. I am not really a fried chicken person, and I am definitely not a fast-food person. But I became curious after reading a Business Insider newsletter that ranked Dave's Hot Chicken as one of the most popular restaurant chains in America in 2025. With that kind of praise, how could I not try it? There is no Dave's Hot Chicken near my home, even though the company is headquartered in Pasadena, so I had to drive all the way to Rosemead. This location is inside a plaza with The Habit, IHOP, Chipotle, and other fast-food chains, right in the middle of a heavily Chinese residential area. The restaurant is easy to spot because of its funny screaming rubber chicken logo. I used to like that chicken a lot, especially the screaming sound, even though it is honestly very noisy. The interior has a modern industrial, almost nightclub-like style, with neon lights and graffiti-style murals. Everything is designed to feel wild, young, and HOT. When I walked in, every table was occupied by Latinos, and about half of them were teenagers, loud and clearly having a good time. What surprised me was that there was not a single Chinese staff member inside, even though the restaurant is right in the middle of a Chinese neighborhood. Since there were only two of us, and since I am not a big fan of fried chicken, we only ordered one combo with two sliders. One was Hot, the third heat level, and the other was Reaper, the extreme level. I had the Hot one. It was actually very good. The chicken was crispy outside and tender inside. Even though it was chicken breast, which is usually not my favorite part, it was still juicy. I would probably rank it as my second favorite fried chicken. Jollibee is still number one for me, but Dave's was better than I expected. The chicken itself was good, except for the Reaper one. My recommendation is simple: do not even try it. Coco was sweating and her face turned pale after one bite, and she is a well-known spicy lover. That should tell you everything. Another recommendation: eat the chicken with Dave's signature sauce. I do not know exactly what is inside, but it tasted like it had some honey mixed in, and it worked really well with the chicken. The waffle-cut fries were also good. They were crispy outside, soft inside, and not too dry. Again, the Hot level, which is the third level, is just right. Trust me. Do not go higher unless you are doing it purely as a challenge.

The ambiance of the place didn't look really busy when we came inside, they did have some tables for seating but not a lot, but there was quite a number of customers coming in for take away. They had bottled drinks available in a fridge which I didn't remember from last time as well as made it order boba drinks which I remembers seeing the menu. The staff would hep take my order and then plate it once the fish and chips was ready. I got chow mien for both combos and char siu, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, and teriyaki chicken. The fish and chips took about 10 minutes which they asked me if it was ok and yes I wanted it. I got my order to go and ate at the house. The fish and chips were huge, each piece was like the size of a fish! The chips were soft and some crispy, I think they were very good. The rolls were warm and made wonderful sandwiches out of the fish. The Chinese food was delicious, my son ate the teriyaki chicken and noodles. I loved the mushroom chicken and char siu, ate most of them! Orange chicken was good, but the other dishes were much better. Overall, I did enjoy the food and would definitely go back for fish and chips!

Parking in the front was tough, I was lucky to find a spot but I'm sure there's street parking in the street next door. I walked in and it was DARK but light at the same time. Very stuffy indoor as well, with some seating but all of them were taken so I had to order and go home to eat. I didn't realized they had less variety, so instead of getting two 3 item combos, I had to change the second to a 2 item combo instead. The dishes were almost gone so I ended up taking the rest while the fresh ones were on the way and since there was a line I didn't want to hold them up. I got chow mein with teriyaki chicken, potato chicken, and mushroom chicken. Then for the other I got white rice with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. I wanted their char siu pork but it was $2 extra and I thought "what if I didn't like it" so my mind was made up to skip a 3rd item. Another thing I'm not used to was that they added the 3rd item on top of everything. I'm used to the third item being separated but surprised they all fit. Usually the places pack it too full that even 2 items won't close without overflow. They had a POS system instead of the old cash register so that was fancy, I still paid and tipped in cash. But you can also add tip to your total in the touchpad. It took me 10min to drive home and the food was still warm. It did leak a bit (not sure where the sauce came from) but I wish I waited for the fresh batch because the chicken was dry and tough, they all had great flavor other than the texture.

A banger. Juicy, crispy, the kind of bite that makes you briefly forget student loans. The batter? Chef's kiss. The wings? Eh -- they're okay. Edible. Not writing home about them, but not writing a complaint either. Solidly meh with a side of 'I've had worse.' Now, let's talk about the elephant in the room -- or rather, the absence of the elephant. Because when my combo arrived, the fries were MIA. Just a sandwich, two wings, and a can of Coke staring at me like a sad diet plate. I had to ask for them. Like a beggar. Like fries were some secret menu item you need a password for. The storekeeper's excuse? 'Fries are not on the order.' Sir. Ma'am. Human being. The description literally says fries. The picture on the menu shows fries. I'm holding a combo that includes a drink -- you think the Coke just volunteered to show up? Is this your first day, or are you testing my patience as a side hustle? To their credit -- they did bring the fries later. Warm, salty, forgiven. But only after I played detective with my own order. So is it good? Yeah, it's good. Is it drive-10-miles-out-of-your-way good? Absolutely not. Unless those 10 miles are downhill. With a tailwind. And someone else is paying for gas. And the grand finale? Almost $20 for this plate. For that price, the fries should've been delivered by a tiny bicycle and handed to me with a bow. Great sandwich. Decent fries (eventually). Mid wings. A cash register that clearly thinks I'm funding a small nation. And a 10-mile radius that I will not be expanding for this again. Monday, indeed.
