I am now a Raising Cane's convert. This place rocks. The inside of this place doesn't feel like the typical fast food place. Decked out with disco balls, funky chairs, graffiti inspired artwork, and the best music I've heard in a quick serve spot -- this place feels more like a local bar. Everything was completely spotless clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. There's even local touches like a community board which I loved. The food comes out super quick too! I've gone for The Box which had 4 tenders, Cole slaw, sauce, fries, a drink, and bread -- and the 3 tender combo with bread, a drink, and fries. The chicken is so dang fresh, juicy, and tender. Most places tenders are rock solid and overcooked, but this felt like it was right out of the fryer and so fresh. The breading was lighter, but still had a crunch -- even with some softer/wetter spots. The sauce was really good and the fries were solid, although a little undersalted/seasoned. I've never gone into the store before I've always done takeout. For the last few times I've come into issues. So I decided to go inside and order my take out. It was such a different experience. The staff inside was so friendly, the store was so fun! Cute disco balls on the ceiling dance music. So we decided to stay. We'd been here before for an event and had a spectacular time. The food was still very good but there were a couple minor glitches this time. My husband ordered the 3-piece meal and I added on 2 chicken fingers for me plus a coleslaw. When we got our meal, they'd left off the Texas toast!! My husband decided he wanted coleslaw also, so he went and paid for another one, separately. Had the counter person been more helpful, he could have pointed out that it would have been cheaper to get the 4 piece box and just add on one piece of chicken. And one coleslaw. Oh well. As a first time customer today, I was pleasantly surprised at how great their chicken is along with their coleslaw and French fries. I didn't really need the buttered bread but it too was toasted well and delicious. The breading on the chicken was very light and the chicken was so tender and juicy with a wonderful flavor. The customer service was outstanding and I appreciated the tip on eating the chicken right away as it never sits under a warmer and it is crispiest right out of the fryer. The crinkle cut fries were dipped in the Canes sauce which is so dog-gone good. The coleslaw was fresh and complimented the fried food. The location is easy to get in and out of and the drive thru is well maintained. Inside the restaurant itself was very clean and well organized. I just don't understand the popularity. The chicken was soggy, flavorless and needed salt. Fries were undercooked and cold. What on earth is that cottony toast thing?? It was easy to get into the parking lot as there was a traffic light in front. I found parking right in front of the door. There was a line for the drive-through. When I opened my car door, it smelt horrible, like sewage. I was welcomed when I walked inside. The fast food restaurant looked very clean and smelt fine inside. It appears that there are just chicken fingers here and they have different combinations; I could buy extras separately. Happily they have the calories of every item on the menu, including their tea and lemonade. Lunch for two was $25. The food came in Styrofoam packages with the sauce and Cole slaw in smaller plastic containers. When I got home, lunch was still warm and it was tasty. I didn't think it was so special but I did enjoy it. The cane sauce had a nice tang and the chicken fingers were juicy. We had too many fingers and I wrapped some up for another meal. I walked in, and I was greeted very nicely by a young man who said hello and welcome to Cane's. I waited in line for just a couple of minutes. The restaurant looked nice and Clean. The music was going. It really had a great atmosphere. I ordered my food. I wanted to try the chicken tender kids' meal for future for my children. I figured I would and I did it took about maybe 12 to 14 minutes for the children's meal. I just sat and relaxed and waited. I opened the bag and open the packaging. It was really really cute, I picked up the piece of chicken broke it open and it was nice and juicy and tender and full of flavor, this special secret sauce was absolutely delicious. Freshest chicken fingers you will find!!! Been a Canes fan since college (15 years ago), and so happy they are finally opening more locations!! Location is clean, new, and the fun decor throughout (disco balls up top, pictures of the lab Cane scattered throughout). Very basic menu- chicken fingers, chicken fingers, chicken fingers, and a chicken sandwich. The chicken fingers are always made fresh, the chicken itself is juicy, has the right amount of light and crunchy breading, and the white meat never has gristle in it. For sides, you get fries, coleslaw, Texas Toast and the secret Cane sauce. The Texas toast is fluffy and perfectly toasted (with butter), the fries are crinkly and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Canes sauce is sooooo delicious (ask for extra)! You'll want to dip EVERYTHING in the Canes sauce. Service is fast. Each order is made to order so it's hot and fresh. Always a long line like Chick-Fil-A but both inside and outside lines move right along! Love Canes and can't wait to return! Note: if you're vegan or vegetarian, or just don't like chicken, this place is not for you! Not worth coming and leaving a bad review because the menu isn't catered toward that population. Competing for an already overcrowded intersection with Chick-Fil-A and BJs has literally turned Boynton Beach Blvd into a traffic jam every weekday lunch and dinner. Although it took a while to get into the parking lot, park and get into the restaurant, the restaurant itself was running very efficiently. The amount of employees they had on hand was very impressive. Everything was being cleaned as soon as people walked away, and surprisingly there was places to sit. I'm not sure if this is a new chain, or just new to Florida but I was excited to try it. I was surprised to find it was only chicken fingers available; some on a sandwich or on a platter. It seems like a lot of hullabaloo just for some chicken tenders, but I was ready to try them! I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. It had three tenders on a bun with canes sauce, and came with fries and a drink. The chicken was hot and delicious, and tasted very fresh. I felt like it was a little bland, but I do like stronger seasoning. There wasn't enough sauce on the bun for me, but for $0.40 more you can go inside and get more sauce. The French fries were crinkle cut, and we're salty and delicious. They offered a variety of soft drinks, sweet and unsweet tea, and lemonade. Staff was super friendly and really great despite being absolutely slammed because of it's grand opening. I ordered the 3 piece tender meal! Not upset about it, but seems like what you order is not what you get. The service was fast. The drive thru line was long so we decided to go inside and were ordering right away. The seating area was 1. Dirty: we had a hard time finding a clean table and bench as there were crumbs and grease marks on the couch benches. I ended up cleaning a table myself. 2. Unnecessarily cold from the fans. I went to another canes in Miami and it was also really cold. Not sure if that's a chain thing. The chicken itself was really good: crispy and fresh. The chicken was decent with a little bit of seasoning and it didn't have a gross oily taste. But it wasn't well seasoned. I've had more seasoned fried chicken for sure. The fries were OK. Again they were kind of seasoned, but they weren't well seasoned which I like. The sauce again was OK. It wasn't anything special. Our order was to go so maybe not a fair review compared to sitting there. Styrofoam box made everything soggy. Chicken was very fresh and juicy but not crispy. Breading was southern tasting. Nothing like Chick-fil-A so don't compare. More like kfc fried chicken but with much better chicken. The sauce is good. Chicken fingers are a la cart. I think $1.90 a piece. I was really excited when I heard Raising Canes was opening in Boynton! When we got there the drive-thru line was going into the intersection. We decided to go in we were in line for about 15 minutes the way they have the restaurant laid out isn't the best for a line but we managed. We got in put our order in and then began the wait almost 25 minutes. We expected a wait but being there almost 45 minutes already and no food. But again this is to be expected with the hype and it just opening so I'm not shocked finally with a stroke of luck got a table outside there was barely any seating so some people went with their bowls of food to their car or the side walk. Now the chicken...the chicken is good it is really good. The toast is buttery and salty and soo worth it and the fries aren't soggy they were perfect. I have zero complaints about the food. As long as you're patient you aren't gonna have a problem. Also parking in there lot is a major nightmare because of the drive-thru line so park in the big lot for BJ's! 5 stars for the chicken and meal 2 stars for the lack of table seating and overall design for inside. read more

The only complaint I have is the fries. They was small cut fries and not crispy. Nothing was over batter or fried to hard. The kids meal was pretty decent. 2 nice size chicken tenders, fries and drink for $7. Real chicken not processed.
