Raising Cane's is my guilty pleasure. Love their chicken strips!! Gotta say though, the teens working here have to pay more attention to the orders. Twice I was suppose to have 1 more chicken strips than they gave me an had to go back to get it. Now on the flip side, I ordered a 8 piece recently through Uber eats and they gave me one extra! Every time I say "no ice", they always give me my drink WITH ICE (never fails on my Uber eats order) smh With the drive through, I tell them and give it back. They're not allowed to take it back so I get 2 drinks. It's not TOO much of an inconvenience that'll keep me away but just something the staff needs to work on. read more

Genuine question, how do you manage to serve fries that have more flavor than your chicken tenders? That's actually quite impressive.

Appreciate that they're giving teachers a free drink during the month of May. Do not appreciate that you HAVE to have the card THEY give you to receive the drink. Your ID proving that you're a teacher isn't accepted. Make it make sense. The young ladies were nice and I'm sure they were only following corporate directives, but the drink was made and I'm sure they just poured it out. Again, make it make sense. read more

They will always mess up your order. Always! Food is okay. In my opinion Raising Canes needs to do better. This location cannot get an order correct. The tenders are not as crisp. Sometimes soggy. Try another location. I have already notified HICANES.COM read more

Terrible service and the food was stale! We picked up a few kids meals and the fries were stale. I called and attempted to speak with the restaurant's manager to ask for a refund, but initially upon our conversation and my question of "may I speak with the manager" she asked me "what did I want" (no name)!! I provided a brief explanation, and she asked again what did I want, so I stated "a refund". Based on her tone and care less attitude I just answer the questions as she asked. While, I don't expect to have crème de la crème service at fast food places I do expect a degree of decency. She advise she would return the refund and I once again asked her for her name and advised so I simply could keep track of the refund and who i talked with. She finally gave me the name of Kim. Now, I don't know if I quite believe that was her name, but I digress. Nevertheless, I will be looking out for my refund in the coming days. read more

I wanna know who designed this restroom as well as whatever management said "yeah this is a perfect door for a restroom". My restroom time is sacred therefore I need my complete privacy when I go, but in this canes I can't help but me terrified of the thought of someone looking thru the glass even if they can only see a blurred body; it's still too much. read more

They have really nice sized chicken strips and service is always fast. Even with the lines wrapped Around the building I can always count on getting in and out and food is always nice hot and fresh. Something about their fruit punch , my kids love it and practically crave it . Only thing I'm not a huge fan of is the fact that they don't offer other dipping sauces like ranch , bbq etc . I'm not a huge fan of their canes sauce and always have to eat my chicken strips plain if I'm not taking the food home. read more

Great quality, fast service! This chain location has only been open for a few months, but they are already running like a well oiled machine. The line is sometimes kind of long but it moves very quickly. read more

Really wish this location had more staff during peek times. Went by last Saturday and was in line for close to 30 minutes which is a lot for a fast food place. Food here was good and fresh just need faster service. read more

Food was crispy and came out fast, the workers were fast and helpful, and the place was very clean.

This was my first and last time visiting a Raising Canes and will be my last. The only thing that I didn't like was the portion size for the $10. read more

The problem with eating in Cedar Hill is simple. They hire High School kids who are lazy and don't know how to clean. This generation just doesn't get it. Every table in here hasn't been wiped down, trash overflowing and took 5 mins for someone to come and take my order. I went to this Canes because its in my neighborhood and i went today after being at work all night and school all morning ,anyway I went here cause it was one of my favorite chicken spots until today..I ordered my meal with extra toast. and when I made it home I realized I didin't have my extra toast.. being upset I went back up there to get my toast and because they got the order wrong and I had to go back up there . I ask for a soda. That is when the manager came to the window and Argued with me back and fourth saying how he is not giving me a soda for my inconvenience. He was very RUDE and argumentative and was yelling at me at the window. He was very unprofessional. Don't think I asked for much and did not deserve this treatment. read more

Literally the worst canes I've ever been to, the staff wasn't friendly at all, the food wasn't hot and the lady just handed me the food and shut the window on me. Definitely won't be going back to that location. read more
