Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Super unprofessional, NASTY and had the nerve to try and argue with me for checking the Uber eats order that I was delivering and luckily I did check the bag because it was missing items that the customer requested. I decided on a 2 piece Chicken Combo meal with red beans and rice, biscuit and sweet tea. Yay!! Real whipped butter for the hot biscuits. Yes. The butter melted on the fresh and hot biscuits. The dining room is clean and well stocked. The counter help worked as a team. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. Friendly and smiling staff. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The last 6 months we've received incorrect orders, long wait times at the drive thru, broken ordering system, employees smoking (while staring at us not being helped at the drive thru), missing items, cold or old fries, soggy/ undercooked chicken sandwiches. We "love" Popeyes, but not the Eastgate one. Employees have always been nice and apologetic!
