Recommend: Yes. But, they're 'SOO' busy, their seating area deserves attention, more! It's a copy-cat 'Canes' restaurant, super fast food, usual tasty expectations, super quick, and ample staff to run the food side. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant failed to keep the actual tables and floor spaces cleaned, the floor was absolutely a disaster and a couple tables were so uneven and supported by a round of napkins to stabilize them. These are the basics of restaurant management and they're overlooking it. Aside from the visual appeal, the customer service was great, the restaurant decor was of course modern and appealing and the noise level was that of a football game because this restaurant was P-A-C-K-E-D. I've only ever eaten Canes when leaving the San Antonio airport (because it's the only thing to eat for dinner in the terminal I usually left out of). As a result of those experiences, I never really jumped at the chance to eat there. We had a hungry bunch of soccer players after a tournament and that is where they wanted to go. Bunch of Caniscs! It was also NAU move in weekend so it was pretty busy in there. I was really impressed with the quality of the food this time. The chicken was hot and crispy, the fries were the perfect consistency and the bread...the bread was glorious. That perfect balance of crunch on top and soft in the middle and on the bottom not too buttery but just enough. I do wish the side of coleslaw was a little bigger but I wasn't about to forgo the bread for more slaw. Everyone in our party was pretty satisfied with what they ordered. Somehow I split a box combo with my husband and that was plenty for us and the kids were polishing off Caniacs by themselves. Must've worked up an appetite! The staff was doing a good job staying on top of orders but there was a little bit of a wait. Understandable and we explained it to our kids to have some patience. Sadly some patrons were not so polite and were giving the staff a hard time. They still kept their smiles about them and said they were try and make it better. I'm a weekly, if not twice a week customer. The chicken tastes freshly fried; the coleslaw is crispy with just the right amount of zing in the dressing - and the staff are friendly and efficient. I'm so glad Canes is here in Flagstaff. We have no other options for to go fried chicken. read more

We stopped here in flagstaff on our way home before Christmas and everything was awesome. It's basic but it was so good I ate the whole 4 piece meal. Coleslaw was good and the bread is delicious. Can't go wrong at Canes. Chicken is always moist inside with a crunchy outside, large pieces, perfect spices, delicious! Fries are plentiful and warm with just the right amount of crisp. The Texas toast is always buttery and crispy on the outside with soft, delicious inside. I'm a fan of their coleslaw, it's slightly dryer than I prefer, but it's crunchy and cold and fresh and tastes great. They offer a wide variety of drinks, typically including a specialty drink that they charge a little bit more for, like fresh squeezed lemonade or punches. I've found the service to always be extremely friendly and the food comes out promptly and has always been hot and fresh. There is almost always an employee or manager walking through the dining area cleaning the tables and asking how everything is, clearing dirty plates and just being genuine and friendly. Yum, yum, yum... I absolutely love this place. The chicken is always fresh, hot, juicy and perfectly cooked every single time. Their fries, bread, coleslaw and dipping sauce is ON POINT! This location is always busy but the staff seems to keep the drive thru and inside dining room moving. They have the best fresh lemonade too. This is a 4.5 star review. -.5 because this is the second time I've been here and there weren't any paper towels so I needed to use TP to open the door and it got stuck all over my hands. Raising Cane's had an efficient drive through & the price for extra sauce cups were very reasonable. The buttered, grilled Texas toast was a yummy start. Average, small portion coleslaw - but the thin crinkle cut fries were great! The chicken was juicy & flavorful- the sauce was AWESOME!! And the fresh squeezed lemonade was refreshing and fabulous!!! I left canes about an hour ago and my experience was amazing I was helped by a young lady, I believe her name was Emily. After nicely taking our order she went out of her way to ask everyone in the restaurant if they would like anything or ask for refills and ask for their trash. I'm on the road looking for a quick on the go lunch. Raising Cane's rose to the challenge. I first entered the drive thru thinking I made a mistake...the line was wrapped around the building. So there I am 15 cars deep and thinking so much for a quick pick up. We moved along at a nice pace when just past the menu I was greeted by an employee who took my order. Then we were really cruising and in no time I was received my order from two very happy and giggling employees. Now these ladies left me with a smile for my drive. I situated myself and off I drove. I will tell you my fries were hot and crispy, my bread was toasted on the outside anoutside but soft on the inside and perfectly buttered. My food was hot and fresh, but like I said, I'm generally not a huge fried chicken fan so I always think it's a little on the heavier/greasier side. This was my first Cane's ever, and based on the result, it won't be the last. I went at the peak of lunchtime, drive-thru out into the street, so I parked and walked in. My meal was ready within 2 minutes of ordering, a good start. The fingers are undersized but I love the breading and they're cooked perfectly. Paired with the Texas toast and fries, it really is a full meal, and again everything done to perfection. Consistency is why they have long lunch lines and how they manage them. I don't think I like the chunky coleslaw compared to shredded (just a preference), and the lemonade isn't really lemony enough so I might do half and half next time (Arnold Palmer). That's it. So I finally tried out a RC's and sorry to say, I was very unimpressed! The restaurant was clean, and service was very friendly and efficient. Where this place falls short is the food. I ordered the 4 piece box, and after about 15 minutes my food came out. It looked good, but looks as it turned out were deceiving. The fries are just standard crinkle cut fries, they were hot, but as they cooled they became dry and were hard to eat. The garlic toast was the highlight of the meal, that stuff is delicious! The chicken on the other hand was sadly lacking of any flavor. The chicken was hot but slightly dry and had no flavor at all. The sauce is the only flavor you get when eating these rather small tenders. For the price these are just not something I would eat again, I prefer Church's Chicken Tenders.
