Sign said closing at 8 and we arrived at 7:20, the cashier said they are closing at 8 and it would be better if we ordered to go. . My wife picked out 2 pizzas for us goes to the register and a different cashier tells her we are closing early aren't taking any orders. My wife said oh we are getting it to go. Friendly staff greeted us as we entered. They explained how to order as we lacked familiarity with their process. Staff remained friendly and courteous throughout. We ordered the house salad. It had a good mix of vegetables and a tasty balsamic dressing on the side. It served three easily with just enough dressing, none wasted, salad never underdressed. We had and like the pesto chicken cashew pizza. The blue cheese crumbles on the description made me nervous but when eating the pizza I found the taste good. They have a good crust, too. They had their own "seat yourself" sign which at first I thought it was convenient, but then most of the tables we wanted to sit at were dirty/not cleaned off yet. Ordering process was simple. Service was pretty good, felt rushed to order though. It was busy which is understandable, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food. Great...and I don't think it's because I just came off a hike. It's as close to NYC pizza I've found in a long while. Only complaint... cashier didn't know what oregano was???!!! We found this place after a day of snowboarding. Cute little pizza joint that would be a great hangout spot for groups. We stoped by after snowboarding and they quickly made us a fresh pizza. Everyone here was nice, friendly and welcoming. Lots of families here when we came mid week but I could see it being a nice spot for a beer and pizza for games/events. I had the pepperoni pizza with white sauce and ricotta cheese and it was overall a solid pizza! What a gem to find in Flag! We went camping not too far and stopped by here for a break from camping food. Love the GF option at a fairly reasonable price. Super friendly staff and a good amount of seating. We tried the Route 66 (I've never seen anything like it!) and a CYO GF. Lots of options for alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks. Restaurant is clean and has lively patio seating! Would definitely come back next time we're in Flagstaff for the weekend. read more

We are from out of town. Place had good reviews so figured let's try it. We had breadsticks, wings and pizza. Please keep in mind I am a pizza and wing snob. Breadsticks were bland and dry. Tomato sauce for dipping tasted like it came from a can. Wings were very mushy. Blue cheese wasn't good. The sauce was decent. Pizza was okay. Crust was very mushy. Again, we didn't care for the sauce. Staff were friendly. The prices didn't match the taste. Was not a terrible experience but we won't be back. Fratelli Pizza is our favorite place for pizza in FLG! Whether you get one of their huge slices, specialty pizzas, calzones, salads, cheesy stix or wings, you can't go wrong! We like the regular crust but they also have pan pizzas available for those who like Chicago style. A couple of our pizza faves are the Haleakala and the Route 66. Their spinach salad is super tasty with spinach, dried cranberries, walnuts and bleu cheese crumbles and the house maple vinaigrette is amazing! We especially like it topped with some grilled chicken. Their slices are huge and perfect to eat in the car! I just fold it up and munch away! Due to COVID-19, they are currently not open for inside seating but we love all the precautions they are taking for curbside and take out orders. Fratelli Pizza has always been very supportive of local nonprofits as well. Great to see all the ways they support the community! We love their Fort Valley Road location because of the outside patio but with three locations around FLG, you can easily get your Fratelli fix on! I've been a Fratelli's fan since it opened. The pizza is absolutely delicious and 5 stars. Went to the location on Fort Valley on Monday night, planning to dine in with my kiddo. It was just before 6pm and I was stoked the football game was on. I ordered a beer and pizza. When we sat down, I noticed the loud death-metal-ish music playing and decided to get our food to go. After a long day, wanting to get out of the house, it was very disappointing to be met with such inappropriate music. Now, Alice In Chains is on which is fine, as long as it isn't something that sounds like GWAR. I informed the person working the front counter that the music was really intense , and the music remained loud and uncomfortable. Ambiance makes a difference, especially in Flagstaff where the cost of eating out/supporting local business is so expensive. Please do better. One of the best traditional (non chain) pizza joints in town. Their daily specials are fun and surprising. The lunch combos are a great price. We showed up at 5:50 and were told the food wouldn't be ready until 7pm. Super confused - we asked to speak to a manager. She was so incredibly rude - worst customer service I've ever experienced! She said to deal with it and that the longer we sat there talking to her - the longer our order would take. Were also told to cancel our order so they didn't have to make our ticket. Fri Dec 20, 2019. We were up from Mesa, AZ visiting the Flagstaff areas museums, and activities. We noticed a sign on Fratelli which said Voted Best of Flagstaff. We decided what the heck, let's see how the pizza scene is in Flagstaff. The gentleman at the register was very helpful when we ordered. We ordered the Big Kahuna, basically a Hawaiian style calzone but with red pepper. We left the red pepper out, and went with marinara sauce. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza, and also a sausage pizza. The pizza arrived in about 15 minutes, the calzone a minute or so later. The pizzas came out nice and hot. I tried the pepperoni pizza first. The pizza was a very thin crust, but not in anyway like a NY style thin crust. This crust was much stiffer. The pepperoni pizza had a decent amount of pepperoni on it, and had plenty of cheese. The red sauce on it was a sweet red sauce. The pepperoni was not good. It tasted exactly like the bagged hormel pepperoni you buy at almost any grocery store when making your own pizza at home. The cheese and sauce are what redeemed this pizza. The sausage pizza, was over baked because the crust was extremely hard. The sausage didn't have much flavor to it. Once again, the sauce and cheese on the sausage pizza is what made it edible. The sausage pizza we ended up tossing out when we arrived back to the hotel due to how hard the crust was. The wife said she liked the calzone. The pizza reminded me quit a bit of the Hunts Brother pizza you buy at convenience stores and gas stations in its taste. Unfortunately for the price they really need to step up their game on these two styles of pizza and the ingredients. The 3 stars is for the great service and really a 4 star. The pizza we ordered is a 2 star. So balanced it's a 3 star. Apparently Flagstaff needs to either step up their pizza game quite a bit, or be exposed to pizza somewhere else. read more
