Came here for dinner on Thursday night. SERVICE - Order at the counter and grab a number. They bring your food out to the table. Straightforward and quick. FOOD Cheeseburger (single) - The burger was not dry, which was good. It was heavily salted but did not have much flavor. The bread was dense and heavy. Onion rings - Very salty. It felt like the batter had been drowned in salt. Cheese fries - Also very salty. Slaw - Slightly spicy and refreshing. With the rest of the food being so salty, this was the one thing that balanced it out. Overall, the food left us unsatisfied. The saltiness overpowered everything and we would not come back.

While most of my Company Burger meals are excellent, yesterday's was exceptional. My fried chicken was cooked to perfection. Crunchy skin and tender chicken made for the best bite. I added tomato jam because that sandwich runs a tad dry. I also added basil aioli from the mayo bar. The fries are the reason I keep coming back. They're fresh cut, salty, and crisped to perfection. I love the crispy bits of them that settle to the bottom of the bag. Their frozen strawberry piña colada was SO frozen. As a lover of frozen drinks, the temperature of this frozen drink was a flex. It didn't melt by 4 sips- actually stayed frozen from the first to the last sip. It was so cold that it frosted the glass. I had to fashion a coozy out of some paper napkins. An inconvenience of luxury! Additionally, my date remarked that many old fashions taste of only whiskey, but theirs actually tasted like an old fashioned. The service was fantastic from the cashier to the food runner to the chefs. I really appreciated "Rick and Morty" playing on mute (with captions). It was a nice neutral place to rest my eyes and was a good break from the sports that usually display on public TV screens.

I stopped in on a busy day, and they still handled everything well. The wait wasn't bad, and the food was worth it. Every bite tasted intentional, not thrown together. There's ample parking in their lot and off street. And the dining area holds just the right amount of space. I left feeling full and happy, which is really all I ask for.

Beef burger was great but the falafel burger was amazing! Didn't even expect it until I saw the menu. Tots were crispy too. Great place.

Empty plate that contained a beautiful and delicious burger . Bad habit, posting after I've polished off good food.

Friendly, efficient, budget friendly, and the food is consistent, this place is still doing it right.

This was my first experience at Company Burger. I was excited to try this spot! I ordered the Turkey Burger and onion rings. Honestly, they were delicious! The burger and toppings were fresh and the onion rings are made fresh with full purple onions. I was totally engrossed in my meal and talking with a friend. As I finished eating I started watching other customers come in. It was getting busy! Since there's an open kitchen concept I approached the counter and asked the Server if it was ok to take photos for my review. He was super friendly and said of course! It was then I noticed no one had gloves on! I was shocked. Additionally, everyone with long hair did not have hair nets on. I returned to my table and decided to watch the process of the cook preparing the meat for the grill, use his cell phone while it cook, then proceeded build the burger! The prep cook also prepared the fries and onion rings with bare hands. It made me feel sick to my stomach I ate my meal before discovering this! Clearly, this is the norm and not ok! I gave the two stars because the restaurant was clean, spacious, and everyone was friendly. I truly hope their practices change by enforcing the use of gloves and hair nets.

Simply the best. This place never disappoints. A well seasoned burger with ten options for sauce.

I love the burgers here. They're simple but oh so juicy and delicious. The tater tots tasted really good and didn't taste like they were fried in old grease like so many other places I've eaten. As busy as they were this night, everyone was pleasant and service was quick. With so many smash burger spots opening up, it's nice to see one of the originals still going strong. And prices are really reasonable for what you get.

We stayed uptown at the Alder Hotel and the variety of restaurants and bars and cafes in the uptown neighborhood was amazing. We stopped in at the company burger ™ for lunch a few times during our stay the staff was energetic and efficient, and very welcoming. You can order your meat to your favorite cooking preferences. I love when a burger place does that. There is outdoor and indoor seating and we got our food to go each time but the tables were nice and stocked with condiments and napkins. I recommend the company burger and a steens malt ohhh and you know they have some adult beverages so get the frozen margaritas too.

Disappointing. The tator tots were fried well, but too salty. The frozen strawberry margarita was all tequila (not all a good thing, but not a good taste) and the burger was raw. I didn't ask for raw or medium raw, but that's what got. Patties seemed frozen and then cooked on the outside but the inside was no good. I love seasoned food but it seems all they used was salt, so the burger was salty, raw mush. No thanks

Pretty dang good burger here. This place was located next to the anytime fitness which is walking distance from my hotel. So super convenient. Walked in and was greeted quickly, ordered even faster. Had some decent prices for the state of our current economy. Really was shocked. Had the double, all the way, with an egg and tots. Tasty, fresh, not too much food and definitely not skimpy portions. Was perfect. Would definitely come back when I am back in a few weeks. Cheers!

    raw undercooked burger

burger was completely pink after taking a bite and the outside was just gray, no sear marks which tells me they barely cooked it. so disgusting and way overpriced for what it is.

I've been passing this place on the way to Rouse's for a while. Always busy, and the menu looks amazing. Tonight for my first visit, I tried the single with a side of coleslaw and pork rinds with pimiento cheese. The pork rinds were my favorite because they came with pimiento cheese for dipping. The coleslaw was a great consistency and no onion. The burger was good but a little too much bun to burger ratio. Should I have gone for The Company Burger which features two patties? Of course! Next time, I want to try the lamb burger. Finally, I had a frozen rosé while I waited and I loved it. I would definitely order again.

I am a big fan of the schooner salad, which I get without ham. They have baked potatoes as big as your head that are always cooked to fluffy perfection. It is small, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but it is definitely worth it. They have tables inside and outside. There's also bar seating available. The cocktails are delicious and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different experience. When I walked in and said I was there to pick up an order, the man and woman behind the bar looked at me strangely, whispered to each other, and then asked for my name. After confirming it, the gentleman only told me the total. No greeting, no smile, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to order a drink or anything else. When the woman handed me my food, I asked if I could have some ketchup. She responded with an attitude, saying, "There's some in the bag." I thanked her and left. When I got back to my work van, I opened the bag and found there was only one packet of ketchup. The food was excellent, but the service left me feeling very unwelcome. Based on how I was treated, I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged differently because of my ethnicity. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but that's honestly how the interaction made me feel. I hope management takes customer service seriously because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated with respect.

Turtle Bay -- 4…read more Listen... this is MY spot. One of my favorite places and honestly one of the only places I'll sit down and eat in the French Quarter. I've been coming here for about 6 or 7 years now, and they are easily in my top three. The vibe? Dive bar, laid back, no fuss... but the FOOD? Don't sleep on it. Their menu is solid and I still haven't made it through everything yet. I've had the wings, which we actually got this visit but ate them so fast we didn't even get a picture. That should tell you enough right there. I've had the pizza, and my husband usually goes for a burger. Never any complaints. They've got plenty on tap and the drinks hit too. I love a good Electric Lemonade, but this time I kept it simple with an Angry Orchard. Now let's talk about what keeps me coming back... The steak. We got our old faithful, one of their signature steaks, the 10oz petite ribeye. This is exactly what made me fall in love with Turtle Bay in the first place. Normally it's around $13.95, comes with a twice stuffed potato and a slice of garlic bread. A DEAL. This time it was a little higher, but still under $15, which honestly is still more than fair with how prices are these days. And when I say it be hitting... it be hitting. Only reason this visit didn't get a full 5 stars? My steak was cooked a little over my liking. I usually go for medium, and this one leaned more done than I prefer. Not horrible, just not my usual perfection. But everything else? Still solid. The staff is always nice, always welcoming. I've never had a bad experience with them, and that matters. And I already know I'm coming back because I keep hearing the crawfish is FIRE. Yeah... I need to see that for myself. This is my happy place. Open 24/7, consistent, affordable, and just a real gem in the French Quarter. The Bay is Babe. Period.

Like most worthwhile restaurants, the menu here changes up. The specials as well as their famous sandwiches seem the way to go and I got the fried shrimp with bread and butter pickles. Exceptional--a small amount, it may have even been a starter but regardless was perfect for me. The sandwiches other diners had on their plates were large and looked delicious just glancing around at other tables. Everything comes up fast and the atmosphere is . . . just ideally New Orleans.
