Once you turn in there are black cones and some painted arrows on the ground, but I think the cones need to be brighter with signage in front as I'm facing the store. They now have attendants outside taking orders, but to get to them you have wrap around the side of the existing built drive-thru and watch for cars leaving. A box combo was what I got last night. When I first tried Raising Cane for the first time which was three months ago, bread was warm and very buttery. This time it was cold and chicken was barely seasoned. I don't know what happened but last time when I dined in here about two months back there seemed to be problem with packaging. Love the Sauce! This location has nice staff and the chicken was fresh and hot. We came to pick up a quick dinner on the way home. The bread is yum. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal that came with the bread and sauce. My hubby ordered the 4 piece and it came with bread and the slaw. I like the slaw. I was bummed I didn't get any. lol. It was a Sunday evening and the line was short, so our visit was really quick in the drive thru. The outside of the restaurant is clean and fresh looking. The employee that took our order helped us decide and was able to ring us up right there before the window. Service with a smile. The tea and lemonade states great, it's tastier mixed together. The service is always fast and efficient. The ambiance is always great in store and via delivery. Loved it from the first time. Pretty simple and straight forward menu. Great tasting chicken fingers. Juicy not dry. The breading is perfectly seasoned with delicious crispiness on the outside and juicy and tender meat inside. Their fries are delicious too. The toast is also tasty and buttery. But their house made dipping sauce is the best and goes perfectly with the chicken fingers, so yummy . It is like a mix of a Dijon mustard and mayo , very good and definitely a must try! Am one of the few who never tried Raising Cane's. One just opened up down the street from my home - so of course we had to try it. Was concerned about how it would affect the traffic since it's located on a busy street. Quite surprised on the quality and taste of their chicken fingers. Ordered the combo with their lemonade. Chicken fingers were very tasty, canes sauce, fries, BOB toast and coleslaw. Again the chicken fingers were delicious but for some reason, the coleslaw had a weird taste. While it was very fresh thought it was just a one time thing but I suspect that it was my taste buds since we have gotten food from them a couple times. I chose to go a little overboard and order the 6-piece Caniac box combo with the usual fries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and their amazing sauce (I asked for extra sauce because it's THAT good), plus a drink to go with it. If you need to place a large order, avoid this location! I scheduled a Door Dash order a week in advance for approximately $500. It was running late and I couldn't get ahold of the Door Dasher so I called the restaurant. The employee said that they couldn't "get the payment" and they haven't started making my order. I had to cancel my order and physically go to the store to resolve it. When I arrived, there was a crowd of Door Dashers around the pick-up counter. All of them had cancelled orders due to this location not being able to process payments. After placing my order, I waited over 30 minutes, without an apology or any attempt to expedite my order. They also stuffed 4 large trays of chicken into one paper bag, which tore as I walked to my car. No one at the counter offered help carrying the order out, as many restaurants do when they see a customer with a large order. Placed a curbside order called a hour ahead to make sure I was aware of how there location curbside went which I was instructed to give my car details and park in curbside parking spot .
