Chicken sandwich was extremely good as usual. A vibe around there very much old school, love the movie posters and TV show promotions. Wonder Woman especially lol. Self-Service works for me, especially for a local legend like Raising Cane's.

ALL HYPE! I was hoping for a different outcome but with all the videos I've seen raving about the Raising Cane's chicken fingers and their infamous Cane's sauce, your girl had to try it at least one time. I think it may be a one and done for me since their chicken finger portions are atrociously small and their sauce is well, not good. I don't get what all the hoopla is about but for their Caniac Combo meal which consists of 6 chicken fingers, coleslaw (which we subbed for more crinkle cut fries), and their Texas toast was already $16. The crinkle cut fries were tolerable but not earth shattering good and their so-called, "Texas toast", was a sad piece of bread (to be fair was pillowy soft). We even paid extra to get a regular cup of Cane's sauce which was a total waste since it wasn't good nor worth getting. The service was super friendly and since we went through the drive-thru, I can't really speak on the environment and ambiance inside. But after this food experience, I really don't see myself coming back.

Tonight, I stopped by to support a fundraiser by Mother's Nature Farm! All Raising Cane's are BUSY, and this is no exception! I entered at the west end of the parking lot, which is the only good way to get in for their drive thru. The line went by pretty quickly, and I ordered two Caniac combos. The cashier was very nice and got me my order! The Caniac combo is our go-to order and we always switch out the coleslaw for an extra Texas toast! The chicken tenders are much smaller, but I'd like to believe that is a supply chain issue out of their control

The gentleman who helped us was very nice and solved a couple of issues we had promptly and was nice about it. Fairly clean. Nice and hot chicken fingers, my kiddos were happy campers.

Had a good 3 finger chicken lunch here. The chicken was hot and fresh and the fries were crispy too. Line went fast and a good lunch was had

Raising Cane is opening up everywhere these days. I saw them asking where else that would be. They may open more in Washington soon and Oregon. They are pretty fast with their service even when busy. Though I have had to wait a bit when they get really slammed. Their French fries are generally really good but they are thin. When they get cold they aren't as great. They are the best hot. Most food is like this. The same with the chicken fingers. They are great hot and not so much cold. The drive through line is crazy! I usually see many cars waiting. Sometimes the line is so long the cars are out in the street. They have lots of great sodas to choose from. They also have lemonade which is okay. My friend like the tea. Its alright. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is alright. I like the consistency of the soda.

Trying one of the million nearby Raising Cane's in Mesa. A decent chain for chicken cravings but nothing too exceptional. Had a line wrapped around the building but it moved along quickly. For larger orders, cars had to pull over into their designated parking spots and an employees would deliver the order upon completion. It was impressive that they finished our order of 50 chicken tenders within a few minutes. =ORDERED= *50 Fingers Tailgate: nicely sealed in a tray. Unfortunately wasn't crispy but at least the chicken was moist. Some fingers weren't completely covered in breading. Came with 16 containers of their Cane's sauce which was practically liquid, salty gold. *Fries: limp and sad. Every box wasn't properly filled. Had to be smothered in sauce to be tolerable. Nicely salted though. *Coleslaw: came in a sauce container and was properly filled. I finished it in 3 bites. Mostly cabbage but the dressing wasn't too liquidity or sweet. Pretty standard performance for a fast food chain but subpar compared to other locations. The chicken finger evaluation will continue elsewhere.

I order a sandwich combo and this is what they gave me. I guess I have to build it myself and they still didn't give me my extra fries paid all that money for a kids meal. this is why I hate going through the drive-through

I understand that canes is busy and I waited around 20 min just to get my food and come to find out that there was a hair in it.

Imagine.... a place that only sells chicken as their main menu item. The Colonel is rolling over in his grave right now. Not a new concept, but people are buying the fingers hand over fist (see what I did there). Maybe people found out that 'nuggets' were not a real part of a chicken anatomy. Nuggets have been sacked; Fingers are the choice of the decade (I didn't know chickens had fingers)! I am just as baffled as Mr. Sanders because on any given evening this place is so busy the line goes out of the parking lot and trails into the street traffic. Isn't this a hazard?? People are literally risking their safety to get the chicken. How can they do so much business selling 5 things, strips, toast, coleslaw, sandwiches. fries? The Colonel is screaming from the big coop in the sky... The sandwiches are just chicken fingers in a bun! Okay, how can they do so much business selling 4 things? They didn't reinvent the chicken, they just 'stripped' it down and gave it a nice batter. Chicken isn't the only idea they borrowed. They now implement a double lane system for their drive-thru. Hmmm....where have I seen this before?? Oh yeah! Across the street! As if the parking lot in this little corner wasn't crammed enough by squeezing 2 lines of cars through the parking lot. You will end up exiting the premises by going onto Stapley Drive. What an inconvenience. If they forget a chicken strip in your order (as they have with me in the past) just call and complain. Comeback and they will be sure to give you the finger! lol COVID RATING: Average The employees taking orders in the drive thru are wearing gloves and a mask as well as the interior workers.

Are there any Gluten free items?

The coleslaw, Cane's Sauce, and fries are all gluten free; however, due to the fact that our chicken and fries sometimes share fryers during our peak times, we cannot guarantee our fries to be gluten free.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by one of the sweetest people I've ever met--her name was Mariah. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, so it was refreshing to meet someone who genuinely made conversation and welcomed customers with such a pleasant attitude. She took my order, but unfortunately, it ended up being wrong. At the time, I was exhausted from traveling with four kids and became very upset. I went to the counter and started making a scene, which was definitely out of line on my part. As I was expressing my frustration, my husband pointed out that he had actually ordered my food incorrectly. The mistake wasn't Freddy's fault at all--it was ours. I immediately apologized, and despite the way I had acted, Mariah handled the situation with incredible professionalism and kindness. She remained calm, courteous, and understanding throughout the entire interaction. By the end, we were laughing and joking together, and everything worked out perfectly. I can honestly say this is one of the best Freddy's locations I've visited. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service was outstanding. Thanks to Mariah and the team, we all left happy.
