Saw this beauty at the Canes chicken today...

Made us pay for an extra sauce thought that was a little over the top but it was still really good.

    Kids meal

So order a 3 piece canes meal and a kids meal and got this for 6.99 really. This place is a joke. Will never eat here again. My kids is gonna still be hungry. The 3 piece looked the same . 25.99

What $10 gets you at Raising Cane's mid 2025. It will be half of this by 2026.

Outrageously poor value. Before 2020 you could get a Caniac combo for a little over $10 and it was nearly impossible to finish. By the time of this posting it's likely gone up in price again to over $20 and shrunk so much that it can be easily finished. It's about 20% of the value they used to be. This is what you can get for $10 these days:

Pretty standard meal here. Drive-thru is not usually crowded and line moves fast. The Box combo has everything going on at good capacity. Bread was hot and sweet tea was sweet. Price up to $13.

Caniac Combo with an extra tender

My husband and I were starving after a little hike on South Mountain - lucky for us, there was a Cane's close by! We decided to stop at this location and order our usual - a caniac combo with and extra tender. It's the perfect amount of food for us to split without being overly full. Everything was hot and fresh! Honestly, probably the hottest, freshest chicken we've ever had at Cane's, and we've been eating at various Cane's locations for years!! The employees were all friendly, and everyone was working hard. We were in on a Sunday afternoon, and there was a steady flow of customers inside while we were there. They have ample seating both inside and outside. Their patio is even pup-friendly! We absolutely will be coming back to this location should we ever find ourselves on South Mountain again.

While in town overseeing my Nephew who's hooked on the 3-Piece combo, I got hooked on the Fries - dedicated fryer. I request extra crispy though. Service was pretty good for this fast food joint inside & out. The Drive-Thru has two lanes with employees outside & happily keeping the lines moving. There's no skimp or extra charge for the condiments, as my Nephew indulge in the popular Cane Sauce. Nephew: "Auntie so you know I don't like Mayonnaise" Me: "Nephew so you know the Cane Sauce you're inhaling is made out of Mayonnaise" He still consumed & we laughed while having our preferred meals. If you opt not to sit inside the well maintained area, there's an outdoor enclosed patio. Three times in one week seemed overkill. Yet, time with Family over French Fries, good service & small change combo's was worth it.

Expect these little guys to tend to your tenders teheee

Upon first arriving, I was not hit with the greatest impression. The staff accommodated me with a fly for each member of my family, along with a heaping handful of flies for each tender in my box combo, SAD!!! The ambiance consisted of Sabrina Carpenter deafening my ears while flies assaulted my meal. Speaking of meal, the actual food tasted soggy and bland. Without the canes sauce, it had a similar texture and flavor profile to eating a deep fried sock. The downfall of this establishment is tragic and the only positive I could note from this trip was the employee Abigail. She was extremely friendly and helpful when taking my order. Just for her I'm giving this place five stars.

I never got the allure or cult status of places like Chik Fil A, Popeyes, or Raising Canes. Canes sauce is good but it kinda overwhelms the ok chicken. What I do like about Daves is that it is actually Hot chicken. Their reaper sauce which deserves a receipt signed waiver is crazy hot. One of my kids got it and he said "its ok, not super hot" cause he is nuts and doesn't recognize you can't eat lava which would be the only hotter option. He also practically drinks Da Bomb from Hot Ones and that is just Cray Cray. I opted for the Extra Hot on my sandwitch endeavor and did the same for a the Chicken bites which was $8 for a 10 Piece with bread, pickles and sauce. Not to shabby for the quality of the food. The Daves sauce is great and their ranch is so so, something about packaged ranch is never great compared to a pub ho made ranch. The chicken is crispy when fresh and has a slight sweet flavor with some good heat that adds up the more you eat. I will regret it later. The pickles are crisp and tangy and add a good means to cut the fat, especially when added to the bread with a chicken bit dipped in Daves sauce. The Service has been great both times an they really make it feel like more of a sit down experience than brushing you off as some fast foodie. I really like the way they decorate the building with some interesting art and the inside carries that over with an inviting seating area for great fast food ambiance if you are going to eat in, which I likely wont do as it is generally busy and close quarters for my claustraphobic brain. I would recommend the reaper sauce if you want an adventure as it is tasty but deadly . I dont like fast food in general as I get older, but this is a great option to feed some fried hot chicken craving even if you have to deal with some self loathing on the toilet later.

I was genuinely baffled by how airy and crispy the crust was for a detroit style pizza, the sauce is the perfect flavor and the overall pizza wasn't too salty or anything. Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

If you're looking for perfectly fried comfort food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I ordered the Chicken & Fried Shrimp Basket with the standard fries. I could have chosen coleslaw instead, and in hindsight I probably should have since I'm not much of a fry person. But the real star here is the fried food. Both the chicken and shrimp were cooked perfectly--crispy, golden, and packed with crunch in every bite without being greasy. I'm also a huge sauce fan, so I had to sample a few. The lady that helped me out let me know that since I was torn between the Swai and catfish I could do one of each. She was so helpful and sweet, loved her energy! Both of my fish were cooked perfectly and I like the nice crunch to them when I first bit in, both fish were extremely juicy. I do wish that she told me the catfish was going to have a stronger fish taste to it though , I guess they told my brother that when he came in last. I typically don't mind the fishier catfish taste, as I grew up eating catfish, but I will say theirs is a bit stronger than I typically like. Swai was bomb though. I do enjoy the fact that they season the fish after it being fried as well, I think that's a great touch. The shrimp that came with my combo was well battered and seasoned but I personally expected a larger size shrimp, and they were smaller. No worries though. Oh we also really enjoyed the shape of their fries that came with the lunch basket it was interesting. My spouse said he enjoyed the Wings which were pretty generous in size, but he wished he would have gotten them dried instead of wet. He thought the sauce was a bit much. Whatever that means lol All in all great fish and chips, killer music and nice atmosphere.
