It stacks up pretty well in terms of quality, slightly pricier compared to its competitors especially when you like sauce since they charge extra for more sauce. Very friendly service. We were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant, which is always nice. We needed a minute with the menu and were afforded that. Again, appreciate that very much. We ordered and had a few questions answered with a smile. It was a large takeout order but they had it ready pretty quickly. The restaurant itself was clean - there was actually someone actively cleaning the dining area the entire time we were there. Everything was hot and fresh! Honestly, probably the hottest, freshest chicken we've ever had at Cane's, and we've been eating at various Cane's locations for years!! I stopped here for lunch around 1:45 this afternoon. It took about 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru because it was a busy time of day, but I was expecting that. The food was what I was craving - crispy and juicy chicken with delicious sauce. They got my order perfect, no complaints there. The person working the payment window was friendly and quick. The person working the food window was a little less personable and seemed like they weren't very happy today, I'm hoping it was just an off day and not that they're just unfriendly in general. The menus in the drive-thru were in good condition and the area was easy to navigate. It was busy, but the traffic flowed well. The lot in general seemed pretty clean and there was a good amount of parking available if you wanted to go inside to order and/or eat. I miss having a Raising Cane's near me - the city I live in now is two hours from the closest one so I try to make it a point to go any time I'm in a place that has it. Upon first arriving, I was not hit with the greatest impression. The staff accommodated me with a fly for each member of my family, along with a heaping handful of flies for each tender in my box combo, SAD!!! The ambiance consisted of Sabrina Carpenter deafening my ears while flies assaulted my meal. Speaking of meal, the actual food tasted soggy and bland. Without the canes sauce, it had a similar texture and flavor profile to eating a deep fried sock. The downfall of this establishment is tragic and the only positive I could note from this trip was the employee Abigail. She was extremely friendly and helpful when taking my order. I love Raising Canes. I've been eating it since college when I lived in Houston. I recently listened to a podcast about how Todd Graves started this chain and it got me even more hyped about it. But this location needs some work. On the day I moved to Phoenix (Jan 2022), I noticed that it was down the street from where I lived and I was so excited! We picked up dinner from Canes as we were busy moving things in our new home. The fried chicken tenders were decent but the fries were awfully soggy and disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I didn't eat it until way later. 4+ visits later, I still feel the same about this Raising Canes. Every single time I come here, I always ask for EXTRA CRISPY fries. They never deliver. It's always barely crispy or soggy. It's usually a pale yellow color which also indicates that it's not extra crispy. The chicken is inconsistent and the quality is questionable. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's decent, as if it's been sitting for awhile. (I know Canes is supposed to make their fried chicken fresh, made to order). The toast is usually pretty good though. Overall, the quality is not up to par with my past experiences. The main reason why I keep coming back is because it's 3 min drive from my place and I always hope that they'll do better. But nothing has changed. I don't typically fill out surveys on the receipt, but I actually did it for once just to let them know that they need to improve. I hope this review makes a difference. read more

YUM! You can't go wrong with Cane's! On a Wednesday afternoon around lunch time, in the drive through they had some employees standing outside taking orders on tablets. The line went very quickly. When I was handed my drink I was told that the straw is in the bag with my food. I parked in the parking lot to eat in my car so that I could eat it fresh. There was no straw in my bag, but I happened to have some extra straws in my car so I used one of those. I feel like the food wasn't super fresh, surprising for a lunch rush when lots of food is being made. It was all delicious, but everything could have been more crisp! It's all they do. Typical can get up to a 6 piece big basket with a huge load of fries, cole slaw (loved that, and a piece of super soft, warm, and delicious piece of Texas Toast bread. The dipping aside is some sort of secret sauce. Not sure exactly what it is but I would rather have it than bbq. No dessert option but that's ok. They do one thing and they do it really really well. Raising Cane's I often feel is a love it or leave it type of place. For me and my bunch who came from out of state we love it as we do not have it in Washington. I will say Cane's is good wherever we have tried it like Arizona, Nevada or California. What I came here to say was that while the food was consistent and service was top notch the cleanliness of this location was disgusting. I literally almost fell from how wet the rug near the soda machine was. There was piles of swept up trash and rather pick it up as they go they left a pile right next to our table the whole time. The floors were sticky and the soda machine area was in disarray. Dishearten because staff was great, I thought maybe they are short staffed so if that is the case I hope they can fix that and pull it all together. read more
