The Carl's Jr in Yucaipa sucks... they are slow, the drive thru is sooo slow. The dinning room service is slow. They need to either hire more workers or bring more people in for the lunch and dinner rush. If you have the time, visit the Carl's Jr in Redlands. read more

HATE the ai drive thru menu!!!!!!! Its slow and such a headache tryna communicate with it

This place is located in the heart of Yucaipa. I always come here to dine in when I get the monthly coupons. The fountain drinks are watered down and are usually a hit or miss. This time the fuse tea was the most flavorful out of the bunch but it was still watery. I always remove the lettuce on my hamburgers because it tends to be really soggy and flimsy but this time it wasn't as bad. I raised the awareness to management in the past so I think they are definitely moving in the rite direction with the lettuce. The burgers and fries are filling for a combo meal and even better when you have coupons. I tend to go in a large group setting and we use them all up at once. It's become a family tradition of ours to come dine in together and use the coupons and sit in and eat together . They no longer use the plastic serving treys so you have to use your paper bags as plates instead. I also wish the drive thru was open much later like some of the Carls Jrs in the neighboring cities. Overall, if your in a quick rush to drive thru it's a lot less busier than McDonald's across the street and if you have coupons, this place lets you use all of them at once which is great since some places only take one or two per order. read more

If you want to sit in the drive thru with 5 other cars for over 10 minutes waiting for fast food, then this is the place to go. The car in front of us quickly ordered and we only ordered fries and a 6 piece chicken stars. 3 more cars popped up behind us. After 10 mins, I get out of the car to go inside because they never came back to the window to attend to the first car. No one's at the registers and I see one employee walking over a burger to a table inside. Finally a woman comes out and checks the screens and I'm like what is going on, there's 5 cars out there sitting for over 10 minutes now! All she could say with no emotion was "Oh. Sorry." I get back in to the car and it's another 5 minutes where I get back out and ask the woman in front if she can move her car up so that we can leave and that's when the employee finally opens the window and hands her her food. This Carl's Jr is conveniently located in the main intersection of live oak and Yucaipa Blvd . I had a chance to dine in for dinner on a Thursday night, dinning area was fairly empty and clean . It took 7 minutes to get my order which isn't bad . The soft drinks machine was very watered down. None of the drinks were good they actually gave me an upset stomach. My burger was sloppy and tasted strange. Unfortunately , this location has not been my first pick in the last 3 years , the quality and service is poor. Drive thru waits l usually average 10min plus for me, and I have to review my order before departure because I'm always missing something or food is cold and old. When craving burgers this is not the first pick . The price doesn't match the product offered . I'm always willing to support this store and offer second chance but have yet see much improvement. read more

I live locally and this place sucks! They are constantly closing whenever they want. Not only closing early, but just closing whenever they feel like chilling for a bit. I came tonight 1/2/23 at 10:15 pm and though the menus were lit up, the store was empty and they had a speaker saying they were closed for the night. I went to McDonald's and 15 minutes later Carls JR were back open serving customers! Wtf is that? I will be contacting corporate. Whoever was working tonight should be fired. read more

It appears other commentary have not been happy campers at this place. So sad they walked away unsatisfied. Perhaps someone up the ladder took a look and made some changes and retrained some team members. I found the place to be on task and all team members appeared to be alert to everyone's needs. I really appreciated getting a smile when I really needed one after being stuck in traffic too long. I had my usual meal. The Diuble Western Bacon Chheeseburger. They even gave me extra napkins. Perhaps they thought that dripping bgq sauce coming out the sides would drip on my new Ralph Lauren dress shirt. So it came with that hot and crunchy onion ring and a warm bun. I've always liked Carl's Jr.'s burgers. I thought I'd stop today and get the ghost pepper burger since it's limited time only, and I've had it before and liked it. WTH? Food was good. Service was garbage. The little idiot girl that was giving me my order got an attitude with me because I asked for a second bag. She had put my entire 3 meals in one bag, with my fries on top getting cold in the 50 degree night. I couldn't fold it over and I wanted to keep the fries warm on the drive home. Then when I asked her what the big deal was she actually said " you're the one making it a big a$$ deal. I couldn't believe the language.
