After being seated, I was brought the menu, which had everything you can imagine, South Indian, North Indian, Indo-Chinese, and Nepalese cuisine. It was confusing to determine what they are truly known for and specialize in, as an Indian restaurant cannot simply excel in all of them. I later confirmed they are South Indian-based after ordering my North Indian food. I ordered the paneer butter masala and butter naan. It did come with complimentary rice, and I asked if I could substitute it for butter naan, but they did not allow that. The food came out in a timely manner. The taste was alright, but it was lacking some flavor and was more tomato-forward than a traditional butter masala. I tasted a bit of cardamom, and there was also a chunk of ginger in my food. The quantity of food and the price point were affordable and great. Knowing what I know now, if I were to come back, I would order a biryani or a South Indian dish. Also, the restaurant is somewhat open to the outside, so there were a few flies pestering around, which was a disturbance to my meal.

The biryani rice is very flavorful, and the spicy level is just right. I really like their curry goat, which is tender, rich, and tasty. What differentiates this item from other places is that the goat has more meat than bones. I had curry goat in other Indian restaurants. The pieces were so bony that there was barely any meat. I also like their naan, which is really fresh and aromatic. I would eat three or four pieces before I stop. One other thing I like is their complimentary chai tea. It is creamy and spicy. What a nice way to wrap up your meal. The service is fine. The waiters are very friendly and attentive - much better than other Asian restaurants. Caution: if you come in as a large group, they put a 15% tip on your check. I've never been a lunch buffet place that does that. I tipped over it by accident.
