So far I've been through a few treatments with Noushi and it's been a very smooth process. The treatments are quick and effective. I've already seen quite a reduction in my tattoo, even though it's on my wrist (lower extremity)! Noushi also makes a point to get to know you, which I really like. It doesn't feel like some stranger doctor's office, which I've definitely experienced a few times in my life. I look forward to my next appointment!

She takes no accountability, nor do her workers. She claims so, but that's not what was portrayed. She refuses to believe that her employees can make mistakes just to protect the company's image, absolutely pathetic, considering they did lie, make mistakes and some are incompetent. They all lied by insisting certain information was went over and discussed during the consult, such as risks, which was not. Grace definitely did not go over risks. Rachel did when I asked but also persisted it was covered by Grace previously and Desiree, whom I have never seen regarding fillers. They made the mistake of noting inaccurately in their system that I'v seen Desiree twice about fillers when I haven't. It was Grace instead, and only once. Grace unfortunately isn't as experienced as she should be. My consult with her was not informative. She barely knew how to answer my questions properly, hesitated and did not even bother to show me any sample photos at all considering this is a big procedure. I'm sure this wouldn't be the first complaint against her expertise, and I know they all know it, including the manager, Laura. Never also seen a place that didn't have photos to offer to go by. This led me to ask many questions during the day of my procedure. Rachel in a way was rushing to get started so my numbing creme wouldn't ware off, which ended up waring off 6 hours later... So... I can conclude that there was plenty of time to ask as many questions needed. This is where I explained that I hadn't had these questions discussed previously and therefore is crucial to have them answered. Rachel argues and insists that I'v had a consult twice with Desiree based on the "notes" on the computer which were inaccurate. I did not have any consults with Desiree regarding fillers, only laser hair removal over more than a year ago. I blame the person in charge for all of this, whether the workers are dishonest and/or incompetent, full accountability should be taken by Laura the manager. Yet, no accountability was taken. Whether you're also a loyal client or not, which I certainly have been, guess that definitely doesn't fall in with them. I'v been with Rita for probably a little over a year for laser and had planned 3 other future procedures. Like I said, it does not fall in with them. I don't recommend this place.

After over an HOUR on the phone, I was quoted a price of $124 for 13 units, by Tara, which included my Allē rewards and another $20 reduction. ALL of this was/is in writing!! (Attached below!). I didn't feel comfortable leaving my Debit Card of file, because I didn't know when I could come back and I had been robbed by several other companies when I had done this previously. I went ahead and supplied my Debit Card with Ideal Image and put money into the account. I was told everything was paid and good to go! I was very excited about my visit! They said it was their policy to charge you up front in case of a no show and I had hesitantly complied. I arrived and to my dismay, there was no available handicap parking and the only place I could walk from to their store was a 10 minute slot. The younger girls were not accommodating or sympathetic to my situation (a broken vertebra) and when I asked where may I park they nonchalantly said "over behind the grocery store" that was significantly too far for me to ambulate. They finally agreed to watch my car.. however I didn't realize I'd be there for over 30 minutes as they were disputing my bill in writing from "a Tara!" When I was in a very uncomfortable chair, with my back aching, the assistant kept leaving and everything seemed to take forever. Finally I said "I think I'll add 2 more units.; that will be then a total of $150 ($13 pu). The assistant left AGAIN and came back 10 MINUTES later and said "oh your previous transaction was cancelled and it will NOW be $144 for just $13 units! We can't offer you the discount our employee Tara gave you!" I was in SHOCK as I had the QUOTE IN WRITING!!! I said "HERE is the quote IN WRITING and it CLEARLY states $124 for 13 UNITS!" As a neurologist on temporary Sabbatical, and a military officer-Persian Gulf War, I have ZERO tolerance for shady people, employees that quote NEW, INCREASED PRICES once you're THERE, and dishonest practices!!! After spending my only free Saturday getting ready and driving 1 HOUR round trip, I turned on my heels and marched out. I drove 52 minutes at 90 degrees in heavy traffic from another town! Ideal Image can give me compensation for the $124, or I will be billing them for my time as a physician, as well as reporting them to the BBB for dishonest pricing and price gouging. As a lesson in morality and ethics, especially business ethics, THIS, is what happens to greedy people and dishonest business practices.
