That's a just over 9 months old and it's still on the shelf! It tasted so rancid, it was really bad. There have really nice services and good employees that are helpful there but the drink shouldn't have been on the shelf. They need to do there inventory and take expired stuff off the shelves.

My partner of 20 years and I have always enjoyed the staff at the store and found the pharmacy staff to be exemplary. In fact we always have enjoyed our shopping experience at Raley's (even if the produce wasn't up to most local standards). However, the thousands of dollars we spend annually on groceries and prescriptions mean absolutely nothing when walking into the store and being confronted by the "duck-dynasty of hate" merchandise end-cap! Come on guys...sell food, sell wine, and continue to sell the GOOD LIFE, but leave the hate merchandise to the gun stores, churches, and other KKK affiliates. That end cap turned what used to be an eagerly anticipated shopping experience for us (and I guarantee profitable one for Raley's) into a gross and threatening disappointment. I'd rather spend more money and find a more enlightened store than to support their agenda. Raley's has instantaneously become a HUGE, HUGE disappointment. We will miss our friends who work there and wish them the very best. read more

The selection is amazing, but the reason we go there is because of the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Rose, it the best ever!! She is friendly and helpful and now knows us by name. She is always telling us where to find coupons for the VERY expensive pharmaceuticals. There's rarely a line. All the employees are just as helpful and friendly as Rose. They hire people with special needs, which in my opinion, is my favorite part of visiting there. Their butchers are always so friendly and helpful. Their only downfall is SOME of their cashiers. They often are lost in their own conversations, and do not greet or engage their customers. They can come across as rude or unfriendly for this reason. But over all, Olivers is my go to spot for all local meats, delicious and beautiful cakes, and to-go food. Highly recommend.

When I asked a team members where a specific item was located the team member would walk me over to where the product was to ensure I found it quickly. We got behind a customer who was just finishing up when Jaime T (per our receipt) came over and got us stating there was no wait in his line. I handed Jaime our reusable bags who then stated "Just put those at the back of the check stand". At that point I told Jaime I would be right back, I was going to grab a case of water. When I returned 2 minutes later Jaime was 3/4 done with the checkout however I noticed my spouse was starting to bag our own items, and not the way TJ team members normally bag purchases (neatly with maximizing the space in the bags). We were checking out at 11:20, the other open check stands had one or no customers in them and Jaime had no one behind us at his checkout. My spouse stated it wasn't a big deal but when you have one TJ team member not doing what you have come to expect it is disappointing. I hope this was just a one off event and not an ongoing behavior of this one TJ team member.

I started to ask the person who was making sushi about the added vegetables. I have been buying these chicken bowls for years without the vegetables being in the bowl. I dont like the vegetables in the bowls. I asked the lady who works in the sushi department when they started adding the vegetables ,because I know the last time I purchased them there were no vegetables. Thats when the guy making pizza dough butted in and rudely said that they have always put the vegetables in the chicken bowls . I latter learned his name is Armoni. I told him that I had been buying these chicken bowls for years and no vegetables. The sushi lady said about 6 month ago. Armani insisted it has been for 2 years even after the sushi making lady said 6 months. Armani acted like he knew more that the lady that makes these bowls for the hot food department and like he knows more than a regular customer who has been shopping there since the store opened in this location. He was very rude to me and his fellow worker. He should have minded his own business and stuck to making pizza. Normally the employees are very nice in the Oliver's Market. I do have to give a big thumbs up to I think his name was Trevor. He was the guy who was sweeping the floors. I watched him clean under and behind things with such detailed attention all while having a smile on his face. I hope I got his name correct. He was a thin guy with short blond hair a big smile .

There's a lot of business offices across the street so I'm sure they get quite a bIt of business on weekdays from the people who work there. I walked past there on a Saturday and Sunday and both days it was pretty quite with just two other people in the store besides myself. I'm glad I know of this place. Sometimes I just want a snack or a soda or need some milk or what not and now I can just walk over and get it, as opposed to having to drive the the grocery store and deal with those huge crowds on weekends.
